Fast delivery, not the best of food, are my chips and 2 splice pizza, can of Pepsi was warm and missing bottle of Coca Cola, waste of money really, won’t order again.

Just picked up a 12” thin crust Marinara pizza. It was warm and tasty when I got home… nice balance with the garlic and tasty anchovies…not excessively oily like other local pizza takeaways! Staff were friendly and helpful, so though a bit further away than my usual place, I will likely be ordering from here again!

For me this is a unique tasting pizza place and is delicious! I recommend the chicken tandoori as long as you are not afraid of a little spice. The garlic mayo is fantastic too.

Great service & food always good quality & hot. They forgot a can of coke in a previous order, but I mentioned this when I ordered again & they gave me one back free of charge

Unique taste. Even the crust was tasty.

The food was absolutely terrible I can't believe there standards gone soo bad I have been a regular customer for over 5 years at this place I called the person to tell that I had a problem with my order and he had the decency to argue back even though truly the food was bad and damaged and I had to bin what I had ordered. Truly they have lost their quality and standard of food.

We ordered 2 pizzas mega deal with thin crust. Crust was Very hard and pizza was not up to that standard.

Really delicious pizza, stuffed crust tasted amazing. I also ordered jalapeños bites they where also hot and fresh. Really good value for money meal deal. I ordered on just eat. Delivery driver was friendly too which is a bonus. This is my go to pizza place now.

Went to collect, the shop was very clean, well looked after. Even the houseplants in there were well looked after. Really makes the place look professional. Friendly faces behind the baThe reggae pizza was great. Also loved the starter mix, the jalapeño cheese poppers and battered mushrooms are delicious. They need to just be careful about giving the right dips, I went to collect so I was able to correct the dips but not sure whether delivery drivers would check that. Definitely ordering again.

Meat in kebab wasn’t hot enough so we had to put in microwave.was tasty tho so think we will probably try again.

chicken burger was over cooked& bun was rock solid. unusual because we normally have perfect orders everytime. beef burger was lovely though!

The driver was a nice guy but clearly new and couldn’t find anywhere. It turned up over 25 mins late. Therefore the pizza was cold and hard

Really disappointed after ordering a pizza! They told me take card but they end up saying no card and I had to walk 10min for card machine. The lady made the pizza touch the pizza toping without gloves after coming out from toilet!!! However I had to bin the pizza

The chicken burger i ordered was actualy a steak burger tge taste of chicken did not like it was a steak not cooked propeely. Im not ordering chicken burger again. N chips all bruised n over cooked

The fries were the best ones I have had in Birmingham. Freshly made and adequate salt added. Pizza was amazing and perfectly cooked and cheesy. I hope the restaurant maintain their standards and don’t become complacent.

I really liked the cheeseburger, however the fries were naf! They really need an improvement. As for the pizza, it was very mediocre. Nothing to shout home about. Would I order again? If I fancy a cheeseburger, then yes, otherwise no.

The food was amazing and the delivery was really fast the only problem was that it didn't say it was on its way so I miss the the person delivering my food knocking the door but all around 10/10

Ham was forgotten on pizza so after it was cooked and the cheese was all melted they then added it to the pizza. Once I picked it up all the ham would fall off it.

The pizza was good crust was dryer than a desert the sauce wasn't bad but a plane sauce

It was a bit delayed after I broke my fast great person delivered my order chicken was not fresh but was hot and burnt like burnt burnt mozzarella was very dry and was cold and k think came with less sauces

This restaurant has gone down hill over the last few months, Food is very poor quality, I had chicken wings as a side and they were the worst I have ever eaten, I ate half a wing out of 6. Four of us made an order as a group and no one was happy in the slightest with their order, what a waste of money. Overall very disappointing we will not be ordering from Italian pizza factory ever again!

I ordered a variety of 10 x XL pizzas (15” thin crust) and some fries as we were having a small party - ordered yesterday to pick up today at 05:30pm - I arrived at 05:29pm - they were literally just finishing the last pizza - everything was ready at EXACTLY 05:30pm! I had around 35 guests (we had some Indian street food in addition to the pizzas - samosas etc) and EVERY SINGLE PERSON who tried the pizzas loved them! I’m especially pleased because I have my own “signature” pizza which is the 4 cheese one plus red onion, olives, mushrooms, garlic and chicken - I was worried that they wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste as some of the cheeses can be quite strong in taste but they were the star of the show! Everyone really liked how light the base was and not heavy like how deep-pan pizzas can be - if you’re looking for a new pizza place - then I can 100% recommend IPF!

Food was lovely as always however we ended up with a spicy chicken pizza when we ordered vegetarian. This being said all food was well cooked and enjoyed and will order from here again in the hope the error was a one off.

Disappointing quality of food. Toppings very poor quality, when this place was down by Lidl it was good now it’s not as good.

Undercover gem this is. Never ordered from here stumbled upon them randomly, but can actually confirm best pizza I've had in a long time. Quarter pounders are the best around and overall food was top tier rapid delivery service aswell. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
