Breakfast stop, great coffee, decent tea swift service both enjoyed freshly cooked breakfast in double quick time very good.Our server was efficient and pleasant.

For coffee lovers this a place not to be missed. The variety of the flavors of the best beans here is surprisingly amazing .The perfect cup of coffee and to relX here is a welcome break in this are of the shopping centre . Cookies are too delicious .

Came for breakfast. Very slow service. Waiting ages for order to be taken and even longer wait for our food. We had finished our drinks by the time it came. Food not great, fried eggs bullet hard! Also on the expensive side for what we got- £3.50 for tea for one!

On a trouvé que les produits étaient de qualité.. d’ailleurs les jus frais sont délicieux. Le petit regret et le prix assez élevé pour un simple petit déjeuner mais bon c’est Londres, c’est comme ça partout. J’y retournais certainement à mon prochain voyage.

Came here at 12.30 when its only three tables with customers and had to wait 20minutes for the order to be taken. Only one waitress was serving on the floor and manager with the rest of the staff chatting in one corner. It is ridiculous to wait for two latte’s for more than 20 minutes. Avoid this place

Service was unbelievably slow. Only one girl serving. By the time our eggs benedict came (half hour wait) we'd drunk our tea but didn't risk another lengthy wait to ask for another. Asked for Ketchup, waitress went to take money from two people and then completely forgot. The food was fine but you could get it elsewhere with better service. Won't be back.

Had a late brunch here last weekend with friends and it was very nice. The omelette and coffee was yum very good and hot!!! My friends chose the custard croissants and cooked breakfast and all enjoyed it. The staff were nice too.

We have had the best coffee and blackforest cake. The service was good, Andreas was very attentive to the kind of coffee I was looking for and made sure it was customised to my requirements. Will visit again.

Ottimo caffé e cappuccino, paste eccellenti, camerieri e baristi italiani molto gentili, se volete bervi un buon caffé in tutto relax provatelo. I prezzi leggermente più alti fanno si che non sia affollato come il vicino Caffé Nero. Altre alla caffetteria fanno anche ottimi frullati e cocktail di frutta, oltre agli aperitivi tradizionali.

Went to Ca’Puccino for a late brunch with three other friends and three of us (myself included) are Italian. All of us ordered one of their freshly made juices which resulted in 3 different kind of juice (two of us ordered the same one). At this point, as we were sitting next to the bar counter, I clearly hear one of the waitresses speaking to the other in Italian and complaining ‘It’s four people, and they’ve ordered three different kind of juices!’. Then my friends’ food arrived (I didn’t order anything to eat), and let’s just say that their poached eggs could’ve easily been some plain hard boiled eggs with some hollandaise on top. I also started paying attention to what the waitresses would say when they spoke in Italian between them (quite loudly, since there was also no music in the restaurant), and I caught them complaining when a group of 5/6 people arrived. The above mentioned group must’ve arrived around 12:30/12:40, and they were sat at the table behind ours. They were also Italian and spoke in Italian with the waitress and we heard them ordering paccheri, bruschette and a carbonara (which were clearly not on the brunch menu). Since I hadn’t eaten anything, I decided to ask for the lunch menu, and when the waitress came back a good 5 mins later, she told me that I’d have to wait until 1pm for lunch (it was now somewhere around 12:50), but not even 3 min after that, the table behind us started receiving their bruschette. On top of this, nobody came to check whether everything was good with our food and they only took our plates away when we asked for our bill. The only reason why I’m giving it 2 points instead of one is because my juice was tasty.

Very nice place to go for breakfast. Good selection of foods, decent portion size. They bring the food out separately though which is a little awkward when you're with someone, also the coffee size is a bit small. Food was good though and reasonably priced. Lovely setting.

Loud place. Long waiting time. One of the server made a mistake on the lst drink, took it back straight away, never came back and then all the server were looking at each other arguing and waiting for someone to take action. Annoying and crap experience

I’ve tried this place a couple of times - just for cake and chocolate. The hazelnut hot chocolate is amazing and the pastries are also really good. Never really had long delays or anything of that sort - but I usually visit past 7pm on Sundays so it’s usually less busy then. The staff is lovely and very polite.

Just wanted a coffee so seemed the logical place to go. We liked the informal nature of the seating although we found some of the chairs by the window a bit hard. Flopped into settee type chairs towards the back. Despite the place being quite quiet with 3 waiting staff around, we just seemed to be invisible to all of them. Since we were not in a hurry, we weren’t too bothered but eventually we did get served. There was then quite a long wait until the drinks arrived and a far longer delay to pay the bill. Normally we would have walked out long before but being so hot outside, we were perhaps glad to delay our departure.

I’ve been there few times with some friends,I have to say that the cappuccino is really good and also the cornetto are super nice,the only negative thing is about the service,and is not because of the waitress that served us when we came,I think that only 1 waitress in the floor and only 2 behind the bar are not enough to cover a place like that. So maybe the manager should think about it..

El lugar y el menú perfecto para un brunch de lujo y tranquilo pero después de "esperando a ser sentado por varios minutos" como el cartel decía, estábamos al final dijeron que simplemente sentarse en cualquier lugar. Después de esperar, fui a un menú para mí mirar durante el cual otra mesa esperó para estar sentado, se sentó, esperar un menú y luego salimos! Esto le da una indicación de cómo desatendido y el servicio era pobre en una sala amplia con sólo otras tres mesas ya sentados. Otra espera y finalmente pidió un zumo fresco, capuchino, huevos con tostadas y una fruta de aguacate y yogur bowl. Después de casi 20 minutos, fui al mostrador para preguntar donde nuestras bebidas eran tener en cuenta varios clientes pidiendo llevar bebidas estaban sirviendo. Me dijeron que era. Más clientes había entrado en el lugar, esperó a estar sentado y aún estaban esperando a la orden durante este tiempo. Cinco minutos más tarde, los clientes más llevar estaban sirviendo y aún no había señal de nuestras bebidas deje comida solo. Fui al mostrador nuevamente y me dijo que ella estaba acabando el café y era el. sobre para comenzar a hacer el jugo. Que ni siquiera había empezado a preparar la comida y a este punto mi novio había tenido suficiente y salimos. Servicio chocante, no es suficientemente bueno en una parte bulliciosa de Centro Comercial Westfield con un montón de lugares similares cerca. No gluten opciones ni gratis. Ver comentarios desde el mismo día en que nos fuimos, que daría lugar a la escucha!

Visitar este lugar una vez al año después de esta experiencia nunca más!

Paramos con mi amigo para una comida rápida con nuestros dos niñas y nada salió bien. Reunión de alto nivel personal no son básicas como bienvenida, que sirve en las mesas o en busca de clientes. Tuvimos que ir a buscarlos cada vez que necesitábamos algo, ya que estaban charlando detrás de la factura. Realmente una larga espera para la comida, que no era nada como la imagen, tampoco fresco. . Mi sopa era simplemente un calentado de lo ensayado como un tinsup con un pan viejo seco que me llaman 'focaccia' en el lateral.

Fuimos a desayunar un domingo por la mañana y donde muy decepcionado con el personal de servicio. Cuando nos sentamos a trabajar sólo 2 personal donde, 1 mesas y otro preparar bebidas. Un segundo después llegó personal esperando 30 minutos más tarde. Muy mucho tiempo esperando por todo pidiendo, bebidas para salir, la factura. A la atención de la camarera. Otros visitantes a la izquierda después de esperar 25 minutos para realizar un pedido.

Fui ayer con un amigo, su madre y mis hijos. Mi amiga fue en primera y pregunté si tenían sillas altas. Me dijeron que sí, así que nos fuimos. Nos mostró una mesa y dejó allí, así que nos fuimos y yo nos ayudó a las sillas altas ya que tengo que hacer en muchos cafés. Me dijeron por la camarera que dijo que debería haber preguntado su primero. Le pregunté si podía mover la silla extra para acomodar las sillas altas y me dijeron que para hablar tranquilamente. Me dijo que estaba ocupado haciendo su trabajo, así que solo deben esperar! (El café estaba casi vacío). Le dije que dejaría su que hacer su trabajo y a la izquierda.

This place has quite a few things going for it, including comfy chairs, reasonable coffee and a good selection of cakes. However, the service is lacking as everything seems to require long wait, even if it's just a couple of coffees.

My daughter and I were looking forward to a girls’ day out this Easter - shopping and a good cup of tea or... Capuccino perhaps! When we arrived at Westfield’s at Shepherd’s Bush London, we discovered that most shops were closed. Except for some eateries of course. We decided to console ourselves with some pastries and Capuccino and to our horror, we were disdainfully turned away!

Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Ordered chicken breast which was dry and chewy seemed to have been overcooked and only served with a small portion of spinach. Lasagne was ok but have eaten much better elsewhere, again small portion. Would not go there for lunch but would consider a coffee.

A group of 4 of us sat for 15 minutes in an almost empty cafe with little acknowledgement and zero service. Gave up and walked out !

I live around for 5 years and i love to come to This place desserts and coffees are very tasty exactly like in Italy not mentioning the hot chocolate what I love here (foh.staff needs a bit of training though) it’s a bit pricey £4.95 but it’s worth it Thank you ☺️

Lovely surroundings and good service. Avocado eggs and eggs benedict were delicious! Tea was also good and soya milk was available

The coffee here is excellent and the seating area is very comfortable. It is fairly expensive but staff were friendly and service was efficient.

We ordered a big breakfast, chicken salad and a salmon. It took more than 20 mins before the food arrived. Nothing to shout about for the taste. Nonetheless, the service rendered by the staff were good.

Da buon italiano a Londra posso dire che il caffè è vero caffè fatto all italiana, vasta scelta di croissant dolci e salati molto buoni. Ci siamo concessi anche una carbonara, non la migliore del mondo ma allo stesso tempo molto buona per gli standard inglesi di carbonara.

Siamo stati per la colazione. C'era l'imbarazzo della scelta fra il dolce e il salato. Panini di tutti i tipi. Dolci assortiti. Io ho preso una fetta di strudel di mel servito con gelato vaniglia e spolverato di cannella. Un caffe americano. Ambiente rilassante, ampio pulito e luminoso. Poltroncine comode. We had a hot chocolate with cream and a coffee with cream. Both were delicious. Nice ambience. Service was a bit slow. Our waitress couldn't understand what we were ordering even with me pointing to the picture on the menu

Aparecimos para un café rápido, vi que el jamón y queso que parecía deliciosamente tentadora focaccia, así que nos fuimos. Fue encantador. El café también era encantador. Sin duda volveremos. El personal era muy servicial y educado. Me encanta la decoración de todas los libros apilados.

Buen restaurante para bocadillos, zumo y café, pero no es bueno para platos principales un plato principal son casi insípido y decepcionante, pero café aquí rompe el negativo para el restaurante

Wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by! I had some coffee concoction with loads of whipping cream on top which was delicious. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Several visits showed consistent fresh rolls and pastry. Our favorite combination was ham and cheese croissants litely toasted and lattes/Americanos. Nice music, great for conversations, family friendly, and fun for people watching. Clean and nice staff. One available and clean restroom. Right at entrance for Westfield Shepard Bush.

We stopped in here to get a drink and a pastry as our daughter was hungry.It was in a nice little spot outside, and quite quiet so we ventured in.The coffee was amazing, and I'm not a huge coffee drinker, maybe 10 a year, so this is high praise. It was rich and smooth and creamy... I could have indulged and had another.My daughters hot chocolate was too chocolatey so not for people who don't like rich drinks, even the lashings of whipped cream couldn't make her drink it.One daughter had a croissant with strawberry jam and loved it, the other a chocolate muffin, which was rich and gooey - just like a muffin should be.Service wasn't the speediest, however, it's an Italian coffee house, and service isn't meant to be fast, so relax and enjoy!

We stopped by this little spot upon leaving Westfield Mall ,it sits right outside the entrance where house of Fraser is.We were just getting coffee but then decided to get the soup and mozzarella and tomato salad,it was very good .Although we did have to wait a,while for the waitress.All in all ...it was pretty good.

Very comfortable chairs and plenty of staff on duty. Unfortunately the service was extremely slow. We ordered a latte and Americano. And we have left without them after waiting 20 minutes. We will not return.

Our experience here was good. The waiting staff is not that friendly but we got service quickly and our food came quite soon. And the food was to die for. Best breakfast in ages. The juices are heavenly. Would go again.

Came here last Nov' and it couldn't have been more different this time.Went again on a Saturday, this time soon after opening at 10am, it was almost empty, only two other tables occupied.Waited to be seated. Friendly girl came up and greeted us and asked if for two, said yes and told we could sit on the right hand side. Chose a table and were given menus soon after.Decided to have a smoothie, chose a strawberry, melon and kiwi one. Hubby chose a vanilla milkshake.Waited and waited. Eventually the one other table who were there before us got coffees and 2 croissants.Watching the staff was like watching paint dry - they were so slow!After nearly 20 minutes we got our drinks.Mine had a definite taste of banana to it - horrible, I do not like banana in drinks and this ruined my drink.Hubby liked his milkshake.Went to the toilet - exactly the same - filthy doors going to it, grubby paintwork - STILL, this was the same last Nov' - I don't think they ever clean this place.Paid up and left.There are two floors to this place and then at the top is a posh cafe, it's got chandeliers - we went there later and that was abysmal. Don't know if these two places have the same owner but we will be avoiding both from now on, there are so many other places to go at Westfield.

My sister and I were looking for a lunch to sustain us during our visit to Westfield London. We happened to walk past Ca'Puccino and browsed the menu outside to see if anything took our fancy. As we looked at the menu, a waitress ambushed us and asked us to come inside. We said we were still looking, but she insisted we come in "even just for a coffee" and we felt like we were forced inside.Once inside, we were invited to "sit down anywhere on the left side of the restaurant". We spotted a table for two on the side and proceeded to sit there. The waitress then came running over and said "no, not there" and we had to sit somewhere else. Not a good first impression, however our disappointing experience had only just begun.A short time later, a separate sour-faced waitress came over to take our orders. By this time it was 12pm- the start of the lunch menu. My sister ordered an oven baked salmon fillet, to which the waitress coldly replied "that will be 20 minutes." I ordered the pesto gnocchi, one of four pasta dishes on the menu. We weren't asked what drinks we wanted so I quickly told them to the waitress before she left. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and my sister just wanted a glass of water.Several minutes later, the waitress returned with one glass and a bottle of water (which we later were charged for!) for my sister. Even though I ordered a separate drink, I would have thought it routine to give all customers a glass of water but they seemed to take our order literally and gave us just the one glass. 20 minutes later, I received my milkshake.The waitress then returned again. "No gnocchi," she informed me unapologetically. Strange, as the lunch menu had only just started and I would have thought that if they ran out of gnocchi yesterday it would have been replenished in preparation for the next day. How wrong I was! I was asked if I would like a different pasta instead. I asked for fettuccine under the (mistaken) impression that I would still get the pesto sauce but just with fetichine instead of the gnocchi. However, when the food arrived 40 minutes later, they had given me fettuccine carbonara.... so I guess they were also out of pesto sauce.The food itself was fine, but the service certainly left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. There was a couple next to us who came not long after we did and when we left, they still had not received water despite asking for it as soon as they sat down. They were also sent back a very sad, plain-looking lasagne tipped into a bowl - it took several minutes to work out that one of them had ordered an "Alessandra" sandwich and the waitress thought they ordered lasagne. When the sandwich came it also looked very underwhelming.As soon as I took the last bite of my carbonara we couldn't get out fast enough. The cafe itself is nice, although workmen were working directly outside and were doing something to the glass on the windows and as a result I spent my meal facing a workman with a cigarette in his mouth banging on a window.We will definitely not be returning, and despite the cheap prices, this doesn't compensate for the very poor service we experienced.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Had tea and a salmon eggs Benedict that was well prepared and served. Only loose leaf brew in more than a week in U.K.!

We ordered a cappuccino, one espresso, a croissant and a muffin and with only 4 tables to be served and 3 member of the staff the order took almost 15 minutes to be received, in which at least 5 minutes the tray was lying on the counter and no one picked it up. The staff shouting to each other from the counter regarding some products being out of stock hence she was not able to proceed the order, stress is understandable but it doesn't have to be shown to customers.Great food but service needs a lot of improvements.

I went in Ca'Paccino to have breakfast while I wait. I was please with my meal. However, the staff was the opposite. The server was slow to assist. If you needed something from him, he would act as if you were a bother. He never stopped by to ensure everything was fine with my dining experience. They are reasonably priced as well. Due to the staff, I doubt I would eat at that location again. If it comes to that, I would probably order at the counter.

Have been coming to Westfields since it opened but this was my first visit here. Myself and friends stopped by for Sunday brunch as it was fab. Fantastic filled croissants and great eggs Benedict - all washed down with a bottle of prosecco that was so reasonably priced! Great to sit and listen to the live music outside - definitely coming back!!

This is no exaggeration. 20 minutes when I walked and sat down before I decided I would go up to the counter and order something. As I walked up to the counter a brunette girl greeted me with a harsh, "I'll be with you in a minute." I asked if I could have a menu to glance at and she completed ignored me.If I hadn't been meeting out of town friends there I would have just left. However,I sat. 15 minutes later she made her way over to me and tossed a menu in front of me and walked away. I walked in at 12:00 sharp and didn't even get asked for my order until 12:42!! During that time- 3 other tables left and said they'd waited too long to be served. The response of the servers was shrugs of the shoulders and very disconnected to the fact that they had lost business. Terrible terrible! But thing I ordered was delicious though. Too bad the service made the whole visit not worth going back. Hire better staff! You're place would be much better received.

Average service. I ordered a cappuccino which tasted like cappuccino from a hotel machine. My friend ordered a shakerato and to her surprise found out it contained milk which was not mentioned on the menu. My friend is allergic to millk.We also ordered molten lava cake which was hard and not flowing like it should be.I would strongly avoid this place as there are plenty of other nice cafes in Westfield Shepherds Bush.

Average at best. google somewhere that serves a better coffee and at least tries to offer something authentic....

After almost two years coming here quite often (I live very close) I've decided to leave a review. Food is great and the bakery (pastries, cakes, croissants) very complete, I can actually tell these are real Italian breakfast items and freshly baked. I'm glad I found a place where I can have a authentic Italian breakfast. I started looking for other cafès in the area simply because the service is just so delusional and slow. I kept coming here because I liked the food, but multiple times I happened to wait for more than 30 mins for a plate of Eggs Benedict, with not many people in the cafè and no explanation regarding the delay. Something is clearly not working in how the orders are managed, I don't know what it is. It's good quality food for a cafè, but service needs to be quicker, espcially in a strategic location full of working people and people just swinging by after shopping.

Just drop by for a coffee and cake. It was great taste bit it seems like there are short of staff. The service was a bit delay.

First visit at Ca'Puccino Westfield London was really good besides the confusion with my order (ordered Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon but was given baked ham instead) and how dirty their toilets were! I ordered Imperial Earl Gray tea with cream and it was very good! Overall, it was enjoyable. Second visit was alright; we only ordered tea and coffee the owner was around and it wasn't very busy so server was fine. Third visit was BAD! They only had a few customers and 3 waitress yet the service was VERY POOR! First of all, we ordered breakfast; eggs benedict with smoked salmon and drinks (imperial earl gray tea and this cappuccino that comes with ICE CREAM and CONE). Food came first. Half way through food and still no drinks. I asked the waitress for our drinks and she was surprised that she'd forgotten us. Cappuccino arrives with a small scoop of ice cream in a tiny cup, tea pot and cream but NO CUP. NO CUP?? How can you serve tea with no cup? That order shouldn't even come out if it's not complete. That's like ordering eggs benedict without EGGS! I called the waitress and asked for my cup. She then gave me a DIRTY cup. Eww, disgusting. It's like they only rinse their cups and not properly wash and scrub them. So, I immediately spotted it and stopped her from walking away so she could replace it. When I tasted the tea it didn't taste like Imperial Earl Gray and it was DARKER - way darker that how it was the first time I ordered it and it tasted like English breakfast tea. It was so disappointing! These waitresses do NOT care at all.I cannot believe the service given in this place! They're not attentive at all! The waitresses' English are limited and they're very lazy! They need a leader/manager. It's such a shame because the food and the coffee tasted good when they're done right.I'd only go back if they change the system of how they run things and the quality of service improves to GREAT standards.

Went here a couple of times mostly for coffee and tea. I also had some tortellini last time. I highly recommend them, they were fresh.The restaurant has a nice feeling to it, elegant but cozy, staff is friendly and fast in service. Everything they served was tasty and prices are not high.What I like about it is that even when it is crowded(and it happens) it is not very loud or disturbing. They also have seating upstairs that they make available if a lot of people come in.

Went in there this morning and in no more than a few minutes we walked out again! We sat down on a table and the tables weren't clean yet, wanted to get the waitress attention, but she came charging towards and very rudely said 'Can you not sit there, choose a 4 table seat, we are going to have lots of couplescoming in and we need those tables, otherwise it is going to be mess later!' I turned around and told her to ask nicely next time and she simply walked off! Very disgraceful!! We went to look for another table but all the tables were dirty and unhygienic! The staff doesn't seem to care about the customers or the cleaniness of the place! Never stepping foot in there ever again!!

Stopped by at this otherwise well-located coffee shop. The range of food was decent and the and prices were even more reasonable. But the service was quite appalling - as if the staff (Thursday 9th March 2017 5pm) just could not be bothered about guests. Menus were nearly thrown down on the table, very long time to even take an order and then had to be reminded twice to serve. Not again.

I cannot drink normal cow milk (or any other animal milk) and I expected them to be able to accommodate this since they mentioned they do have soya milk. I wanted a hot chocolate but was rudely denied my request because they would not want to bother with preparing it form zero (they have an automated machine with the hot chocolate already prepared with normal milk). You can't cater to my request, fine. But being pretentious and saying that you won't do it because you don't want to prepare it... let me just say I never said anything of the sorts to any of my customers. On the contrary, I even ran tot he next door shop to buy vegan milk if we were short on it.The dessert was ant-sized, but it was fairly good.Definitely not going back there.

The cafe looks very luxurious so we decided to make a visit. The choice of coffees was really good, and I chose a really good choice. It all went downhill when i visited the bathroom, very disappointed not what I expected. Dingy and not upkept, needs up dating to be at the same level as the cafe.

For a start whenever we have popped in for a coffee or tea the service is slow and again it was on this occasion. I ordered a Hazlenut hot chocolate with no cream but when our order finally arrived it had cream on so I informed the waitress who asked her colleges to correct the order - rather than making a fresh cup the cream was scrapped of the top and stirred and then the top of the cup and sides were wiped with a cloth that had been used to wipe the sides down they did not realise that I was watching the whole scenario! We will certainly not be going back again, as if they are that un-hygienic at the front of house then god only knows what its like in the kitchen.

Meeting with friends for a light lunch. This is the place if you in westfield london shopping centre. Very Friendly staff makes you want to come back. Enjoy their patisserie with cofee or tea. The sandwiches are nice. They serve good breakfast I love it when im there.

This cafe sells excellent Italian specialty coffee like Caffe al bacio di dama & Caffe alla panna cotta .. we had a slide of chocolate cake and strewberry in melted chocolate cup. they are to die for.The decor is also really nice with lots of Italian books around. Great environment for Sunday rest after a long shopping walk

Just before my flight, I had lunch and coffee at this cafe/restaurant. Nice decoration and descent environment. Food was OK and staff friendly. Average experience overall. Not wowed, not disappointed.

Tasty coffe , delicious deserts ,and attentive service ... All in a really good atmospheric environment . Canollo siciliano its a must , really fresh and extremely tasty

I echo the many many bad reviews other TripAdvisor users has posted before me - BAD SERVICE.I was told despite my food (pasta) was placed into the system at 8pm, the kitchen did not receive it, the kitchen closed at 8.30pm already, they did not apologise but offered me a croissant.Basically staff was not interested in serving customer, customers are inconvenience to their day.

After an intensive shopping day, my friend and I craved a Spritz.Which place better than the one that claims on their menu "Italian aperitif"? So we did it. We were asked if we were happy with the small focaccia as the Chef "wasn't able to do the large one with 2 Spritzs". It didn't make any sense to us and we were slightly confused as on the menu it were written something different. On the top of everything, both of the Spritzs were presented in the wrong glasses, too much ice inside. Focaccia was poor of condiments.Not to mention the hideous habit of speaking italian in front of guests who can't obviously understand anything!A full training is needed, in terms of service, greetings and manners.

This looks like a nice place from the outside but looks can be deceptive. Based at the bottom of the escalator at the premium shops end of Westfield you would expect a product of a good standard. I ordered a meal of porridge with bananas, raisins and honey and a filter coffee. The coffee was disgusting and so weak as to be almost undrinkable. Bananas were unavailable and I had to ask if they were offering an alternative fruit which rather seemed to surprise them. They offered me pineapple but agreed when I suggested strawberries that they might work better. The porridge came with the strawberries but no honey and no raisins. I reminded them of the honey which came in a little glass cup on a dirty saucer. I gave up with the raisins.I asked if they had newspapers. The girl, whose English was non existent, didn’t understand and didn’t know what a newspaper was. Eventually she picked up a day old Italian newspaper but clearly that wasn’t going to work so walked off shrugging her shoulders and pointing me to the vast rows of books in Italian used a design feature. If I can’t read an Italian newspaper it might be likely that I can’t read an Italian book either!!!As there was no-one around to bring the bill to my table I went up to pay and pointed out to the nice Italian waiter, who spoke good English, that it had been a disappointing experience and that 3 failed ingredients out of 4 was not an impressive performance. He said he’d mentioned it to the manager and apologized. All I can say is that if the manager were in any way doing their job they would have come out personally and apologized and perhaps made some concession to the bill. As it was I was charged £6.25 (without service) which given the quality of service and good was grossly over what it was worth.I wish I had read the other reviews before going here as poor quality seems to be a recurrent theme. This appears to be part of a small chain and how they remain in business based on today’s experience and reading other reviews is beyond me. It was probably the most incompetently produced and poor meal in a café I have ever had.

Customer service very bad.. I was waiting for seating half an hour because the waitress doesn't look at me but fortunately was near me the supervisor that in one second found a table for me and my girlfriend.. the food was ok but the cappuccino was really cold... never back again !

We waited half an hour to be seated, 15 mins so someone got our order and then waited 20 mins or more and nothing happened!... no one cared about us as customer. They forgot our order!!! finally we just cancelled and decided to leave the cafe. You can't expect more from such an unfriendly staff and unprofessional manager. even when we raised our complain with the manager she just said sorry.Will never go there again.

Very good coffee but food quite poor in portion and plating nice atmosphere. Is nice to go back but for coffee and some pastries maybe

This place looks absolutely amazing and the display of cakes look tempting. However this definitely isn't the case staff aren't that knowledgeable. The cakes definitely a let down and expensive.

I like Ca'Puccino for its great pastries and coffee. But my last visit was very disappointing.I like to order vanilla custard croissant but this time there was just a small drop of the custard. It was plane croissant basically. It also doesn't taste as fresh as usually.I don't know what happened but please if you wish to keep your customers keep your standards and quality as at the beginning. My coffee was again mistaken for normal cappuccino even if I ordered the soya one. I can understand some mistake might happen but it has happened few times so far that I was not satisfied with the service at this branch. Very slow, mistakes with order and the bill. They tried to be nice that is true.I will come few more times but if I will not see improvements unfortunately I am not going to come again as I will not waste my money and to feel unhappy about my visits.

I've been here multiple times since Westfield first opened, but never again. The service is terrible, and even when the place is mostly empty you're ignored. Most recently I ordered some salmon which came wrapped in two long black human hairs. Glaringly obvious - god knows how the cook or the waiter didn't notice. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter he just took the hairs and just shrugged. I still got the bill though!! I took a photo of the hairs once I'd unwrapped them from the fish.

Pretty terrible experience. Went there with my friends after shopping in Westfield for a quick bite and a coffee. Went inside and the guy gave us only drinks menus. Got up after 5 mins and asked him for food menus and he gave me only one coz, and I quote, "we don't have any more". What? Don't you want my money? Anyway, sat down and ordered eggs benedict with salmon. He repeated after me "eggs benedict with salmon" and the reason I remember it is coz of the way he pronounced "salmon" it was with a heavy italian accent which I found cute. Long story short he came back with eggs benedict with ham. When I asked him he said we ordered ham and that it was our fault. Zero apology. From that point on I knew we were dealing with a dreadful staff and business. Obviously they don't care since they are right in the entrance of Westfield but still... take some pride at what you do.

Staff actually outnumbered the customers. Took 15 minutes + to get a croissant and coffee and only after chasing. Shame as quality and location good. I'm betting the owner never visits!

Came here for coffee before we started on a marathon shopping expedition at Westfield. St aff were friendly, efficient service and the fresh apricot muffins delicious.

...yes, the cappuccino was very good...but the service was very slow and almost unfriendly....good thing I did not want to have food...I don't know how long I would have needed to wait...

Service was ridiculously bad here! The guys served us then we waited and waited, the table beside us was waiting longer and one of their coffees came but their tea didn't for a good 10mins! Our drinks arrived but we chased our muffins twice they eventually came when our drinks were cold! Nicely decorated but service is crap!! Will go into M&S coffee bar next time.

Il locale è pulito e molto carino. Il personale simpatico. La varietà di prodotti offerti è notevole: brioche dolci e salate, torte, panini, muffin, ecc. Ho assaggiato una brioche alla fragola e un caffè macchiato. Niente di memorabile ma per una colazione veloce stile italiano va benissimo. Prezzi medi.

Popped in here during our busy shopping trip at Westfield as our feet urgently needed a rest!It was extremely busy in here on the Saturday afternoon that we went in but we were shown to one of the very few remaining tables within seconds of walking in and being greeted.We were bought menus and enjoyed sitting down on the very comfortable seats and taking the weight off our feet.We decided to just have a juice each and I went for the energy juice with orange, ginger and carrot - this was gorgeous.Hubby went for another juice, I can't remember which one!! He also really liked his.I went to visit the powder room before I left and there is only one on the ground floor, suitable for wheelchair users as well, but expect to possibly have to wait as there is only one loo for the whole restaurant.The walls around the loo area could do with repainting and the doors - lots of grubby finger marks all around.That apart, we had extremely good service whilst here - even though it was packed out.Prices were reasonable and we enjoyed our drinks. I would recommend this place.

Just popped here for quick brunch. Met my husband who'd had a seat for 20 mins. Called waiter to order as soon as I arrived - "Sorry, no good for 30 minutes as the chef going to the bank"....Really? Hadn't thought to ask my husband if he wanted to order whilst waiting. No one else can go the bank? How absolutely useless. Won't be going there again. Now at Pain Quotidien

L'endroit est accueillant , spacieux avec de haut plafonds avec tuyauteries apparentes branchées comme le Jim l'indique l'inspiration est café a l'italienne avec de belles pâtisseries. Le probleme est un service affligeant et incompétent, nous avons attendu pres de 40 mns pour un porridge pour le petit dejeuner. Nous avons relancé le serveur 2 fois qui nous promettait que cela n'allait pas tarder sans mm vérifier ni sans mm s'en inquiéter. Il a fallu une intervention auprès du patron pour que la situation se débloque avec des excuses sincères mais trop tard. Mm la commande de thé n'était pas la bonne. Beef ce soit etre bon mais il faut tomber sur un serveur attentionné ce qui ne semble pas trop le cas de ceux qu'on a vu, probablement pas expérimentés.

Très bel endroit pour une petite pause café/patisserie . Très bien placé juste à coté du centre commercial, du métro et parking sous terrain. Café excellent . Pétit bémol nous etions 8 sur une table de 4/6 maxi et ils nous ont amené que une chaise pour être plus à l'aise alors qu'il en aurait fallu au moins 2. La salle est très belle et propre contrairement au toilette , petit et mal placé . Il n'y en a que un . C'est dommage vu la grandeur de la salle. Mais j'y retournerais pour la qualité des cafés et du service .

Extremely slow and bad service and the food tastes worse than something you would get on sale in a supermarket! Nearly £30 for 3 coffees and 2 cakes! Avoid!!

Elisa was an excellent waitress. Much better coffee than the regular coffee chains. Genuine Italian. And the chocolate praline cake was really good. I know Ca'Puccino from Rome and it's brilliant to see that the one at Westfield has the same character.

Perfect place to spend time with friends with taste of Italy.I love freshly baked croissants here - highly recommended is vanilla custard one.Many options of hot drinks, pastries, sandwiches and cakes. In this place you will try real taste of Italy. Nice and friendly staff.

EXCELLENT SERVICE in the most positive sense of these words. Manager Awot and server Ewelina made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences my daughter and I have had in a long time. Thank you so much!

The food is fairly good but the coffee is not up to today's standard. A pleasant place to spend some time and relax.The main problem here is not the staff but the management, it feels as if it has been set up and then left. The staff seem to be doing their best but just cant manage it all.I hope the get their act together as they are going to be losing out on a lot of business.

I dropped by this restaurant for afternoon tea after shopping. Nice ambiance, friendly service. Good selection of parties to go with your tea. Good place to chill and people watch.

This review is for its branch in Heathrow T2.Milling around in Heathrow T2, decided to have our last ‘London’ breakfast in Ca’puccino before boarding our flight to Frankfurt. Service was slow at 8:30 am. The waiter looked like he didn’t want to be there and never smile once. Ordered omelette and Italian sweet pancakes. The food itself wasn’t bad. However, the service puts me off. If you prefer sour-faced service, by all means dine here and naturally, don’t expect a tip from me with that kind of service.

Colazione buona, ma almeno mezzora d'attesa per un english breakfast quando non c'era praticamente nessuno.

Ordered 2 milk shakes took ages. The staff was ignorant un approachable. Then asked for bill in the end I had to go up and demand for otherwise I was missing my flight. The restaurant was quiet yet the customer service skills were shocking. Never again.
