Boulevard Deli in Manchester

Bought a pasta from them and it has got a rodent dropping in it. See bottom right of photo. There's no mention of seeds, rice, or anything that would look similar in the ingredients and it looks identical to a rat dropping.

Actually a bit quiet hereon a chilly November lunchtime however they have space heaters to keep the worst off. Rest beef sandwich... delicioso!!! Nice place to chat with a friend or too but would not be ideal for a large group

Really standout food and service

Toni and Jane are absolute sweethearts and even better hosts. We were treated to a fine evening of pizzas and milkshakes behind close doors for our group. A lot of love and care was put into the food. The food was freshly made and delightful! The atmosphere was great and it was as if we were in deli abroad with the sun shining. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this deli. You will certainly not be disappointed. Thank you for your hospitality Toni and Jane x

Went for a coffee and noticed that one of the chefs was very vocal/rude to another member of staff, which ruins the nice cafe environment. will not be returning. I also noticed that someone else had left a review regarding the same thing so it must not be an irregular occurrence.

Just popped in for a panini after driving past this place. Panini was excellent, staff super friendly and helpful. Also they have a really nice selection of local beers and other tasty delicacies but didnt have time to stop and look. Will go again for sure

Lovely food and service. It was just a bit chilly when the sliding doors open. But if is lovely during the Summer.

Nice selection of items on the menu. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was ok but eggs were hard (yolk) and overly oily. Nice atmosphere and decor though. Coffee is really nice there. I've not tried other menu items but they look nice.

Lively atmosphere with great food. Had a lovely chat with the waitress. Definitely coming back soon.

It's a lovely trendy little café with excellent food and friendly staff. The location is perfect too, with outdoor seating on a nice day. It's now my go to place for a bite to eat or a coffee, highly recommend it!

Had the eggs benedict scrumptious with the hollandaise sauce on the side so you could have as much or little as you wanted.

We held a party there and had a brilliant time. The pizza was delicious, the staff were lovely, and the drink selection was good too. They also do a very nice job maintaining the local community space.

Seems a nice place to chill have a cocktail or beer even a breakfast (just wish the breakfast was bigger as mine seemed like a child size portion and for best part of a tenner 😬) aside from that go down grab a drink check it out. So the Deli have left a comment : however I was not aware the breakfast I ordered was the smallest one - I was never told about a larger size breakfast for an additional cost. So the owners have replied. I am not sure I’d return mainly due to location and travel time to get there from location.

Carvery sandwich is amazing. I seem to have one every time I'm in the area. And you can't go wrong with a soup as well.

First time tried here for breakfast. Had Eggs Royale plus 2 slices of crispy bacon. Absolutely delicious. Friends had the large breakfasts which also looked great.

Honestly one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve ever had! Ordered the large full English breakfast however I noticed they did not come with a hash brown, I asked the man working there if they had any smd although they did not he went out of his way to make me something very similar to a hash brown which was Lovley!

I am absolutely blessed to have this deli on my doorstep. Toni and Jane are consummately convivial hosts. Friendly and welcoming. I trust their judgment in terms of taste and quality of food. The carvery sandwiches are to die for. Juicy meat, crispy tatties, lovely onions and perfect gravy. They do phenomenal breakfasts, cooked to your taste. Some people prefer their bacon in some ways, I prefer it well done and it’s magic. Sausages are top notch and eggs are of the highest order and again cooked as requested. If you like runny - ask - if you like firm - ask! The seeded/granary bread for sandwiches is gorgeous and don’t start me on the cakes!! This is a wonderful place and my go-to.

Just had an amazing sausage bacon & egg toastie whilst waiting for my wife’s eye appointment to finish around the corner at Optegra. Get in here instead of sitting waiting for your partner in your car. Amazing food and tea with proper leaves. Gorgeous

The food was great as always, can’t fault it! However, I do think it needs pointing out that one of the chefs (possibly the owner?) doesn’t speak too kindly to his waitressing staff. His wife is always so personable and I couldn’t fault her service, but some comments overheard left a sour taste in the mouth and have put us off going again unfortunately.

I highly recommend this little place! The quality of the food and service is fantastic. Our needs were simple - just a picnic in the park for our family gathering (10 people). I phoned up and Jane was able to cater for our needs and at a very reasonable price. Everything was ready as agreed. I do wish we were local to be regular customers, but I do implore local residents to support this lovely little business!

Lucky enough to have this place right on our doorstep - such friendly staff, incredible service and amazing pizza. Cocktails were also great and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend a visit.

Quick and easy. Got what we wanted except no cold milkshake and no smoothies on hot day. Love my smoothies and milkshakes. Lol Apart from that quick and efficient.

I love the Boulevard Deli! I have never been disappointed with anything from here, the pizzas and the burgers are the best in Didsbury! All of the staff are great, they can never do enough for you. Top quality food for really good prices, highly recommend!

This place is amazing. They have super fresh and tasty food, you can tell there is care and time put into sourcing good ingredients and making the recipes they use. The sandwiches are delicious and a fantastic size, the burgers are some of the best I have had, I am yet to try the pizza but from I have seen they look great too! I would highly recommend this place to anybody that appreciates quality food served with a smile.

Great food with a warm welcome. Owners have worked hard to adjust throughout lockdown & restrictions, providing a great service to local community. Quality ingredients, especially sausages, and expert cooking.

Great soup, Cajun spiced sweet potato and butternut squash, a good level of spice. The staff were so friendly, menu is extensive, also offering pizza in the evening, il look forward to one next time

No me puedo quejar de este lugar. Mi compañero y yo pasamos a almorzar hoy temprano y quedamos muy impresionados. A pesar de estar muy ocupado con los clientes, el personal fue amable y atento, e hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos. Yo comí una pizza y mi compañero un sándwich asado, ambos con unas patatas fritas. Ambos fueron la comida perfecta para el almuerzo, bien preparada y hermosamente fresca. Para colmo, la comida tiene un precio increíblemente razonable, casi único en el área de Didsbury. Gran selección de comida también. Definitivamente volveremos muy pronto.

Hemos estado para almorzar varias veces y siempre ha sido bueno, la comida está bien preparada, el personal es muy servicial y atento, hoy decidimos ir ya que estaban haciendo una barbacoa al aire libre, a mí y a mi hija nos encantaron las hamburguesas, mi A mi hija le encantó especialmente el panecillo de pretzel y la piel de las papas fritas, si estás en el área, definitivamente no te equivocarás si vas a almorzar o te pides algo para llevar.

We live nearby and have ordered from the Deli a few times during lockdown. We have been so impressed with the friendly, quick service and the excellent food. There are loads of options to choose from and everything we’ve had has been fresh and delicious!

Estoy tan impresionado con el servicio de Deli durante el cierre. No puedo responder por el lugar ya que solo descubrí el lugar cuando enviaron un menú para llevar hace unas semanas. El servicio es muy amable y el nivel de las pizzas realmente supera a las pizzerías locales. También obtiene más por su dinero. ¡Un gran servicio local que tengo la intención de usar mucho más!

Llovía gatos y perros cuando visitamos. El estacionamiento era una misión, por lo que es útil si vives allí y tienes estacionamiento. Entrada muy cerrada. Pedimos nuestros 2 cafés y vimos pequeños pasteles cerca de las cajas que también tomamos. Los pasteles son de 1 a 1. 50 por porción pequeña. También almacenan artículos para llevar también. Los asientos son cómodos pero muy apretados, ya que muchas mesas se apiñan en el espacio. Pensamos que los cafés estaban deliciosos y el servicio no estaba mal. El área de la esquina cerca de los baños se ve muy al azar. Inodoro razonablemente limpio. Sí pensé que el precio era caro, pero pueden salirse con la suya ya que no hay otros restaurantes similares cerca. Notaron que hacen el desayuno, los batidos y parecen estar expandiendo sus ofertas. Disponibilidad de periódico para que los clientes lean. Me di cuenta de que tienen clientes habituales. Sirven bien a los residentes de Didsbury Point. En mi opinión, ¡se necesita más competencia para restaurantes similares en la viscinidad!

¡El Boulevard Deli tiene un excelente menú nuevo! ¡Los sándwiches de Carvery son como 'Asado dominical de mamá' en un sándwich! Otras nuevas incorporaciones al menú incluyen tartas de pescado tailandesas, lasaña y fantásticas batatas fritas. Hay más platos que aún no he probado, pero volveré a probarlos. Este es un lugar pequeño, independiente y apartado en Didsbury Point. Fuimos con una multitud de niños pequeños a la hora del almuerzo y nos sentamos afuera.Tenía el inglés completo y fue uno de los mejores que he comido en Manchester: todo lo que puedes pedir, todo por 8. 50 La esposa y los niños tenían pizzas, que mi amigo que vive cerca dice que son "los mejores del sur de Manchester". Saboreé el de mi esposa y no voy a discutir su opinión. Ciertamente nuestra hija se comió toda la suya y es una niña quisquillosa. Todos los niños también recibieron helados de cortesía, cortesía del anfitrión con quien fue un placer hablar.Pedí un Bloody Mary que tardó en llegar. Menús de papel, sucios y sucios, con trocitos de comida. Paredes en particular una al lado de la mesa manchada con cosas blancas, ni idea de lo que era. Se necesita una limpieza profunda. en las zonas públicas.Precios bien pero creo que lo dejo un poco. No impresionado por la decoración.

Fantastic little family-run place! It's a great pleasure to have it on our doorstep as well. The staff are great, the food is excellent, and it's just a nice spot to sit for lunch or a coffee. When we moved in to the area recently, they were very welcoming and explained their menus, home delivery service and their upcoming evening opening hours during the week, which was a nice touch. We'll certainly be regular customers.

Visité este lugar para un aperitivo y café antes de ir al aeropuerto. Marido había encontrado en el internet y decidimos que debería tratar porque estaba perros. Nos pareció muy acogedor y la pizza y la tarta que pedimos estaban deliciosos. Cafés, eran muy buenos. Nuestro perrito al llegar fue servida con rapidez un tazón de agua y algunas galletas de perro que agradecer. Sin duda volveremos, así que me alegro de que encontramos. El personal es encantador.
