Delicious food I love it so much my favourite restaurant everything so good I highly recommend this restaurant love the food the service and everything is very clean and hygienic and the food is very very delicious here

Mi pareja y yo decidimos que ambos tienen spag bowl estaba realmente delicioso. El camarero era realmente Tyron educado tan bien hecho para él y gracias por hacer que nuestra visita que poco mejor. A diferencia del resto de la camarera que era realmente desagradable. Tenía que el wc pop tenía 2 de caminando por la parte más concurrida del restaurante y por las escaleras. Me siendo educado tenía destacaba el camino para que 6 / 7 de camarera con grandes bandejas de otras órdenes pueblos para no gracias no siento nada. Necesitan capacitación de habilidades de servicio al cliente. En ese tipo de ambiente que tienen buenas habilidades de servicio al cliente. En general, la comida buena.

Me fui ya que acababa de terminar en el O2, y pensamos que la comida era excelente y a un precio razonable. Tuve la lasaña y que se derretía en la boca. Mi servidor estaba siempre atento a mis necesidades potenciales y aprecié que. Volvería a comer allí de nuevo si vuelvo.

Ofrecen un menú de 25 libras para compartir cenamos 2 adultos y 2 niños, macarrones y pizza y puedes elegir entre una ensalada pequeña o patatas fritas (según pone en la carta todas las que quieras). la pizza muy grande y te la pueden hacer de los 4 sabores que hay en el menú. Los macarrones picantes como todo en Londres la comida muy especiada. Lugar tranquilo para cenar, servicio correcto.

Llegué a mediados de londres - día un Sábado y quería conseguir una comida después de llegar a mi hotel y instalamos antes mi billete en el Savoy theatre Teatro esa noche. Este lugar está en el espacio anteriormente ocupado por un Garfunkles, y tengo que admitir que estaba indeciso. Pero me pareció un lugar muy agradable, con buena comida de calidad a precios razonables. Pedí el pollo parmesano y fue uno de los mejores que he probado en ambos lados del Atlántico. Fue una gran porción con un pedazo de jamón añadido; y llegó con los espaguetis (al dente con una sabrosa salsa, pero no), y su irresistible selección de ensaladas, verduras o las patatas fritas... tuve la ensalada que tenía una gran variedad de verdes frescos, pepino y pedazos de tomate. El servicio era amable y rápido. Mientras que su cartel exterior dice "Nueva York" italiano, tienen algunos ofrecimientos tradicionales británicos, tales como los peces omnipresente y patatas fritas. Sus pizzas parecía tremendamente bueno como se hizo. Volveré a este lugar la próxima vez que vaya a Londres.

El camarero era muy buena, pero la comida es muy soso, como todos y Bennys Frankie. La tarta de manzana es una porción pasada congelados servidos con una cucharilla de natilla en una jarra pequeña. Hay muchas otras opciones en el 02. No es culpa del personal, que es la forma toda la cadena es

Service from a girl called Ashley was brilliant apart from that the food is terrible and not up to any standards would not advice anyone to go there.

It was time & money well spent at F & B. We were celebrating a friends b'day & had a great time. Sam & his team were too good & attentive.

My boys and I (10 & 12) wanted to try a different 'American' style burger as a change of pace from our normal Byron Burger. Big mistake. And as it is a chain, I can only assume they are all the same. The burger meat was grey, tomato (singular slice on my burger) was paper thin to the point of being transparent, the chips tasted of fish (probably used it for the battered seafood) - the chocolate milkshake was 1/3 chocolate shake which was very, very thin, about 1/3 air and 1/3 whipped cream for nearly the same cost of a Byron Shake, which will be ample for 2 people. Poor value for money. Ugh!

Visited this F&Bs for some food and drink on the may bank holiday while waiting for a concert, as you can imagine the place was very busy as was every other restaurant but the friendly staff advised us we could go up the bar and wait while having a drink.When we got up stairs we found quite a large que to the bar and only one barman on at the time he was trying his hardest to serve people there drinks. Luckily another two people came to help him when we finally got served I asked for a pint of Beck's Vier he began to poor it and straight away I could tell this wasn't right it had zero head and no fizz at all it looked like a pint of cider, the barman actually told me it didn't look right and asked if I wanted something else I decided to go with a Stella he poured that and it looked loads better until he put it down and it absolutely stank before I had even put the glass to my lips i could smell it wasnt right I took a sip anyway and the taste matched the smell it was horrible I ended up buying another drink after asking someone in the bar if there Budweiser tasted ok which it did luckily, not the greatest Experiance at the bar they were serving people that had just walked in over people who had been stood there for 15 minutes but as i say at the start it was very busy.We sat down for our food and the rest was plain sailing the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.

Ate here one night - standard F&B's but no complaints. Food was nice & hot, didn't have to wait too long. Staff were friendly. 20% discount during the week with cinema ticket.

worst experience ever. music way too loud in there so we had to scream at each other. staff very unfriendly and got quite bored and pissed off when we had few questions about the sizes. food absolutely disgusting. i had a pizza and it was literally a very small frozen pizza with few slices of "fresh" tomatoes (costs 10 quid!!) . it was soggy and tasted disgusting. the fish and chips was also all frozen food, the "vegetables" on side were only peas and sweetcorn out of a can. Food was completely blunt and not seasoned. the prices are horrendously expensive for this bad quality of food - NEVER EVER AGAIN!

My friend and I came here for a good American portion dinner. I ordered an Italian dish and a choco-nana milkshake.The choco-nana milkshake looked decent but was so bland and tasted like cheap banana milk-not the ice cream milkshake that they advertised.The chicken saltimbocca was a rude joke. I did not go out and pay £13.50 for bland pasta with runny tomato sauce and microwaved vegetables with some mediocre chicken. The interior of the restaurant was great looking and the staff were decent enough but it seems like they've cut back on the food literally.My friend had a cheesecake dessert and it looked like a kids portion. 1 scoop of ice cream on the side. Poor value for money and menus are misleading.

Looking around the O2 centre, nearly went into Wgamama's but changed mind at last minute and went instead to the "Safe Choice" of Frankie's. Wrong decision. We started with Calamari, dry, overcooked in stale oil. We had New York Chicken - grossly overcooked and dried out. Saltimbocca Chicken, again overcooked and no sauce. The manager kindly replaced this but, again, it was not saltimbocca, dry, no sauce (which MUST be made with Marsala to be a true saltimbocca) other than the thin tomato sauce dressing the pasta. The manager did take both off the bill but his attitude was less than impressive. He was leaning on the back of a dining chair whilst taking our order and later talking to us. We were told that's the way they do things at Frankie's. If so, why put the dish on the menu as Saltimbocca when, clearly it is not. Give it a different name.Due to this experience it is very doubtful I will ever go to the chain again

Visited with my husband one evening last week.. waited ages to be acknowledged at the entrance and eventually a chap approached us and seated us with two menus.. the restaurant wasn't busy but we noticed he was the only member of staff taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.. clearly dreadful management , but that doesn't justify the miserable member of staff who clearly wasn't enjoying his job.. I can't give a review as to the quality of food or drink as we were never served... we waited, and waited, and waited perhaps for about 20 minutes. Then left...

It was an unplanned quick work lunch. The promptness and smile of the server made me write this review as an appreciation letter. I was in hurry so could not catch his name but he was very friendly and made sure we get all our food on time and finish in that limited time.

We were a large group and this may have contributed to the mayhem but we had booked in advance and it was Saturday afternoon so they were not that busy. We ordered a beef burger, chips and a milkshake plus a kiddies pizza with chips. The food took a good while to arrive. When it did, the burger was good, chips quite dry. The pizza was so dry, it needed mayonnaise and ketchup to make it palatable.I asked for the milkshake while we were eating. To quote:"Excuse me miss, I asked for a milkshake." Her response, "And???" Wow! The milkshake arrived after we had eaten, loaded with cream although we had asked for it without. By some strange miracle, I then ordered a coffee (obviously not learning from my mistakes), it took half an hour to arrive. I wouldn't go back. Plus the parking was ridiculous! 20 quid for 3 hours!

I came here depressed about some events that had taken place, but by the end of my meal I had completely forgotten all about it =D I had the breakfast; eggs with bacon and cheese and even got the potato cubes on the side. Omg it was ridiculously tasty; so tasty in fact, I stole food from my friends plate too because I couldn't get enough. And the service was SO quick! Can not wait to come back with more friends, so I can take food from all of their plates.

After being seated its took the one waitress in the whole restaurant 30 mins to get 2 lemonades which i went and collected myself from the bar because the drinks were sitting there for half an hour! Then i had to go and fond her to order the food which took one hour to come , and was absolutely disgusting!! I didnt eat my food.. I left the place hungry then when i arrived! I ordered a pizza that was meant to be filled with mac and cheese... It was a lump of pizza base with pasta and bbq sauce in .. Nothing like described in the menu .. Very over priced too!!!

Abbiamo cenato più di una volta e tutto è stato di nostro gradimento. Famiglia di 2 adulti e due bambini. si mangia a sazietà' spendendo circa 50 sterline tutto incluso. lo staff sempre super attento e gentilissimi.

We dropped in for a drink one afternoon and weren't greeted at the door, but as it was quiet and there only looked to be a couple of staff on who were elsewhere this wasn't a problem.We went to the virtually empty bar and the bartender didn't acknowledge our presence. We waited a while to get service but seemed to be invisible.A waiter then walked passed and ignored us completely. Slightly miffed we then sat down to look at the menu thinking that perhaps we'd get more response if we were at a table. But still no service from the staff.After nearly 10 minutes of being ignored a couple of women walked in and were immediately acknowledged and seated by the waiter. At this point we got up and walked out.Avoid this place as they have no concept of customer service whatsoever. Go to the Zizzi next door for an infinitely better experience.

I went there for a drink with a friend. One of the waiter was polite and quick, while the other coming to take our order wasn't at all and certainly was not aware of the basic customer service rules! Did not tried the food, but customer service for me is very important and I am not sure I want to come back there again!

We decided to try this establishment for a second time. We ordered a pasta dish with chicken strips, and a rare sirloin steak. Two pepsis at £3.50 brought the total bill to £38 which is ok for London. But we would hope that we would expect a minimum level of presentation for that price. We are not at a burger bar after all.None of the plates the food was served on were hot, nor even warm. The pasta should have been served hot, and the steak dish could have been hotter as well. Its a great shame, easily solved.It was enough for us to definitely not to want to return.

I always enjoy when I come here. The food is tasty and delicious, staff polite and attentative and the music great to sing along with. Cocktails at £3.50 during happy hour - great value!

The service was truly awful. The waiter made sarcastic comments when we didn't hear what he said. They ask you if you want some gravy to the dish and you'll have to pay extra (no information about that until the check arrives). The meat was overcooked (asked for medium).

Ate there twice The first time was for breakfast. They serve a nice breakfast. The staff was friendly though the service was slower than expected since there were very few customers in at the time. The second time we went was for dinner and the manager kept trying to up-sell us on appetizers and desserts. Somewhat annoying.

My wife and I met friends for a late dinner a few weeks back in Finchley Road. Our friends opted for Frakie and Benny's which wouldn't usually be our choice, however they were visiting from Devon so we went with it.We were pleasantly surprised. The food is what it is, we opted for mainly items of the grill such as steaks and were all pleased with the standard and the way in which they were cooked. Portion sizes were generous and the service was pleasant. I would say drinks were over priced and the music in the restaurant although enjoyable, being 50's and 60's rock and roll, was extremely loud.

The most disgusting food served in the locality. People that sell food that is so low quality should not be allowed to open restaurants. Nothing is fresh. Specialized in frozen foods that are microwaved and deep fried.

Went for lunch, the food was awful. The waitress didn't speak English well, she didn't write our orders down. I ordered the warm chicken salad and was given the worst chicken cesar salad ever made. Don't waste your time or money on this restaurant.

I would have given it a zero if there were an option. The gentleman who 'greeted' us at the door didn't know what a smile is used for. Our waitress was ok, but was just doing her job rather than making any effort to be nice. The food was mediocre to say the least. And when we left there wasn't even a goodbye or thanks. Guess where we won't be going any time soon. Or ever.

Had a really good meal earlier today with with excellent service. Tyrone was our server he was exceptional. We were a large party of 9 with a small baby and nothing was too much for him. Keep up the good work and see you soon.

This was my second visit here, but the first with my wife. We arrived at 11:50 and I was tempted to have the breakfast, however decided on the lunchtime spaghetti bolognese. The restaurant was very quiet, with ample space to sit. The waitress was attentive and the food was ok. I have been in better F&B's but I do accept that this is not their busiest time, which of course affects the ambience, and as with all restaurants that is an important thing.

We were sceptical after our last visit at a different frankie and bennys was terrible but here everything was perfect!Fantastic service, lovely fresh food and a nice clean restaurant too. Would not hesitate to come again!

We visited this restaurant yesterday about 5.30 after visiting the Elvis exhibition. Having been quiet earlier on, the place was now heaving with families on the way to a concert at the arena. We were told there was a 20 minute wait for a table for two and given a bleeper. We were shown to our table within the time stated even though the place was packed out. We were asked for our drinks order and food selections almost immediately. Within minutes, both came. The triple decker chicken, bacon and salad sandwiches with chips and coleslaw would have fed two people and were absolutely delicious! The chicken burger with the same sides was equally well received. Heather, our waitress, was lovely, prompt, smiley and efficient. Even I did not have room for a sweet!! It is a long time since I have been to London, but if this is the standard, I will be back. Prices really good and 20% reduction using our Elvis tickets. Thank you for a great meal at your most hectic time.

It is a huge delight to eat breakfast from here - very cheap and affordable and the sausages and eggs are cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!

When we went to London last month we visited the O2 Centre in Finchley to try one of their restaurants and unfortunately we decided to go for this one as it looked very nice from outside. The fact that it was very empty should have been a warning but we were very hungry and needed a table quickly. We all ordered fish and chips and also salmon with salad. The food took a very long time to come even though the restaurant was not busy.When our food finally arrived it looked terrible like it had been thrown onto the plate. The salad for all 4 of us was old and soggy and tasted bitter. It was covered in a lot of dressing and vinegar in order to hide the fact that it was rotten salad. So we all left our salad.The fish and chips were cooked in rancid oil that had been overused probably for weeks it was so disgusting we were not able to eat anything. The salmon was tasteless - it was like a piece of paper - it had obviously been in the freezer for many months and then taken out and fried in rancid overused oil. We were so worried about the quality of food we were given that we did not eat our meals and asked for the bill quickly and left.What happened to health and safety laws in the UK? This place should not be allowed to remain open as its a health risk. If only we had read the reviews on here before we decided to enter this restaurant! We will NEVER go into a Frankie and Benny's anywhere in the world ever again.

From a self-confessed egg-lover like me, the Eggs Benedict here is among the best I've had in all my travels. The serving of hollandaise sauce (unlike many other establishments) is generous and everything was just perfect here!

I had never been to Frankie & Benny's before but had always heard good things and was rather excited to go. We went to the one in the O2 and may I just say it was TERRIBLE. You wait almost half an hour for a seat and then when you do get one you are shoved in a dark corner where you can barely read the Menu. The Menu was terrible very much like a pub lunch Menu. You pay way over the odds for a meal which you can get from the Harvester for £10 it was fish & chips, pasta etc but it was lousy and cheaply made. We had random waiters come to our table to give us other peoples orders and when we did order our food came we were excited but It was probably the worst meal I have ever (and I mean ever) had on a night out. The chicken was rock hard on the outside where it had obviously just been re heated. I had a chicken pitta which was just like the local chicken shop in fact my local chicken shop tastes better than their awful pittas. The salad was soggy and it was thrown on my plate in a mess. My boyfriends steak was 90% fat and gristle and the chips were obviously cheap. We left half of our meals and were actually just thinking about walking out it was so horrendous. We paid for the meal which sadly was not worth what it cost. We will never ever be going back here again.

We were staying in the hotel across the road and visited here for our evening meal. Service was a little slow but only 2 staff. Food was delicious and potions plenty, would recommend the pasta dishes and the cheese and bacon fries.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono, considerando il menù "Special dinner" e i menù per bambini (specialmente riguardo ai bambini: fra tutti gli altri nell' O2 center, è il ristorante in cui, al minor prezzo, si ha una grande varietà di scelta e una buona quantità di cibo, provare per esempio il beef burger con formaggio).Ai bambini vengono dati dei kit gioco con matite, puzzle, cruciverba, fogli per disegnare, ecc.! Ho provato il fish-chips & pees (fritto leggero, ben cotto, molto saporito) e il new york burger (la carne era di buona qualità e ben cotta). I dolci forse un pò pesanti e condimenti abbondanti, ma è abbastanza normale per la cucina britannica.Uno dei camerieri ci ha perfino dato una tessera sconto 20% per ringraziarci della mancia..ci siamo tornati altre 3 volte su 6 sere!Se capitate in zona, lo consiglio fra tutti gli altri.

I have been to a few Frankie and Benny`s and always had a great meal and very good waiting staff but this one here at the 02 lets down the chain big time. When i arrived my friends had already arrived they were the only two in there, the waiter/manger looked at me and that was it never saw him for 10 minutes then takes the drinks order wait again ! 5 minutes back takes our food order ! food arrives it was ok not up to Frankie and Benny`s standard at all. Wanting to pay could we wait and wait !, personally employing all Eastern Europeans is not good i also believe they should be speaking in English and not there native tongue. Would i recommend this Frankie & Benny`s no way what i would say is to them think of the customer ! and why is your restaurant not busy ! thank about it.

We ate here before attending a concert at the O2.It was very busy and we were given a pager and waited in the bar area. We were called to a table faster than expected.The staff were polite and happy to help. The food was fast and excellent.

I recently saw a film at the 02 Centre on Finchely rd. Spotted this relatively new restaurant within the centre and off we went. Nice decor, comfortable seats and friendly staff but that all counts for nothing when the food is tasteless!!!!!!!!?My friend ordered meatballs with spaghetti. The meatballs were burnt and sauce tasteless. We asked for the meatballs to be replaced and new batch tasted very pastey with no flavour.I ordered the 28 day old steak which boasted flavoursome seasoning. Unfortunately it was really dry with no flavour at all. I also had cheesy chips with bacon. The cheese was obviously something from a plastic squeezy container and the bacon didn't even taste of bacon!!?????The restaurant was quiet at the time so they had all the time in the world to put together two nice meals, unfortunately we didn't even get one. Obviously would never to return to this restaurant.

When you enter this NY style restaurant you are greeted with Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra background music. We had typical burgers and hot dogs. Food was delicious, staff was friendly and fast. We really liked the ambient with the red chairs and had a great time.

Went for a meal this evening. It was late maybe about 8:00 and it was quiet. However, shown to my table and was greeted pleasantly. The food arrived quickly and it was of good quality. It was exactly what I wanted this evening, something simple.

The restaurant was quiet when I went in so I didn't have to wait for a table. Staff were courteous and professional. I ordered from the Xmas menu and there were no problems.My main course arrived quickly and was good quality. Similar story with my dessert.Then.... I had to wait ages for my plates to be cleared away and my bill to arrive. It was still quiet so I have no idea why it took so long.Otherwise it was a good trip.

They excelled themselves this time with timely tasty food and all of that during a very busy lunchtime. Service was a bit OTT with too many asking if all was well. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Credit where it's due though, lunch was a good experience.

About once a week I go to Frankie and Bennys in Finchley Road, London as this is the branch closest to me and where I found out about them. I always find the staff (especially Bartek) to be professional, friendly, polite and helpful. The food is delicious and there is a wide selection. (There is also a gluten-free menu for those who require this too, available on request) (Lighter options are indicated and there are also some vegetarian options which are indicated on the menu) Frankie and Bennys has a sort of American diner feel, in a classy way. It's always clean and tidy and the cheerful 60s songs playing give it an upbeat, nostalgic, retro in a good way feel. This branch is both spacious (and can seat people on their own, couples, friends, groups) and conveniently located close to the tube station (Finchley Road tube station, Frankie and Bennys are inside the O2 centre, Finchley Road.) Comfortable seating and all in all a lovely place to eat, nice dining experience. (And yes, they have specials and discounts.) All in all, I highly recommend Frankie and Bennys, Finchley Road.

We eat out more than we eat at home and Frankie and Benny's is one of a few restaurants that we visit once or twice a week. If you would like a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere, a professional service and good food, visit Frankie and Benny's at the O2 Centre, Finchley Road. You will not not be disappointed for sure.

My partner and I went to the O2 centre last Monday evening, for our evening meal. The normal eateries was closed for refurbishment, and as this looked pretty good from the outside we went to look at the menu at the entrance. Quick as a flash, a blond member of staff came out and told us that it was 25% discount on a Monday night, and he suggested the lamb shank as a good choice.We succumbed and went in for our meal. The starter I ordered of mushrooms with garlic was hot and delicious, his potato skins were dry and inedible. He ordered the lamb shank as suggested, and I had a rare sirloin. When ordering, I stated three times that I would like a baked potato instead of fries, but fries is what you get. When the food was brought over, and he was reminded, he said, I will get one for you to have as well as the fries. So the meal just about passable, mainly because we were hungry, but as an event meal, it was quite poor. The main grumble I have with this evening, was that the restaurant was not particularly busy, but even so, from my seat, I could see our plates of food sitting on the counter for a good five to ten minutes before anyone brought them over to us. As we had the discount on the food, it was fine, but if we had paid the full price, Im afraid I would not have been at all happy.The ambience is the best part of this establishment, and its a shame, as with a bit of direction and some management, it could be really good. I would not want to take anyone there at the moment, if I were taking someone out to dinner.

My partner and I and our two kids went out for dinner this evening and we left very happily ( and full up of yummy food!) We have been here a number of times and keep going back as we get great service good food and enjoy the variety of the menu! -something for everyone!! The manager is a very friendly lady who always looks after us when she sees us there and ensures we get all we need and more! As soon as i was seated i noticed there were a number of dirty tables near me that hadnt been cleaned. My order of new york burger and mash took over 15mins to come. Arrived on a dirty, greasy plate. Had to wait another ten mins for a replacement which arrived with cold, runny cheese sauce. Rude staff and dirty surroundings!

Questo ristorante si trova all'interno dell'O2 center su finchley road (centro commerciale che si trovava di fronte al nostro hotel). Abbiamo cenato qui per ben due volte apprezzando la varietà di cibi e la gentilezza del personale. La prima sera, poiché le nostre portate tardavano ad arrivare, il personale continuava a scusarsi e alla presentazione del conto una bella sorpresa... Un buono per ottenere il 20% di sconto se fossimo tornati! Beh come rinunciare a ciò ? Avendo apprezzato la qualità del cibo siamo tornati ben volentieri. Come "starter" vi consigliamo "the big Frankie's platter" rappresentato da una serie di assaggini "sfiziosi". C'è anche la possibilità di mangiare pizza, pasta,wraps,panini,hamburger e dei dessert veramente squisiti. Il tutto accompagnato da ottima birra servita ben fredda!!!

The atmosphere is great, and the staff are very efficient. The food is good but in my opinion it could be better. It is New York Italian and the food usually feels more American than Italian. Overall though the food is good and you can also take it with you in a box if it's too much to eat in one go, which I really like. We do keep coming back so would recommend.

I will be very brief but have to share my today's experience as maybe it would give heads up to someone. We went for a dinner after work and I have chosen New York burger. It was one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. Tasteless, very tough meat which looked like it has been just taken out from the freezer. I asked waitress whether it is frozen meat and she confirmed. If i have known that I would never order that meal and would just go right across to the burger place where apparently they serve fresh and good meat. Shame really, i think McDonald's burger tastes better.

We headed to Frankie and Benny's to celebrate my brother's graduation. We picked the place hoping to eat well and quickly. Well we were quite disappointed. First of all: when asked for a rare burger; we were told that it was not possible, they were well done because already prepared. Knowing that, we thought it shouldn't take too long to get our meal. Well we got our drinks (yeah and beer obviously go to the men, a woman can't order a beer it seems..), at least 3 of us: it took 40mn for my brother to get the shake he ordered. The waitress stated it was the best shake ever and hardly apologized for the delay. It wasn't even that good. Oh and my father had asked for a tall lemonade, they brought a small one. Furthermore, the waiter who brought in the first three drinks was on his personal cell phone. Then the food took ages to arrive (just two burgers and two wraps) and was nothing to write home about. We asked for the check as soon as they brought our meals and the waitress tried to bribe us into desert and coffee which we declined saying we probably would have if it hadn't taken so long to get our main courses in the first place. Waitress snapped "enjoy your meals" and hardly apologized. The place was not crowded for a Wednesday at lunch time; that should've been enough to put us off. There's a lot to pick from the menu and if the place was ran deferently without people having to wait ages for their orders and hardly apologizing (without even getting a discount); then maybe customers would flow and would be happier without having to write crappy reviews on Tripadvisor (which I despise doing). Unless the management changes; I won't be going again and do not recommand at all.

I'm a regular traveller through Luton Airport and an equally regular passenger on the National Express A1 bus from Luton to Victoria Station. If you're ready for a great breakfast, then it's definitely worth getting off the bus at the Finchley Road stop, and crossing the street to the O2 Centre, where Frankie & Benny's is on the first floor.This branch of Frankie & Benny's (not to be confused with the one at the other O2 Centre in Peninsula Square SE2) opened in early 2014. My only experience of Frankie & Benny's is the breakfast, but what a breakfast ... from 9am to mid-day they serve about a dozen different hearty breakfasts at a flat 5 pounds. I have tried the "big breakfast" which consists of sausage, streaky bacon, two fried eggs, grilled tomato, flat mushroom, baked beans and crispy herb potatoes, and I can't fault the quality, value or presentation.On my latest visit I found that they have a new range of "light breakfasts" at 3.95 pounds and I tried the scrambled egg, sausage, crispy potatoes and streaky bacon. Not being a big eater, I found this a perfect morning meal and, in terms of value for money, it's unbeatable.Plus, they have comfy alcove seating ... friendly and professional service ... free wi-fi ... and 50's diner music ...

Si tratta di un ristorante italo- newyorkese che strizza l’occhio anche ai piatti inglesi ed è molto vantaggioso per la sua formula con menù a due a o tre portate per la cena ed anche una conveniente formula per il pranzo. Noi ci siamo andati per cena due volte ed abbiamo assaggiato il tradizionale fish & chips con contorno di piselli, l’hamburger con gli anelli di cipolla fritti (un must britannico assolutamente da non perdere), Il Wrap di pollo e come dolci il crumble Pie di mele ed il Sundae. Molto carino anche l’ambiente in puro stile newyorkese!

After the recent Closure of Weatherspoons in the O2 centre, F & B has emerged as a great place to come for cocktails. I visit this place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner sometimes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is much better compared to other Frankie and bennys I have visited.

Not a good experience at this restaurant. Service was poor, long wait to be served and just as long again for the food to arrive. Charged for items that should have been included as standard with the meal. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Highlight was the 20 minute wait for 2 cartons of apple juice for the kids.Would not use again.

Frankie & Benny's is a chain with many outlets in London, and (as we see on TripAdvisor) not all the outlets get good reviews; but this one (which opened only in April 2014) is a treat. The location is great - in the O2 Centre on Finchley Road (on the A1 and 757 bus routes from Luton Airport, and a minute's walk from Finchley Road tube station). The atmosphere is cozy - as one hopes from a New York Italian diner - with wood-panelled alcoves and retro music from the 1940s to the 1960s. The service is excellent - friendly and attentive. They were happy to adjust the volume of the music when we asked. The food is good and honest. There's a choice of about 15 breakfasts (all the breakfasts are GBP 5 from 9 am to noon). We took the Big Breakfast and the poached eggs and toast . No complaint at all. And they have wifi ...
