The best restaurants serving Italian food in Medway South East

The food was lovely. Service was quick and friendly, especially our server Thomas who made sure everything was amazing :)

The food was ok not great but ok

I have been to this restaurant a few times as their food is good but I won’t be back because their prices are getting more and more ridiculous and you can’t have a nice meal when you feel like you’re getting rushed out the door while you’re still eating with waiters hovering over your last bite to grab your plate. It’s stressful feeling like you need to rush your food.

I tracked the driver and after collecting our order he sat at McDonald's for 20mins clearly waiting for another order to collect which meant all our food was stone cold!

Service non existent, 3 staff serving 10 tables. Unorganised and chaotic. 30 minutes wait to get drinks and place food order. When you can get hold of a waitress they are too busy complaining about how short staffed they are to bother clearing your table. Avoid.

Went here for a bite to eat to be harshly barked at by the waitress that unless you have a booking they do not do walk ins. Apparently they are so short staffed in this place this is the reason. So instead we found an amazing restaurant the other end of the high street callled Don Vincenzo . It was really the opposite of pizza express ! We got such a warm welcome and the staff were friendly and there were plenty of them . So do yourself a favour and go to Don Vincenzo, it’s half the price, food is amazing and the staff actually WANT and WELCOME you there .

Absolutely awful sandwich selection! Plastic cheese sandwich tasteless!! Crisps ok, tiny mars bar and a banana!! Waste of companies money!!

Terrible place never going back deadest smoothies ever!!

Two drinks £17.00 how does that work a glass of wine and an expresso martini! We are only in Bolton not city centre London. Decor is dirty and looks like they’ve had a massive flood. We will not be returning.

Food was cold, theres no room to move tables are squashed in. Children are priced on height and not age as states on website when questioned the lady taking our payment was rude and laughed at us! This place used to be great years ago.

i ordered and paid for food and they said they would be 10 mins after 2 hours i called and they didn’t answer and have not delivered my food
