Cold pizza for £11 but the burger was hot burger n chips been I’ll ever since £24.50 😂 cheers for guts ache

Nice meal but the restaurant upstairs was so cold it spoilt the evening for us. It made the food go cold quickly too. We did witness another table of guests being moved as they complained too. Very awkward to eat & relax with your big coat on! Also for such prices I would expect to have the table set or at least be given cutlery & napkins rather than have to walk down a set of stairs to fetch them! You would expect that at Wetherspoons but not a more expensive restaurant. Didn't have dessert as we just wanted to get home and warm!

Probably the worst dining experience of our lives which I don’t take any pleasure saying. We had never been here before but our friends are local And have They always spoke highly of the restaurant. The food, the atmosphere and service so we were so looking forward to going. The service was awful as we never received our focaccia bread or a bottle of red wine The portions were so small it resembled a starter and we all left hungry still. We understood from the 2 Asian ladies looking after the restaurant that the two Italian lady owners were busy setting up a new pizza parlour in Liverpool Street. I’m afraid that whilst you’re doing that your Woodford business is suffering Sad as I’m sure it’s taken you a lot of hard work to build

Burgers were dry and a weird texture, no lettuce or mayo on either beef burgers and there was not even a full buns worth of lettuce on the chicken burger, bit into my burger and a vein got stuck in my teeth, put me off the whole meal.

Absolutely amazing night and atmosphere, staff were very friendly and rapid responses can't complain at all

Terrible! Ordered at 7:45pm recieced at 9:15pm. Food was stone cold what a waste!

Took my girlfriend out to dinner here. Both had a really good time, food was fanomonal, service was so good, and the atmosphere was great. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back.

Never had a bad meal. Great service and the food is amazing with a great amount to chose from.

We usually love this place, the pizzas are amazing however we had a burger meal and kebab yesterday and the food was very cold so not enjoyable which was a shame, its happened a few times when ordering anything but pizza however we always gave benefit of the doubt. We have decided going forward we will only order pizza (foodwise) from here now as that's always good.

I ordered a chicken dish, and it was a bit bland. I felt like it needed some cheese or sauce. The cocktails were nice. The service was good. However, when paying by card, they try to pressure you to give a large tip. It's a bit expensive for what it is.

You are not a welcome guest if you come to drink coffee with dessert. The waiter even said, "Actually, we don't serve guests who come for coffee, and since there are few people right now, we served you. So next time, come eat." No, thanks! If you don’t want to serve such guests, then ask at the welcome desk what the purpose of their visit is. By the way, the coffee was awful and the cake wasn’t bad

We really enjoyed our family valentines meal tonight, our food was lovely and the service was amazing, Chloe our waitress was so nice, fast, polite and so good with the kids

Went there couple of days ago for iftar. Ordered Nihari and lamb karahi. Lamb karahi was on the bone but full of bones and nihari was real disappointment too much spicy and shank was covered with 20g fat which i have never experienced before. But staff was welcoming and they told me nihari is our famous dish here. they really need to work on nihari i must say.

We come to this Bella Italia almost every weekend as both the food and service are amazing. Our usual waiter, Andrew always makes sure we have everything we need and most times guesses what we’re about to get without us having to tell him - bonus points for being super nice and full of smiles! Definitely worth visiting :)
