I walked in to grab a coffee but was overwhelmed by the friendliness and service-minded staff. I had a sandwich with rocket salad (vegan) which was absolutely gorgeous and a vegan pasta dish with lentil bolognese. Everything super delish! Thank you!

I’ve got one really positive thing & one really negative thing to say about Coco Di Mama in general. I’m firstly reviewing the White City one as it’s local so I might be off the mark re: others. They have an awesome roasted aubergine sandwich that’s really worth it to vegetarians. Especially for you if you rely on chain stores in London for lunch. But the alarming thing is the pasta that they cook fresh. It’s so basic that it could just undercooked pasta penne from Tesco. Maybe I went in on the wrong day? I’ve had a few ones in there but the tomato one was so disappointingly bland.

The leaves from the salad were definitely unwashed. The beans too. In the va va boom salad it needs more cheese or more avocado and less leaves and tomatoes. The salad was 80% unwashed leaf. The aubergine tasted way too oily too

La sucursal está bien. Personal amable.

For some reason ended up in here rather than Pret two doors down. Been a couple of times now and had the eggs benedict for breakfast. Really wonderful. Not sure I'll be hitting Pret for a while. Price seems reasonable (for London).

having just left the increasingly curt and lippy staff down the street at Pret (acquired yesterday by naive entrepeneur for £1.5 billion - beware your pension pots!) I popped in to try my luck here. Let's skip the usual "next" cba service and move on to the main fare: a pot about the size of a builders mug full of luke warm penne pasta in a thin spicy sauce. One congealed lump of spiced mince in the middle. I would conservatively estimate a 600% mark up on this. More importantly, it is not dente and I could do better. Which I will demonstrate from this point forward.

I have had breakfast twice at Coco Di Mama. I like the concept healthy eggs, and avocado and the take on eggs Benedict is fun. My gripe is the portion size, and something about the food that leaves me less than satisfied, almost like I had not eaten. Having been twice I would not bother going again.

5 pounds 25 for lasagna. The whole thing was less than the size of a sandwich. It was pretty tasty but at prices and portions like these I will never be returning.

A quick pit stop at the "quite new" store in Lime Street, modern and understated decor, clean and fresh, good quality coffee and enough selection of cakes to put your 'will power' to the test! Quite busy but pleasant friendly staff.

There is always a queue at this place, which led to the false expectation that the food must be great. Don't get me wrong, it's not awful, it does the job if you want a quick(ish) lunch, but it does taste like it's been cheaply...

The choices of food for a quick lunch along London Wall are manifold. The good thing about this place is that you can go there everyday without getting bored. All the specials I have tried so far were very well prepared and I have not seen a single day where I could not find a main dish that did not look delicious.Deducted a point because the look did not always meet expectations regarding taste. It's always good but sometimes I find it lacks that little extra salt or spices which would make it a great meal.

Eastcheap branch. I chose the chicken pesto as a Friday afternoon treat - costing £5.40. Unfortunately it was stone cold and not particularly tasty, relying over much on too much parmesan for taste. Not happy :(.

Popped in for a late lunch one day as I was curious about why there's always such a long queue to get food during lunchtime. Having eaten the bolognese pasta from here, I'm none the wiser. The pasta was too al dente and the sauce was nothing special, perhaps because there wasn't enough of it so you could taste its flavours. Either way, it was quite average. Perhaps order dishes on the menu are better, perhaps will try another time when the queue's shorter but I certainly wouldn't stand in line for this food!

Stopped off here for a quick coffee on the way to a meeting. I was struck by the sincere service ethic displayed by the servers and impressed by the quality of the flat white and latte which we ordered. Nice little touch of a chocolate with each too.I loved the white, red and black decor with some really interesting adverts on display of some of the good foodstuff from Italy. The actual food looked really fresh and of good quality too.Do drop in but be mindful - it gets very busy during the main lunchtime - not surprisingly.

Whenever walking past this place there was a queue outside and I have seen their bags dotted around the office, however after tasting what they have to offer I have to ask myself why...I got the medium pesto pasta at around two fifteen as the queue had pretty much gone and looked forward to trying this however what I was presented with was overcooked pasta which was in a sauce made up of just oil and salt from the taste of it, the top pieces of pasta were covered in an overwhelmingly salty sauce and the bits at the end were soaked in oil... I was glad I didn't go for extra Parmesan or oil...The reason I mentioned the time is that it could be that as I went at the end of service I got the dregs left from the lunchtime rush but I certainly won't be heading back based on my experience. The reason for the 2 rating is that it is reasonably priced for the centre of London and I enjoyed the mangajo drink I bought to go with it.

I go to Coco pretty much daily for the coffee, which is delicious and my favourite of the many many coffee places around my office, made with care and truly flavourful and served at perfect drinking temp. Their croissants and porridge are also my go-tos if I am having breakfast al desko and not at home. The pasta is alright, but in my opinion nothing special and I enjoy the soups, salads and cakes much more. The staff at the London Wall branch are all lovely and it is always immaculate, which makes it a very pleasant experience and a nice place to wait for your coffee in a bit of calm before heading into work!

Their concept only works if you like pasta - they do sandwiches and other stuff, but that isn't really why you visit this place. The pasta though is great - big portions for take away or to eat there (if you are lucky - there are not a lot of seats). Delicious and rich and authentic tasting. A welcome change from sandwiches or the supposedly healthy alternatives most of the chains nearby offer. Fantastic, friendly staff and very reasonable prices too.

I had previously been to the London Wall branch (several month ago) and was not impressed as the pasta and sauce combo was bland and un inspiring. However, I am always one to give things a chance so, being a cold wet Febraury day i decided to give it another go and have a hot luch to warm me up. i ordered the spicy chorizo pasta and was really looking forward to if. got back to my office only to discover it was stone cold - I'm not talking luke warm her - literally stone cold. Luckily we have a microwave (albeit that I had to queue for 10 mins to use it). The pasta - I added my own salt pepper and chilli sauce.Sorry, not impressed.

This was recommended by a friend and I had tried some pasta... the box is big, it's stuffed with the pasta of your choice and with the sauce of your choice. This was rated a 3 out of 5 at best but I thought I'd give them another try. So about 2 weeks later I went to the one near Monument. I wanted to try the truffle pasta bake the other reviewer mentioned because one of my colleagues recommend it. They didn't have it so I got a veg version of it and it was really bad.1- it was really oily. Literally dripping2- it was bland3- it didn't feel or taste fresh. I expected it to have been cooked 2 hours ago and kept warm but this must have been sitting there from the morning (at best)Not planning on going back.
