The cafe latte I had was barely acceptable in quality. Service was non existent but polite when we finally got it. If you really want a good latte go somewhere else.

This is a nice coffee shop in a great location. Great to sit outside and watch the world go by on Kings Road. Coffee was gorgeous and reasonably priced. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and we were a bit dissappointed as the sandwich was just half a sandwich, come on, either put the price up from £5.50 and give us a full sandwich or change the menu a litte to suit the more healthier sized adult, we dont mind paying for a full roll.

They offer nice coffee specialties and a nice variety of cakes. You can see that the place is more Italian inspired then other cafes in the area. The coffee therefore is a bit stronger and more bitter. The cakes are not so super sweet but of good quality and tasty. The place is not cheap but they have nice tables to relax with some nice latte Macchiato. Service is friendly too.

Have been here a few times as it is not far from where I live. Great list of different types of coffee. Sandwiches are pricey. There is a nice patio outside and the decor inside is good... but boy do the staff have an attitude problem. Unbelievable patronising. It is not just me, I go with friends or my children and they all say "what's up with the staff in this place" they were so condescending. This place needs to start with customer service for beginners - be helpful.

I tried to come in with my baby (who was asleep in her sling) and 4 year old daughter. It was a quiet day with plenty of seats available. We were told that we wouldn't be allowed to sit upstairs, that we would have to sit down stairs. When I asked why we couldn't sit in the window seat I was told it would be 'too disruptive'. This is the second time I've attempted to come for a coffee. And the 2nd time i've been turned away. Really horrible. And humiliating.

This is a nice cafe in a great location on Kings Road. The interior, especially downstairs, is ideal for a relaxing drink or meal but unfortunately, the food and drink is overpriced and distinctly average. The milkshakes might as well have been made from nesquick and the brunch food OK but hugely expensive. Sorry, but it takes advantage of location and fails to deliver

Went to Ca'puccino for a revisit because the first time was a good experience. The first time though...we did not have a slice of cake. When the cake arrived I thought the waiter had made a mistake...at £5.95 for a slice (which is astronomical anyway)...it was the smallest slice of cake I had ever seen in my life!On principle I complained and I got a cold reception from the waiter. My partner's coffee was cold, (I am Italian and like tepid temperature coffee so for me to say it was cold, it was COLD) My partner got what I had ordered and I was told I could not have what he got. All very strange and generally pretty dismissive. The waitress was kind and apologetic though. That was appreciated!

Getting a menu takes way too long, and then getting an order placed takes even longer. Perhaps it is quicker if you are seated outside. I decided to go here for a business meeting, oh boy an awful mistake it was.Firstly the waiter greeted us coldly to say the least. I explained to him that we would like to order two coffees, he took our orders with his back turned to us! To make matters worse upon bringing the order (which was childishly presented) he then hassled us to order food, I explained we are having a meeting and only wanted coffees. My guest finished his coffee before me, but I had not finished my drink, the waiter then came to our table and hassled my guest to order another drink, upon saying "no thank you" the waiter stormed off in some kind of tantrum. To his cheek the waiter came back 3 minutes later, and again hassled my guest to order something from the menu...I decided to intervene and demanded the bill.My advice to anyone...if you want to be treated disrespectfully and harassed beyond belief please do check out ca'puccino!

A late breakfast at Ca'puccino in the Kings Road. Time to relax and watch the world go by from the terrace, although this (Kensington and Chelsea) is officially the most polluted borough in the country, so it's not recommended unless you are in tip top health. And there's a level 9 pollution warning today. Which may, or may not, explain the service. We take a spare table and wait. And wait. There seems to be only one waitress so we give her some slack.Ten minutes late our slack has run out so I go inside and get myself two menus.Ten minutes after that still no contact established. The middle -eastern couple at the table next to us are similarly agitated. It seems that they have been waiting an extraordinary 30 minutes for their egg dishes. Finally the waitress takes our order. We wait. Patiently. The waitress rushes out with two plates for the Middle-Eastern couple next to us. She plonks two full English breakfasts on the table in front of them. Bacon, pork sausages. The works. They recoil in horror. They ordered eggs sans pig. The waitress apologises and takes the plates away. It is at this stage one would have thought that the only solution would have been for the staff member to comp their entire breakfast. No such common sense in evidence here.Understandably they decide to cut their losses, pay for their coffees and leave, never to return.Meanwhile our order arrives. A very nice fruit juice concoction of pear, peach and raspberry. A pretty good Americano. And a ham and cheese croissant. Requested hot but served cold.No cutlery or napkins though.Nobody around to ask. So it's another trip inside to get the stuff myself.Meanwhile a couple of stick-thin Danish girls at the table the other side of us are also getting agitated. They have been here a while and notice that our waitress has served a foursome who have only just come in. Given the possible starvation consequences, one of them tells the waitress about their long wait. Another lame apology and she tells the girl that she will take their order in a minute. As we have discovered a minute in Ca'puccino world is not the same as a minute in the real world. The Danish girls have worked this out. And leave without ordering.Time to go. Nobody about to request the bill from so I go inside. I know the way now. Inside I find a girl (obviously a staff member) trying to take some photos of some posed breakfast items with an entirely inadequate camera, no doubt for their unrealistic Ca'puccino world blog. She is being watched by two other staff members. Maybe this isn't a cafe after all. Maybe I have wandered into a photographic club designed to look like a cafe. The bill already includes a service charge, but I can't be bothered to get them to take it off. I have to be somewhere in 5 hours.

I went to the one on Tottenham Court Road (can't find it on here so leaving comment on this location). I went to have breakfast on a Saturday about 11am, the place was busy but not packed and it looked like a nice place to sit and have a chilled relaxed start to my day. Got seated fairly quick but waited about 10 mins to have my order taken - which was not good as I hadn't had any coffee yet! The girl did apologise for the delay and said something about training new staff. I was thinking of getting the crispy bacon with scrambled eggs and asked if the bacon was the thin style that goes really crispy, I was advised it was. When the food arrived it wasn't thin bacon and it wasn't crispy, I didn't send it back as was v hungry. That's more of an fyi for people, the food itself tasted really nice and I enjoyed it. The real problem began when I was relaxing after eating and was enjoying my coffee while reading a book. Twice waiters came over to me and asked if they could take my coffee cup - eh no... I gave no impression of being done. I had thought that as there were book shelves with books it was a place that encouraged relaxing and taking your time, there were still some empty tables so it's not like they were jammed. I was quickly losing my relaxed feeling and after another staff member swept by looking into my coffee cup I decided I'd had enough. I finished the coffee and pushed it away from me and within seconds a bill was placed on my table - no enquiry as to whether I wanted anything else, just pay up and get out was the message. So while the food and decor were nice I would definitely not go here again and not recommend it to anyone, the staff need a lot of training in 'good' customer service.

We have been to Ca'puccino several times in the past, and the food and overall experience has been good. This particular visit was a total turn off though. Upon arrival, the staff (appeared as the manager) seemed least bothered to even offer a table. He said that all the tables inside were full and from whatever random tables were available outside, we could find two seats for ourselves. Thereafter, he proceeded to ask us if we were in for just a coffee, we said we might order some food, he then just handed us menus and left us to look for seats. As stated before, we have been to this place several times before and the service has been much better. This time, the staff attitude was very off putting.

Bill came to £19.13!!The brownies, advertised at £3-something in the shop, had become £5.50 each when served on a plate. In fact, they turned out to be chocolate sponges, but perfectly ok.Whilst everything was good quality, nearly £20 for a tea/coffee stop is somewhat exhorbitant.

When this first opened it was a little hit and miss, but its found its feet and is a little above the ordinary chain coffee shops that adorn the Kings Road. Gets busy but has plenty of space in and out if you are in no hurry. Its quite Italian in terms of food so dont expect Starbucks/Costa/Pret offerings, makes a nice change from those and you get to rub shoulders with the occasional Made in Chelsea cast members if that floats your boat.

I came here for the first and the last time. We arrived late afternoon and the restaurant was half empty but the service was still slow, I expect they had a very busy lunch rush but doesn't explain really why they had to be so slow now with fewer people in the restaurant. I had never been here before so was very new to the menu and didn't quite know what I was ordering since some of the items on the menu I had not heard of before. I decided to try something unknown however when the food came my plate had, what can only be described as, glorified chicken satay. It was very disappointing and did not satisfy my hunger, to be honest it left me feeling very hangry.
