Reservamos Groupon para Abril y confirmado por correo electrónico. hotel reservado y tren de Lincoln en la fuerza de esta oferta. 2 días antes de que nos fuimos nos miramos el menú en línea que Recordemos qué esperar -para encontrar que estaba cerrado. No nos molestó para notificar a nosotros. Afortunadamente conseguimos en Cote Knightsbridge y lo recomiendo encarecidamente en todos los aspectos. no dar a esta gente -Frankie's -la hora del día. obviamente no se preocupan por nosotros! O las molestias. Una empresa adecuada calidad hubieran ofrecido un lugar en uno de los otros restaurantes. Espero que cerrada para evitar que otros que me decepcionó. Buscando en algunas de las críticas de aquellos que no puedan comer allí creo que tuvimos suerte en el extremo de malas críticas. Mantener 'em venir! Hay muchos lugares de calidad en la zona para sobrevivir.

Visitamos Frankie es un sábado por la noche y la reserva 3 semanas antes pero cuando llegamos no teníamos una mesa por lo tanto tuvimos que esperar media hora. La comida era genial, como era de esperar y el ambiente era muy bueno. Pero por desgracia el servicio nos decepcionó que el punto donde nuestra comida era tarde y nos alojamos en el restaurante por más de 3 horas para terminar los 3 campos. Estábamos ignorado por los servidores tanto que tuvimos que subir a un servidor que pedir que pagar la factura como esperamos cerca de una hora después del postre. Fue una pena que Marco reclutar personal que fue tan incompetente y el gerente del restaurante, que es tan ciega Bengala hacia quejas al cliente!! Felicitaciones a la chica de la recepción, ya que sabía lo que el servicio al cliente era y por lo menos se disculpó y nos ayudaron cuando estamos esperando por una mesa.

Llegamos en el restaurante después de hacer la reserva fue confirmado por el cumpleaños de mi marido. Viajar de Cambridgeshire estábamos ansiosos de fiestas de cumpleaños. Por desgracia esto no ocurriría, ya que el restaurante estaba cerrado con una nota en la puerta pidiendo que llame a un número de teléfono móvil donde no se puede dejar un mensaje, pero te permitía pulse 1 y se le enviará un mensaje a la persona diciendo que tienes llamado . Una semana más tarde, todavía sin llamar por teléfono, correo electrónico sin ningún contacto de Delphine que afirma ser el director general .

bien se puede imaginar, ya me dijo una vez que mi reserva fue cancelado debido al restaurante cerrado, mi reserva después me la confirmaron por esta noche (27 2013 abril) (por escrito) y estábamos muy ansiosos. Viajé desde Lincoln a llevar a mi hija para una cena especial, reservamos un taxi para que nos llevara allí, y luego encontramos una nota en la puerta diciendo que estaba cerrado!!! El número de teléfono no estaba tomando llamadas y no pudimos dejar un mensaje. ni siquiera consideraría reserva una mesa aquí de nuevo y se sirve con un formulario de solicitud de pista para mis pérdidas el lunes por la mañana!

Fui aquí el sábado 13.4.13 después de reservar unos meses antes, pero a pesar de tener una reserva confirmada y con texto y después de viajar a de kent llegamos allí y había un cartel en la puerta diciendo cerrado por reformas. Este fue un cumpleaños pagada para la oferta groupon para celebrar unos amigos y no sólo pagamos por canguros pero tren y taxi Fares! El número de teléfono era que no se encuentra quizás Marco Pierre White explica por qué la cocina gelifica es ir! Como mi e-mails al restaurante han caído en saco roto. No hace falta decir que la noche era arruinaron completamente!

Si tienes sopa para entradas y desea algo de pan, tienes que pagar extra por el pan. Si te bistec de orden, eso es todo lo que tienes, ah plus media un tomate, patatas fritas son £3 extra. Si te gusta la comida caliente, tienes que devolverlo, ya que sale fría. Si quieres ver lo que se está comiendo, es posible que necesite tomar algunas camas supletorias bombillas para su techo como tres luces no funcionaban sobre nuestra mesa y tuvimos que usar nuestra luz en nuestros teléfonos móviles para ver el menú. El personal es muy desagradable incluyendo la guardia me detuvo en la puerta. volveríamos, no!

I don't understand why this place would offer groupon deals as they have a horrible attitude when you tell them you have a groupon voucher! The lady who seated us was not welcoming and showed us to our table, and told the waitress 'group on'! Although it was good value for money and nice food we would defiantly not be going back here because of the customer service! Disappointing!!

My partner booked this as part of a mightdeals voucher; 3 course meal with a glass of prosecco each, and we ended up have 2 glasses each free as they kept us waiting a little while due to over booking. But that didnt bother us as we were a little late anyway!The restaurant is stunning, very glitzy and glamour. Food was great, if you want more of a choice then pay for it (in relation to someone saying its a limited menu on a voucher)!Dont be alarmed by the reviews I nearly didnt book it because of the low reviews but im so happy i did. Service by all was great, one waiter in particular made us feel like his was our own personal waiter.

I brought a groupon voucher for me and my partner and was very excited to have a nice meal out... On entering we were told we had been told we would only have an hour and a half to sit and eat our meal as they needed the table which I found very rude! Our waiter forgot our orders and on two occasions we had to ask where our food was and had to wait around. Overall service was terrible!! I ordered the prawns to start which I thought were ok and then later that evening when I got home I was violently sick and am still being sick today... The only thing I can put it down to is the prawns. Expected a lot more and will deffinetely not be going back or recommending this restaurant to anyone!

No one else on these reviews mentioned that if you go with a voucher, you only get a limited set menu. This information is not even on the voucher itself so be careful or you'll end up very disappointed like we did.I didn't like any of the starters in the menu so I ended up with a very boring soup. The main pasta dish I had was equally boring and average. However, my partner had the steak and although small he really liked it. The desserts are TINY but good, the best part of the menu. The only positive thing is that you have a decent selection or wines within the voucher and for the price it's unbeatable.I found the decoration cheesy but nice and the service was all polite although rather sluggish as they were quite busy on Friday night.

Ok, just because it's empty doesn't mean its bad. Can't you judge the food by yourself?I loved it! I ordered the Steak, so tender and juicy and the best sauce ever.The Besaola was too good as a starter, way too much beef in there.Very good value for money, plus if you have an Amazonlocal deal voucher or a Groupon one.

I booked a Groupon voucher for here as a friend and I were coming to London for the weekend. After reading these reviews, to be honest, I was really apprehensive. We arrived at the restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday night greeted by a really friendly doorman. A sign of things to come.On first look, the restaurant was stunning. Classy, elegant and full of character. Anyone who didn't appreciate the disco balls should maybe have considered staying in alone and boring on their evenings out. We loved the sparkling atmosphere.Shortly after being seated, we were greeted by a friendly waiter. He was busy as his section was packed but made us feel like the only people in the restaurant. We were stuck on a few menu options and he gave us stellar advice and recommendations. We ordered a bottle of wine which was bought to us by a wine waiter who was absolutely lovely and also helped us out with the menu and saw that all our needs were catered to throughout meal.Food wise, I had bresaola with rocket and pecorino to start and my friend had a salad. After lots of chatting, we were both stunned to absolute silence by the deliciousness of our starters. For two chatter boxes, that says a lot. I then had bolognese with homemade pasta on our waiter's recommendation and my friend had steak. I was convinced I'd made the wrong choice as surely spag bol is the same anywhere, right? Wrong. This is slow cooked for 6 hours and trust me, it makes the difference. The plate was practically licked clean. Delicious and my friend's steak was cooked to perfection too. Our desserts were lovely but somewhat outshines by our incredible mains.From start to finish, we were pampered in amazing service. We had the most wonderful night here and we honestly spent the rest of our weekend talking about how fabulous it was. Every employee we encourtered couldnt do enough for us. I eat out a lot but never write restuarant reviews but I just had to do this. Anyone in London looking for a sparkling atmosphere, gorgeous real hearty food and great yet friendly, down to earth service, come here. If you're looking for stuffy waiters, silver service, poncy food and a venue with no atmosphere, go elsewhere. We cannot wait to return, thanks Frankies.

Seven of us gathered at this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The staff really looked after us all evening, nothing was too much trouble and the food was to die for. We shall return there for sure. Highly recommended!!

It should have been a warning when we were able to make a last minute reservation for an evening meal even though it was midweek. The glitter balls and mirrored walls had the class of a mid 80's night club. The restuarant was almost empty other than another party of 10 & Marco's son playing and running around as though he owned the joint, changing the music to match something from the ministry of sound whilst showing off to his guests.The food was well cooked and mainly tasty although the chips (clearly frozen) as a side order ruined the quality of the steak. The desserts lacked imagination and appeared from the fridge within 30 seconds of ordering. Overall the service was good, the food was reasonable considering we received a 50% discount on the main courses but would have been unhappy to pay the full price.

We arrived without a booking for a Saturday lunch, the restaurant was maybe a quarter full. It has a night clubby feel to it, lots of mirrors and glitter balls - not a great lunchtime ambiance. Food was not bad but nothing special but the service was prompt and friendly. 12.5% service service charge added was an unpleasant surprise !!

We ate hear on a groupon offer and the food and service was very good. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Friday evening but because of the clever decor atmosphere was nice yet felt quite private. I would recommend but not at the full price.

Bought Groupon deal- £35 for 3 course meal for two with bottle of wine. Food was amazing- ordered t bone steak- cooked to perfection. Wine alone was £28 per bottle so really the food for two comes in at a mere £3.50 each!! Service was second to none- not in your face by any stretch or means but always asking you how your food is and if theres anything else you require. Can't wait to go back!

We reserved a pre-theatre table for the saturday afternoon. There were two other couples so the restaurant lacked atmosphere. The waiter was rolling his eyes as we had ordered alcoholic drinks with our meal - as if to imply we were drinking far too early! We ordered from the pre-theatre menu and the food was very average. I think we expected beautifully presented food but it was slapped on the plate. When we got our bill, the service charge of 12.5% was already included in the bill - we were going to leave a tip but I think it is utter cheek for a place like that to just add it on like that. I have had much nicer meals than that - Avoid!

Possibly our worst dining experience ever. Unhelpful, disinterested and chaotic staff , terrible service, bland food, cheap menu, terrible value. They ran out of soup at 8pm on a Saturday - says it all. We could have spent £5 in Tesco and had a better quality meal, rather than wasting £70 on this (although we refused to pay the laughable 12.5% inclusive service charge).Spoilt the last night of an otherwise great trip to London. Marco Pierre White has some explaining to do if this is the kind of restaurant he associates his name with. Frankie and Benny's is more authentic than this!

Despite the £18:50 for three course deal, this is not good value. The food, service, and ambiance are way below what you would expect even at what seems a reasonable price for a restaurant with this branding, in Knightsbridge. They don't tell you about the £7.50 surcharge until the bill arrives - irritating (and cheap). The menu claims 2006 vintage wine, but 2010 shows up - irritating. The waiter calls you "matie" and claims to love you when you phone up to book a table - irritating. They charge you for three courses per head whether everybody had three courses or not - irritating. They claim that the ribeye is their specialty, but can't serve it medium rare - irritating. None of these things on its own is sufficient to hate somewhere, but combined with the poor menu, average food and bizarre service, they instill a level of loathing I have not experienced since eating in TFI Fridays on a Tuesday night on a rainy November evening after being dumped by my then sweetheart. It really irritates me when restaurants like this stay open. They just waste everybody's lives. Actually, in fairness, the staff seemed reasonably content to be working there, but given how poorly trained they were, this isn't really a surprise. I would not go back were the meal offered for free: i value my time on this earth too much. Marco, Frankie, please close this restaurant down - this place is straight out of the culinary doldrums of the 80's and it is embarrassing to London.

Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced at a London restaurant. We went there on 8th Dec 2010 and were made to wait 45 minutes for a table we had booked weeks in advance. The unapologetic staff promised drinks that never came, and the dinner service (when we finally were seated) was disgraceful. Cutlery was thrown on the table and the food was below par. How Marco Pierre White has given his name to this restaurant is totally beyond me. To cap it all, the staff refused to make any bill concession for the wait. Completely rubbish.

Four friends and I booked through Toptable for Friday night 8.30 reservation. I don't think I've ever had such poor service in a restaurant. After being seated at a table at the back of the room behind a pillar, we decided to choose from the Set Menu. My starter looked and tasted like a Tesco Value ball of Mozzarella with 3 cherry tomatoes plonked on the side! the canneloni was ok, the ceasar salad was dry green leaves with 2 yes 2 croutons and a tasteless dressing, we return these and asked for a canneloni as a replacement, we had to ask for this twice before it was served !! Main Course -after waiting about 45 minutes, three of us had the steak which was tough and very chewy,the Bernnaise sauce was cold as were the fries which we sent back and had replaced, the deep fried zuccini was pathetic, it was cold and had flakes of batter just laying on the dish, not actually attached to the vegetable. Two of us had the Salmon, one of which was served skin side up...!! when we ordered desserts we requested 4 cheesecakes and 1 mousse. 1 mousse and 1 cheesecake arrived and the waiter actually asked if we wanted 4 forks to share the cheesecake, when we said we had ordered 4 he proceeded to argue with one of our party saying it was her fault as she only asked for 1!! We had 5 different waiters, were stuck at the back in a corner, not once during our meal did anyone come to the table and ask if everything was ok with our meals! When I asked to see the manager I was made to wait over 5 minutes whilst he hugged and chatted to another diner, eventually he came to our table, after I explained our disappointment, he offered £25 off of a £170 bill and a glass of fizzy!! I managed to get the bill down to £100, although to be honest I don't believe we should have paid for any of the food. Don't be fooled, this is NOT a decent restaurant, I've had better food and service in a Toby Inn staffed by students!!! How MPW and Frankie Dettorri can put their names to this second rate steak house is beyond me... the attitude of staff and management was appalling and they weren't even busy... I now know why!!!

My cousins girlfriend had organised a surprise party for 30 people and Frankies was booked. We arrived and initial thoughts were that the restaurant looked very nice if not slightly cheesy. We sat down and were served drinks fairly quickly. Table was booked for 1930 but the guest of honour was late so food was delayed. We finally got our starters at 2115 which were not bad, I had the cannelloni which was pleasant but didn't appear particulary fresh. Main courses appeared after 2200 !!!! My burger was dry tasteless, chips were cold, my wifes chicken escolope was a disgrace!! It was the size of dinner late, greasy, tasteless and served with uncooked tomatoes. When we complained about the food they did remove a small amount from the bill but seeing as the bill was £1200 they weren't too fussed, that's probably because they were too busy pushing drinks on everybody !!! Give this place a wide birth as there are far too many beautiful restaurants in London which are serving stunning food at good prices with amazing service. Quite how Marco Piere-White can put his name to this restaurant is beyond me!!

Made a reservation with toptable. Arrived on time, table not ready, had a seat in the lounge area. No one approached to see if we even wanted a drink before dinner. After a 10 minute wait we were shown to a completely bare table, no napkins or silver, etc. Again waited anothr 10 minutes with no menus or drinks, spoke with the guest at the next table, also bare, and they said they had been waiting even longer for service. Waited another 10 minutes, 30 miutes total being totally ignored and got up and left! The man who seemed to be in charge never even looked at us , he was oblivious to his guests.

Mind the high step on the way in though as I went flying! Nice menu - we chose to have mains and desserts. My son had the steak with snails and thoroughly enjoyed it and my husband said his steak was the best he had ever had. My chicken escalope milanaise seemed to be missing the spagetti which did make it quite dry - was served with a few vine tomatoes. Puds were very nice and the childrens menu came with generous portions for £8.50 for 2 courses. Watch for the 12.5% service charge.Good atmosphere - was quite busy later in the evening

Tengo que ir al Chelsea & Westminster con bastante frecuencia y hace 10 días me sorprendió descubrir que nuestro favorito para una bebida después del hospital había cambiado repentinamente de ser una de las cadenas de Carluccio a ser una de la cadena de Cote. El personal era bastante inepto y no tan útil, así que supongo que no volveremos allí otra vez. ¡Una pena! !

I came here for the first and the last time. We arrived late afternoon and the restaurant was half empty but the service was still slow, I expect they had a very busy lunch rush but doesn't explain really why they had to be so slow now with fewer people in the restaurant. I had never been here before so was very new to the menu and didn't quite know what I was ordering since some of the items on the menu I had not heard of before. I decided to try something unknown however when the food came my plate had, what can only be described as, glorified chicken satay. It was very disappointing and did not satisfy my hunger, to be honest it left me feeling very hangry.

En nuestro primer día en Londres en nuestro viaje más reciente, decidimos encontrar un restaurante cerca de nuestro hotel porque estábamos cansados. Era temprano y este lugar estaba abierto, así que decidimos probarlo. Debería haber comido antes de regresar a la zona alrededor de nuestro hotel. El servicio no era excelente, el restaurante era pequeño incluso con solo un puñado de huéspedes, y la comida no era buena. Tenía una pizza quemada, no solo los bordes de la corteza, sino también los corazones de alcachofa. Mi marido tenía la lasaña que no era muy buena. Deberíamos haber probado un restaurante diferente! Ciertamente no volveremos.
