Late servic, rude staff, overpriced

We only had coffees in the place. The palace was super quiet as the only customers were us at the time, afternoon approx 4pm. The place is clean and tidy, with music playing. The fridge or some equipment was a bit noisy.

I love to pass by to grab their pizza for takeaway 🍕! It’s very light and the dough tastes really good

A decent restaurant, the starters were our favourite, the mains very just about ok, we didn’t enjoy them much and the tiramisu was rather average. Considering we easily get such high quality wood fired pizza in London just about anywhere, the pizza here was a let down. Friendly staff, good location.

We fancied a pasta dinner and as we couldn't get a last minute reservation at our favourite Italian in central London we thought we'd try Cafe Murano, which is the little sister of the Michelin-starred Murano in Mayfair. Well it wasn't bad but it was just so very very ordinary. Among the starters, the bruschetta and the arancini were fine - in fact the former was a little different from most - and that was laudable - but the portions were small. But these paled into insignificance compared to a standard glass of (red) wine, which must have been the smallest size I've ever seen - and this really left a bad taste in our mouths. As for mains - the choices were extremely limited - and quite often that's good because those menu items are excellent. Of the three, the skate wing was decent but the sausage ragu and the gnocchi were extremely pedestrian.

Amazing valentines dinner with family. The food is out of this world and the service is amazing. Special thanks to all the staff who made it such a memorable evening.

Great meal and the service I got was brilliant

This is my first time in this restaurant and I can assure all that I will be a regular customer here simply due to great service by assistant Manager Ms. Venessa and supervisor Mr. Ali. They both are welcoming and with great customer care skills. Food is excellent with no waiting time after order. I highly recommend Spaghetti House to anyone who is local and a tourist.
