Went here for the first time today after a lovely walk and following recommendation from a friend. Food was delicious 😋 the only reason I've put 4 stars for the atmosphere is because there was hardly anyone in at the time we went. I would definitely go back 👌

Amazing Italian restaurant, great place to eat and eat again.

The food here was beautiful. Really tasty and big portions. They catered for vegan diets too, the Margarita was one of the best I've had. The service could do with a tweak as it was a little messy but the food more than made up for it. Great place to eat out.

We love this restaurant, the food is fantastic, the service to is 💯%, the owners are so friendly and take time to chat with you. I would highly recommend you won't be disappointed It's also 5* Hygiene Try the Davino Special on the menu, one of my favourites. The home made cheese cakes are delicious and light to eat.

Reservado para 6 , familia & amigos, éramos los únicos allí, era un miércoles pero aún así! El servicio era atento, pero supongo que debería ser con solo 1 mesa para servir. La comida estaba bien, entrantes - pudín negro era bueno, calamares gomosos y salsa muy rica con los hongos. Las porciones principales eran generosas pero de nuevo muy ricas salsas y no podía probar la langosta en los ravioles. Spaghetti Polpette era bueno. Las bebidas no eran demasiado caras. No es un mal lugar, pero creo que con menos salsa y más ingredientes sería mejor.

Excellent, first class restaurant to wine and dine.

We absolutely love it here. Everything we've tried across the past year or so that we've been (regularly) going to Divinos has been outstanding. The servers always try to make it a memorable experience, the cocktails are unbelievable and we quite often will end up going for a starter or dessert or both because we enjoy it so much. Special shoutout to the tagliatelle divino and to the calzones!

This is a really good restaurant. One of the best Italian restaurants in Wigan. Pizzas are great. Pastas are better would definitely recommend. Also brilliant for a takeaway

Celebrated my 50th birthday with friends and family recently and would like to Thank the staff for a great night and great food. There was 17 of us and all agreed the service and food was outstanding.

No price on menus not intressent

We went for the first time tonight, kids had pizzas and myself and my wife had the most amazing mouth watering steaks. They really were top quality and cooked to perfection. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and the service is top not we will be returning

Amazing food in a lovely authentic Italian restaurant. It’s a small venue but the chef is amazing. Front of house service was good too but the food was really nice. Lovely wine menu too. Will definitely recommend to other people and come back again.

The food was amazing. Absolutely incredible. The taste was phenomenal and we will definitely be back. The service was also amazing! The staff went above and beyond and we're always making sure everything was okay. We will be back to eat in and to takeaway.

Went back for the first time since covid for our anniversary, and the food was just as good as we remembered, it was very enjoyable.

First time here. We were surprised at the size, with quite a large bar. Staff and service, was really good. The food was excellent and, we can definitely recommend the ribs, Spaghetti Pescatore and, Tagliatelle Divino. The price is probably mid range and, is value for money.

Don’t bother it’s about wether or not they can be bothered opening the kitchen or keeping it open. Example close at 10pm ring at 10 minutes past 9 and all you get is sorry kitchen is closed. Happened to me about 4 times this, better to just avoid and order from one of the others that are not just Open but have a ‘OPEN KITCHEN’ bit like going into a casino but you can’t place a bet.

Fair to say that i haven't eaten here for a good while, but did so again recently and it hasn't changed at all. Place has a nice atmosphere, the food is still excellent and the owners and all there staff are always really welcoming and cant do enough for you. It was really busy on arrival, but we just sat at the bar and we were seated within 5 minutes. Wont leave it so long next time and oh, i was the guy who ate the three pizzas lol.

Visited Saturday 15th with family...had the best rissoto (recommend the risotto Divino to anyone) I have ever tasted...lovely restaurant with excellent service...5 stars

Food is at best just OK, not cheap by any means for example £9.90 for a garlic bread starter, the service is acceptable. Take care if you have allergens as despite advising of food allergies to Manager on or rival , the same subsequently giving assurances what could be provided GF - they subsequently served a meal which only by triple checking by the customer, if it was actually gluten free? was it then established it was in fact a standard meal. One that if eaten would have had serious consequences!! Yes the meal was exchanged without too much delay. However didn’t appreciate the manner in which the Manager followed up and attempted to blame my wife for her not making it clear her meal, as well as another meal was gluten free and stated that he ‘thought’ the enquiry was for another member of our party. There was 6 of us dining tonight, 2 are gluten free allergenic, we dine out frequently so we are well versed in how to order food - everyone present witnessed the order being placed and it was 110% correctly ordered as gluten free as was another meal- maybe instead of blaming customers he should maybe read orders back to customers and as one of our diners suggested maybe take the allergens orders last and so avoid future errors? At £155 it was not cheap by any standards . Rest of the food was OK with nothing in particular that could be rated as excellent or exceptional, reasonable waiting times and with the exception of a takeaway order was served hot. Summary, rated as good for food and taking into account massive error or non Gluten Free meal delivery it’s not recommended somewhere to eat if you have any diners with allergens without great care and attention from diners.

Another great meal at Divino's. The restaurant had some big tables to serve this evening but they did it like a breeze, very impressed. The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly. My partner and I stayed for nearly 3 hours, so chilled. The food superb as normal , this is my number one restaurant to go to. I love it.

We eat at Divino's restaurant regularly and love going there,from entering the door and being greeted by Karim the owner. To waiting at the bar and being served by Caroline his wife you know you are entering a lovely friendly family run Italian restaurant. The food is amazing whether you order a pizza or go for a full 3 course meal. In the years we have been going there we have tried virtually everything on the menu, if you fancy something but have an allergy or don't like an item in it, their chef will happily make it without that item. We have never been disappointed with anything we have chosen from the menu. I would and do recommend Divino's to anyone and everyone when asked for a good restaurant in Wigan

This is the best Italian/Sicilian restaurant in Wigan by miles. The food is freshly cooked to order with seasonal ingredients, all beautifully presented. The staff are both friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We’ve been eating at Divino’s for years and always return as it’s a wonderful place to eat and relax.

After a long afternoon at a swimming gala in Fleetwood, we called into Divinos at 7.50, all a little hangry and tired! The host and waiter wasted no time in getting us seated and drinks served. Our order was taken and as we waited the waiter was very attentive, chef even came out to the restaurant to take a look at what was going on and ended up chatting with my partner in Italian. Food arrived and the 5 of us were silent as we tucked into flavourful, beautifully cooked pasta and pizza. Fresh, quality ingredients always shine through and it’s obvious Divinos are cooking with quality ingredients!!! If you are look for good food, good atmosphere and great staff, be sure to give this place a visit!

We visited this restaurant Saturday evening,took a while to be seated, wen we wer service was slow, ordered garlic bread for starters, which was loveley, we ordered chicken breast for our mains, which was awfull, it was sliced chicken, not breast, and very drab, we did complain to the manager, but all we got offered was free drinks, which I think he should of deducted the 3 meals from the bill, we do eat out quite a lot in various Italian restaurants, and we do enjoy Italian food, but this place needs to up its game, table service was also poor, sorry divino we won't be rushing back, sorry.

Excellent restaurant serving delicious food at very good prices. Staff were very welcoming and very attentive throughout out meal. The starters of duck rolls and goats cheese tart were very very good. Our mains of chicken Diane were excellent. Drinks were well priced and lots of options available. Clientele were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a super restaurant in a nice town.

Just a small group of us today but we have had up to 20 family members on other gatherings her. Always top standard no matter how many of us are here. First time visiting for a work’s night out. Our table was booked for 7pm in a restaurant that wasn’t too busy. However, it took until about 7:20 before our orders were taken. By around 7:45, we finally received our starters - my starter being an amazing slice of black pudding on bruschetta with a topping of caramelised onion. It was so nice that I could have eaten it several times. Once we had finished our starters, the slow service resumed with it taking some time for the starter plates to be taken away before we finally received our main courses - lobster ravioli in a creamy tomato and prawn sauce with asparagus. Again, amazing. The food is the nicest Italian food I’ve had in some time. Amazing. However, the service was slow and, at times, a little unprofessional/inconsiderate (one server looked like he really didn’t want to be there). I can put that down to the restaurant becoming a little busier but what seemed to be only 3 people serving. I’ll definitely be returning.

Been here to both eat in and take away. Place seemed clean and tidy, staff seemed helpful and food on both occasions was delicious, takeaway was still piping hot once I got it home. Can't fault the price or quality of food.
