Gran alcohol local, agradables asientos al aire libre, consiguió el pie cuando está encendido, consiguió la calefacción exterior, consiguió las pizzas y una pinta decente. Malditamente encantador

Coffee nice. Staff polite. Breakfast…..I appreciate that some elements may be fried but I had garden breakfast. Tomatoes fried, spinach fried (A first for me), Haloumi fried, mushrooms fried, they were nice but my whole mouth tasted like of oil and I’ve not felt great since. Toast was not fried! Maybe also use smaller plates. Huge plates with not much on them. Man serving had done his best to spread it out. Cost £12 something. VFM. I think not

Be very aware of this place. No prices are advertised and they seem to make up the prices depending on who you are. Food was bland with no flavour. Your better off getting a Tesco meal deal than visiting this place.

El servicio era bueno y la comida estaba bien. Tiene un tamaño razonable y está en Mark Lane. La hora del almuerzo tiende a estar muy ocupada.

We bought a pizza each to take away and eat by the side of the Thames. Ten out of ten. Lovely pizzas. And very reasonably priced. We'll be back.

This has to have been the WORST and most DISGUSTING creams I've ever been to. I live in Bedfordshire! Ice cream smeared along the walls of the booth, could clearly see finger marks, tables sticky, damp smell. Dark and dingy setting maybe some of the lights were faulty. Sooo many flies. They gave us a slush and the lid didn't fit so it ended up going all over the table as we didn't realise until too late that the lid was wrong size. The toilet was disgusting. I asked a member of staff to clean it so my niece could use it, they looked at me as if I asked them if they deep clean the whole store which is what they bloody need to do, it's SO DIRTY!!! Their hygiene rating really should be a 1 and be closed for inspection. FYI I did not see a cert. They walked in and out and nothing was done so we had to leave without actually finishing what was ordered... Salted caramel ice cream was disgusting, freezer settings clearly too high or the ice cream had been sitting too long as it was icy and sharp in texture not soft and creamy like it should have been. Only 1 of the 4 ppl working seemed to want to be working, tall pretty asian girl. The rest of them were miserable. Such a disappointment.

I have always been a huge fan of Eataly in London and New York, and have eaten there several times! This visit was awful! From the girl at front of house who was so miserable, like she couldn’t be bothered, her first words to us were “you’ve got two hours”, not a great welcome, to the bland, disappointing food and rushed wait staff! We went for an early Father’s Day lunch but won’t be returning which is a shame as we’ve always enjoyed it before.
