Stopped by for a quick lunch with my 5 year old as a treat before the theatre. Wonderful experience, wait staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful towards my child. A great restaurant experience for families.

Absolutely horrible restaurant. The service was awful, we were waiting over 2 hours for the whole experience and the manager was nothing but rude. Very understaffed do not recommend at all.

An excellent, intimate jazz club with the normal Pizza Express menu. This is probably about as close to a New York style jazz club I’ve experienced in the UK. There is also a normal Pizza Express restaurant upstairs, too.

Very good food and excellent service. There is a children's menu. Without a doubt if we return to London we will repeat.

More than 30 minutes of waiting at 9 p.m. The waitress is very friendly but she is alone and overwhelmed. The salads are not very filling. Very disappointed with this restaurant which is not worth the detour. Expensive for what is offered

Went here for a special pre theatre meal with family. There were 8 of us but only 7 meals came out. You would have thought that they would check everyone has their food but it wasn’t until we queried it that the waitress went off to check. “2 minutes”. It was more like 15 as either she didn’t process the order correctly or the kitchen forgot to cook it. Food was very average. Nothing bad but nothing to shout about either.

Richard was incredible. Such a lovely experience. The best waiter we’ve had our whole trip! Very personable and was very accommodating and understanding of our dietary restrictions. He was running the place - top tier service!

Vesna went above and beyond. Best service ever! Highly recommend

Vesna is absolutely lovely! She’s served our table the last two times we were here and she was absolutely warm and friendly from the moment we stepped in.

Enjoyable evening watching Shakatak! We were fortunate to be sitting at the first table inside the basement club, right by the stairs and stage so we had a light breeze blowing into the very warm, low-ceilinged club. Decent pizza and great atmosphere in a very intimate venue

Good ingredients, good food and service-minded staff.

If you are a fan of classic pizzas, unfortunately they don't have much here 😔, it was a shame that my favorites such as tonno, extravaganza, diavolo and caprese were not available. And not very vegetarian friendly

The food was delicious! There are many options to choose from and excellent music ambience as well as service.

A set menu is advertised, but the bill was wrong, and correcting it was painfully slow and difficult. The dough balls were cold too. I know it's just pizza express, but the point of eating there is convenient, quick food.....

Continuing the comments in London, England. Unfortunately, the chain pizzeria Express, which has been a brand for years and has many branches, appeared before us this time with very bad tasteless and small unsuccessful products. Considering the medium-sized back halls, the place can be considered large, but the service was late either due to busyness or slow service. Here, Bruschetta was just Italian in name, it had nothing to do with taste, quantity or style. Likewise, for the pizza that arrived late, unfortunately it was small and I had a hard time not giving it a star rating due to poor price performance.

Always a treat to eat at this Soho square staple!

Enjoyed the veg pizza, appetizers and dessert. Service was very friendly by Bianca & prompt as well. We were so glad to find a place that was open late on a Sunday evening.

Amazing food and even better performance

As always, it's a good experience. The staff are friendly, the food is good. It was used as a public toilet by public passing by. I thought this was a bit rude by them.

Lovely cozy place for a wonderful 5 piece jazz band that played only it's own compositions to wonderful applause. And, the pizza was tasty. Freshly made, thin crust and the toppings were scrumptious.

Great place for music!! Service is excellent. Food is good. Great menu with a good selection of starters, pizzas and pasta. Also cocktails and wine. Celebrated my birthday there. Great night out! 🤩

Good food. We tried the Leggaro pizza, which was new to us. It has a hole in the middle filled with salad. Very delicious. Service was good until the waitress forgot about us and left for the day (we saw her leave in a different shirt with her bag). Us and a second table were waiting to checkout and signaled a different waitress eventually. Bathrooms/toilets were really bad. They needed to be cleaned and had a backup in two of the toilets.

Pretty bad really, some joker of a chef put fish on the BBQ chicken pizza I ordered and the food must contain ridiculous amounts of salt as I’ve not stopped craving water for the past 4 hours. So after not getting what I asked for and the dehydration I will not be going back.

The pizza is sweet. But the service is bad, only the last person will come to you, and the cleanliness of the cups and plates is poor

Great spot in the cellar for Sunday Jazz in SoHo, excellent food and wine, and service from our waiter Arek. Really nice vibe.

My friend and I came because we heard great things and it met our expectations!! Truly wonderful customer service!! Especially Angel, he made the place so fun and welcoming. Plus the food is DELICIOUS! Definitely a must go to place if you are in the area <3

We really enjoyed Pizza Express Live. The food is good, just go in with expectations that it's a pizza place. Service was good also but it's crowded, they were trying hard. The music was fantastic and obviously the best part. Loved it!

We had a terrible experience with one of the servers, Harry. We ordered a pasta dish that was raw and undercooked, making it inedible. When we brought this to his attention, he rudely responded that this is how it comes from the oven and asked what else we wanted. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. On the other hand, the other server, Toufiq, was polite and promptly replaced the dish. Pizza Express, this is not the experience we expected.

Enjoyed watching Jazz Dynamos at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. The seating is a bit cramped and they do squeeze everyone in a bit but it is a great venue for live music. Being pizza express you do know what to expect in terms of food but the prices are inflated downstairs in the music venue. Good service. Performance tickets were £20 each

The food is average, but the atmosphere is great and the band is top-notch.

Had such a great lunch here, the food was brilliant and the service was perfect. Sheala (I hope I spelt that right) was absolutely fantastic and made our visit really special. Had a wonderful evening, waited on by Abdel on table 41 - he was phenomenal, so friendly, thoughtful and charming. We were having a celebratory dinner and ordered prosecco, which he opened with such joy and sense of occasion it really made our night. Thank you! We’ll be back for another dough ball fiesta! :)

Awesome atmosphere in this place, very cool jazz vibe! Food is standard pizza express and always up to scratch. Service a little slow but it’s incredibly busy! Make sure to book if you can!

A very rude person from the service crew (an old man with an Italian accent) I think he is the manager (not sure). I don’t know about the food quality because once I sat at the table, he spoke to me very aggressively with no any respect. I left the restaurant directly. Not recommended at all.

I came here for a jazz show 3/4 years ago and throughly enjoyed it, lovely to enjoy some dough balls and live music. I would not recommend just going to the restaurant - the pizzas and pastas are much more expensive than other restaurants which have similar or better quality and taste. But for a jazz show, drinks and some doughballs, definitely recommend!
