The best restaurants serving Italian food in North West

I love this restaurant. The food is always great, the atmosphere is always lively, and the staff are always helpful. Thanks to Laura for helping with the wine I was looking for on the menu last night!

First time visiting this weekend and we were served by a very hostile and unapologetic waiter. He was belittling and did not explain the seating arrangements kindly. Instead he took the opportunity to give us a telling off and make us feel awkward for not ordering food straight away when we were ordering drinks. We left with no apology from him, quite shocked with the experience

Food was ok was good but nothing special, the area I sat in was really dark couldn't even read the menu. Staff were friendly.

The restaurant is really well decorated and the staff were great. It was quite busy when we went but the staff were really attentive but the food and drinks were fresh and delicious. Great customer service and excellent food, I will definitely recommend to others and will be returning again.

The best pizza I have had for years. Absolutely perfect in every way. On a par with a fine pizza I had in Capri many years ago. Genuine character and flavours.

Found this little gem, turned up with no booking and was greeted with a welcome smile and asked if we could wait for a table, we did and are glad we did! The food here is amazing, all 3 courses were wonderfully executed, the sharing platter for starter was exceptional, I would definitely recommend this little Italian

Superb food. Lovely restaurant. Friendly service, but overcharged as one of the meals was from the 2 courses for £20 menu, yet the items were charged at the alacarte rate totalling £30.90. We only noticed when we returned home If you offer a special lunch menu you should ensure you charge the right amount. This added around 10% to our bill notwithstanding the tip we left . That said we will return, but will definitely check the bill.

We had a lovely meal. Very nice service as always. Nice to see the place busy - as always. Good value for money.

We had a lovely evening for my grandmas birthday. The food was exceptional and we were looked after by a lovely gentleman named Josue, he was very friendly and a great conversationalist. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Terrible. Ordered food (only 1 other table in), after 40 mins the waitress told us the chef had burnt it and was he was recooking our order. Took another 40 mins for food to arrive-an hour and a half wait for 3 meals! (other tables that arrived after us had had 2 courses and left). What made it worse was the staff were blanking us and not apologising or explaining what was going. Complained at the end and still no apology. Had a bad experience here in 2020 so they obviously haven't improved.

The food is very good, I recommend it, it really tastes like little Italy 🙂

By far the best restaurant in Altrincham. We absolutely love it/it’s our ‘go to’. The menu is perfect - just a few options, done to the highest standard. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Keep up the good work, guys!!!!

We booked Pulcinella’s for a work night out. There were 30 of us. From the moment we booked until we had finished the whole team were amazing. We had last minute changes with people cancelling and joining which must have been stressful but they took it all in their stride and served us beautiful food with a smile. Highly recommend.
