I am not happy about all the charges on top of your food , the service charge,delivery charge and now a charge for a bag that you don’t get so should not have been charged . How many 10p’s do people get charged that shouldn’t have. Just eat you should do something

We ordered 3 pizzas and the seafood spaghetti. They all tasted amazing. Shame the food was late or it would have been top rated for us

Food was lovely, however I ordered the Toscana pizza and receives the Tropicana. However, great service and was ready to collect when notified.

The pizzas were definetely not worth the expensive price tag. The Asiana pizza barely had any fillings, and the other pizzas were too very disappointing, as some ingredients seemed to be of cheap quality. Overall, the experience is not worth anything.

It’s a good pizza. However it’s not what I ordered, I ordered a garlic margarita with pepperoni, but the garlic was missing.

It was supposed to be a bbq chicken pizza yet had a tomato base! Well there wasn't really any tomato base on it either just cheese and chicken on bread!

My donner calzone was beautiful but my wife didn’t really like her lasagne although she said it’s just a personal taste, not that it was bad. I think you guys need to start cutting the calzones too 👍🏼🤣

Absolutely amazing. Food came without chillies but mix up with the place and online orders. They delivered me a new pizza with jalapeños on and was amazing. Food was really nice but 25 mins late and luke warm. I meant to pay cash but on delivery but completely forgot to hand the cash over but the driver also never asked for it. It wasn’t until they called me telling me I hadn’t paid the driver in an accusing tone that I realised what had happened. I usually pay online so it was natural to just take the food. When the driver came back to collect the cash (had they asked I wouldn’t have minded paying over the phone) he told me that I had cost him 23 miles. On the app it says the restaurant is 3 miles away. So 2 x 6 mile round trips would have been 12 miles. I wouldn’t knowingly order from a greater distance as you run the risk of getting food cold, which is what we got. Anyway Lesson learnt, despite nice food we won’t be ordering from them again. And train your drivers better so they know if they need to collect cash or not!!

Really good though one of my chicken dishes wasn’t tikka as requested and had a small amount of peppers. Would use again

Lasagne was mainly tomato puree :/ barely any mince no creamy sauce and barely any cheese. Garlic bread was like a rock Pizzas undercooked and cold inside and fell to pieces.

This was the most disgusting Pizza I've ever had to throw in the bin. The cheese and tomatoes base was floating on a layer of grease between the dough. The topping and cheese and tomato all came loose and literally fell off the dough when I separated a slice. The cheese was stringy it was like silly string. It was impossible to eat. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

The food wasnt really to me or my friends liking. The fried chicken was too dry it's like it was refried again to warm it up. The lasagna wasnt really nice aswell my friend said. But the service was top.

The salad I got with my kebab was rotten couldn’t eat the food because the salad put me right off I won’t be ordering anything from here again

It took over an hour to get our food order and although the food quality was OK, when it finally arrived it was cold and the salad had wilted although we live less than 2 miles from the kitchen. When last ordered from Bella Pizza, the food was better and hotter and we had a free garlic cheese bread, which was a nice surprise. This time what we got disappointed us a little, so they need to be more consistent with speed, quality and customer service. On both occasions we have ordered food from Bella Pizza, I have had to go out looking for the delivery driver, although we live in an area that is a little tricky to find the right house, it shouldn't happen twice.....it's not that difficult. I have never been disappointed with Bella, when I have visited the shop, so we will go back to doing that until they can improve the delivery service. Speed, Quality, Value for Money & Good Customer Service.....simple requirements.

Driver wqa very rude to me because I didn't gp to the door straight away even after appolagise and explain I was settling my son he turns round and said he doesn't care and moaning because it's raining I found it very rude, pizza was brunt and cheese hard wont be going there again

Food was cold and the x4 cans of Diet Coke we ordered were not delivered.

I’m afraid Bella pizza have dropped the ball on this one. I was charged £4 (An extra £3 I had to pay at the door) for the delivery of a cold pizza which I had to then reheat. This subsequently dried it out. There is a distinct lack of a customer focussed attitude here from both Bella and Just Eat. OK so the small print said they charged an extra £1,50 per mile but lets face it, it’s easy to miss this. Bella Pizza, you shouldn’t deliver beyond a reasonable radius for the food to remain piping hot. Just Eat why can’t extra delivery charges be calculated automatically and be added to the bill? It wouldn’t do any harm to put the delivery charges in a bigger or bolder font too so the customer can make a more informed decision about their order. The result here is a distinctly dissatisfied customer. A situation that could easily have been avoided. It’s a shame as I expect the food would have been nice in different circumstances. Please listen to your customers and make improvements...
