Pizza is good value for money. However, massive crust and soggy in the middle. Staff handle all ingredients (meat & veggies) with the same gloves, so of you are vegetarian or halal..be prepared. When I mentioned this to staff they said that they have to do this because their food goes out too quick.

Fantastic place! Ordered a takeaway pizza and it came in under 10 minutes. Great sourdough base and everything tasted so fresh. I was served by Niall and he was so helpful and quick to take my order. I DEFINITELY RECCOMEND!!!

Been meaning to try this franchise for a while after hearing great things. And it didn't disappoint at all. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and very authentic to the original Napoletana traditions and flavours. The staff were all lovely and helpful, the setting felt very rustic and tasteful. The dips were even delicious, we tried all three - standout was the Nduja Aioli though. I'll be back, highly recommended

I found Rudy’s through a recommendation and it was the best start to my Manchester trip! Amazing food, great vibe but, most of all, the BEST staff in the world! Thank you so much to Niall, Uan and the whole team for welcoming me so warmly and making me and my son feel at home. We love it so much we came back twice in 4 days and will come back every time I’m in Manchester. Already miss it and can not recommend it enough!!

Place that exudes personality, with an informal, pleasant and lively atmosphere, but without long waits or crowds. The pizzas are spectacular, the best I have ever tasted, I was recommended by an acquaintance who lives in Manchester and it was all in discovery

Great food but bad service. Food - Amazing pizza and we both really enjoyed what we ate. Service - When we arrived we were told 10/15 mins for a table which was no problem, or we could have a side table and eat now. We decided to wait for the table. 45 minutes later we were notified our table was ready, only to find out it was the originally offered bar table that we didn't want. We were hungry and didn't want to make a fuss so sat down, but it wasn't what we wanted. The service we both felt like we were being rushed almost as if we were being pushed out the restaurant for new guests to arrive. Our food was taken away early and the lady came over with the bill, even though we hadn't asked for it or even finished our meals. It didn't feel friendly to us which let the whole experience down.

Had an amazing evening at Rudy's tonight , incredibly busy but we got seats at the high table at the back and our waitress Tasmin was incredible. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu , very polite and helpful. Many thanks Tasmin for making our evening fantastic you were great. See you next time . Came for an afternoon lunch and besides the food being of great quality, Talia’s customer servicer was exceptional, she made our day and was incredibly polite and attentive. Will definitely visit again.

Niall and the team here are incredible. We visit often and they always make sure we are well catered to with our dietary requirements. On top of their ace pizza, they have the BEST olives and their tiramisu rivals the best you've had in Italy!

Extremely fast and very friendly service, delicious pizza, and great selection of food. Heavily recommended. Just know that you are there for the dough and the crust.

If you want fantastic pizza in a boho chic then this is 'the' place. We've been here a few times now, typically with a group of 10 each time. I have members of my team that are only interested in eating here when we visit Manchester. The food is always great, the service is always good, the prices are surprisingly good and the atmosphere is pretty cool. If you're a snob - give this place a miss, but if you want to eat somewhere that has character you've found it.

Had a takeaway pizza with the Caesar Salad, it was absolutely amazing, salad was on point! Pizza was great, shame it wasn’t cut though 🤣 I guess that’s the Italian way 🤌 also a proper glass bottle of coke was a lovely surprise

I cannot recommend Rudy’s enough, the best pizza in the city!! I usually go for a hot honey pizza with a side salad, they’re all delicious! The tiramisu is also a delight.

Today was our first visit to Rudy's Ancoats... and there will be many more to come! We were absolutely bowled over by the fantastic service provided by Paul, Bianca and the rest of the team, who were all lovely! Great drinks, delicious food and super dog friendly... perfection!

We had a fantastic experience here, this review doesn’t even do it justice - our waiter Jamie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcome, just the absolute kindest person ever. The food was delicious too. Definitely recommend!

Really impressed- they were very welcoming to us even though we had a big dog with us. Well chosen table space with room to keep the dog out of the way of other diners & waitresses (& so making it easier for us to enjoy ourselves). We ate at around 6.30pm on a Sunday night. Lovely food with quick service-love Rudys.

Last night my boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and had such a lovely guy (Uan) serving us, he was very attentive, great rapport and looked after us. Disappointed to see that service charge has been taken off the bill. Regardless we left a 20% tip.

We had a fabulous girls night out at Rudy’s. The pizzas were delicious and had the perfect crust — my favorite was the portobello! We also really enjoyed the rocket salad. Our experience was especially great because Bianca took really good care of us!! hope to visit again and highly recommend for pizza in Manchester.

After visiting one of Rudy’s other restaurants (Peter St) I suggested this venue for a group booking (8 people) before arriving on Saturday afternoon I had to postpone the booking by 30 minutes due to travel issues for some of people coming, the staff were really accommodating and managed to sort us out. We all had pizza and a couple of sides between us and quite a few drinks all were fantastic and the pizzas come so quickly! The servers were great and happy to help. Well worth a visit

Just here to say a lovely thank you to Róisín and Molly who looked after my date and myself perfectly on Sunday eve. Róisín made us feel like we were the only people in the whole restaurant, we ordered the margarita with smoked mozzarella and the 3 dips. It is now my go to pizza and made even better by the service we received., checking in on me to see how things were going which for a someone on a first date was not only welcome but shows us girls stick up for eachother and have each others backs! Give these girls a rise!! Great pizza… defo my fave Rudy’s - the OG! Thank you.

Un lunes por la noche mojado en enero Ancoats' Cutting Room Square no está saltando exactamente ... bastantes lugares estaban cerrados ... sin embargo tuvimos una cálida bienvenida en Rudy's - no embestido, simplemente muy bien zumbido - ¡Solo el boleto! Nuestro camarero era amigo, conocedor del vino. Pizzas siempre atractivas y la baba de ron (¿es esto nuevo no lo he visto antes? ) era mega! Probamos el naranjacello, tomamos café y nos fuimos con un horno de pizza brillante!

Gran servicio al cliente, nuestra hija fue aquí anoche por su calle 21 con amigos de la uni, no vivimos en Manchester pero llamé y fueron muy serviciales y le dieron un vaso de efervescencia en la mesa y luego también le enviaron un brownie de cumpleaños... ... le encantó. También la chica que cuidaba de la mesa era encantadora para todos ellos. Todos volverán.

We waited 40 minutes for a very uncomfortable seat (the counter). Waitresses are not professional at all. They keep going around pretending they're working. Nobody came to ask if we needed anything or order any dessert. They take ages to do everything. There wasn't enough tomato sauce on the pizza and it was overcooked. Mozzarella also tasted weird. Not recommended at all. If you want a decent pizza, book a flight and go to Naples.

Super delicious Neapolitan pizza. Service was super nice, a blonde. Price performance is completely okay. Will come eat here again. Unfortunately there was nothing free inside, so we had to sit outside. It was cold but there are heaters, which we thought was great and so we enjoyed sitting outside.

Recently moved into Cutting Room Square, visited this evening with my son. Not the first time I have visited but as always a great experience. Service and food is great. Keep it up.

Visiting Manchester for the City v West Ham game, this branch of Rudy’s is ideally located in Ancoats, so just a 15 minute walk up to the Etihad, Warmly welcomed and seated, our waitress came to introduce herself, and from that point we were so well looked after, Pizzas are always perfect at Rudy’s, whichever restaurant you visit, they’re that good, the triple pepperoni was fab, First time trying the Nduja Aioli, won’t be the last, free desert and coffee was greatly appreciated, Our go to place for gorgeous food at a brilliant price, with top notch service, can’t beat Rudy’s.

If you are in Manchester you must visit this restaurant! The pizzas are exceptional, best I ever had. Great drink selection as well… Make sure to pre book as the place seemed very busy.

I have visited Rudys quite a few times whilst living here in Ancoats. Always a delicious selection on the menu which is seasonally updated. I would recommend to book in advance as walk-in’s can mean an hour wait quite easily. But nature of being such a popular place of the area. Also a really cool decor, with some cool vintage movie posters!
