i ordered and paid for food and they said they would be 10 mins after 2 hours i called and they didn’t answer and have not delivered my food

Got our first delivery from this shop couldn't believe how cheap it was. Got a 10 piece bucket the chicken pieces were huge! Piri piri chicken n spicy wings were fantastic and the chicken donna wrap again amazing. Delivered real quick and was piping hot. Defo use again.

Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious. I had the Peri Peri chicken wrap and my husband had a kebab. Both were ample, filling and very tasty. My issue was with the time taken to prepare the food and the general disorganised staff in the shop. We waited 1 hour from start to finish, with telephone orders taking priority and leapfrogging our order. The lady who was answering the phone had to pass the phone to another male staff member everytime, so why did she bother to answer it, if her language wasn't good enough to understand. The tv menu boards above the counter were brand new but not connected so we were offered paper menus. Maybe having these working might be a priority before opening. We might give this shop another try, if we aren't starving hungry.

4 High StreetVisited this restaurant for the first time but it will definitely be my last. Was advised when we walked in that there had been a problem with booking and we would have to vacate the table by 8pm. (Allowing an hour and a half for the meal.) We agreed but soon wish we hadn’t and had gone elsewhere. The tables were so close together and the place so overcrowded and very noisy. My friend had to keep standing up and moving to let others by. I have a gluten allergy and was advised that every thing on the menu could be made gluten free. Unfortunately when we ordered I was advised that potatoes were not gluten free. I asked if they could replace the potatoes with gluten free pasta and they agreed for an ADDITIONAL price of £8.50. This was totally unacceptable so I asked for the potatoes to be replaced with a portion of plain white rice. No additional charge was mentioned except they added £2 extra on the bill. Unbelievable .To supplement an expensive meal we had to order a side of roasted vegetables. The prawns had not been cleaned with very little meat in them. I gave it 2 stars as we did enjoy the starters. To top it all they added a service charge to the bill - which we didn’t pay. Apparently this restaurant had been classed as one of the top ten to visit in Rochester. Unfortunately the problems we encountered ruined our experience there.
