Visited with my two sons , the best pizza they’ve eaten was our experience,such a friendly welcome, from fantastic staff, very clean and pleasant surroundings , good value too

Portion are way to small, they give you 10 pasta pieces, so waste quite a waste of money. You can go any other Italian restaurant and get a better portion that's value for money, also when food came out it wasn't warm, so if going at busy time be expected for food to be not up to your expectation. The food was 6/10, but do not recommend.

This is a very nice place just off of Trafalgar square to catch a quick meal before the shows. I had the chicken and my friend had the pasta. The service was prompt and patient.

I visit this prezzo twice this week with my family while in London, i must say that the service is outstanding, the food quality is great. The kids loved it, we surely recommend it .

I never wrote a review, but this was an absolute horrible experience. I ordered a pizza with aubergine, basil and burrata. The staff was very nice and the time wait was good. When the pizza came, I was very excited to eat the burrata. First bite and it seemed like I was eating an ice cube. Asked a staff member to sort it and minutes later same completly frozen burrata came back. I have never tried a paper thin pizza with such low quality and flavour. An experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to try.

Great location, great food and atmosphere. Went to celebrate a birthday with my friends and we got served very quickly despite the dinner time rush. The waitress who served us was very attentive and always made sure we have a drink on the table. We made it in time for theatre too, it was a great spot since we didn’t have far to go. Would definitely recommend.

Always hated calamari bit tried it tonight and was really good.... also had pasta and King prawns and everything was awesome 👌.... 10/10

Zero atmosphere, zero waiter interest, zero taste. From start to finish, in and out including starters ( of which 1 had to ve sent back, being undercooked and bland) under 50 minutes. Lasagne so hot ( obviously microwaved) could barley touch without loosing skin to roof of mouth. Overall avoid

The location is great. The location adds a lot of value to this Prezzo. I believe the service and food have seen better days. It still has quality but far from what can be an Italian restaurant with this location. It has another advantage: it has longer opening hours, which allows you to have dinner after watching a play.

Excellent Italian cuisine! the Caesar and avocado salad is fresh, the carbo and bolognese pasta like in Italy with al dente pasta, the marguerit pizza and the queen pizza are perfect. The decor is not as elaborate as the other restaurants in Covent Garden but don't be fooled by appearances, this is Italy 🇮🇹. THANKS

Der Besuch war zum vergessen. Es hat nichts gepasst. Kalter Empfang. Lautes Umfeld. Schlechte Lasagne, Dessert wurde vergessen. Für mich nichts zum weiterempfehlen. :-(

To say that it was a negative experience is an understatement, don't pass off spaghetti carbonara with cream and becon, perhaps we were wrong to delude ourselves that it could be good, eat at Five Guys or McDonalds, your heart and your stomach Your liver will thank you a little less though.

It's ok, nice restaurant... My wife and sons pasta arrived cold... Had we not had an offer we probably would have moaned about it, but we was in a hurry.

As I entered with my 5 month old grandson, in a stroller, a grounp of young women came in behind me. I paused, momentarily, waiting to be seated. The young women barged in front of me, seating themselves at first table. Thankfully, another quickly became available nearby. I was directed there by the Front-of-House Manager, sat down, and ordered. However, despite placing my order before the four rude young women, their drinks and food were all served first. I waited so long for my order, that the baby began crying. As they were halfway through their meal, I got up and went to the Service Desk, to request that my meal be packed up so that I could pay, and take it away. The baby was screaming by this time. I had hoped for a pleasant restaurant lunch over my long weekend visit to London from Scotland, but rude diners and near non-existent service, ruined it. An unfortunate, and disappointing experience.

Large size pizza is not a large size pizza

They said italian restaurant and gave you carbonara with cream... and it was kinda tasteless, the food was barely okay, but the worst was the waiter who told us offensive jokes, got angry when we wanted to pay separately for our shares because my friend couldn't divide the prices on the waiter calculator by adding the tip... tip which was imposed on us because that with such a service, I would not have given any. Some tourist trap tbh, better to found another place to eat!

Had a great meal here. Catered well for my granddaughter. Managed to get us in (4 persons) at mid afternoon with just a two minute wait to prep table. Food was good, arrived hot, drinks fairly average price for the area.

Nothing to rave about. Restaurant far too hot. Patrons fanning themselves downstairs. Upstairs a little cooler...

The service was exceptionally quick, the food was what I would expect from Prezzo. It was a little bit cramped as it's a small restaurant but it served our purpose for a quick bite to eat before a theatre visit.

My sister, my friend and I enjoyed a lovely meal yesterday at St Martins Prezzo after seeing Les Mis at the Sondheim Theatre. It was very busy when we went in so thank goodness we had booked a table. Our waiter Lorenzo deserves a special mention as he was so lovely.

Superb location in the heart of London! Delicious Italian food, cozy atmosphere. And the service is beyond praise! Been here more than once, really like it. I recommend.

Staff helpful and attentive sadly let down by the food portions. I have never left a restaurant hungry until now. One main meal of crab ravioli was the size of a normal starter and I can honestly say I have never seen such a small, dry and unappealing piece of cheesecake with no offer of cream to try and make it more palatable. Even the extra side of fries was half a small bowl and definitely not worth the money.

Na een aantal uren door Londen gewandeld te hebben gingen we op zoek naar een locatie om te lunchen en zo kwamen we bij Prezzo St Martins Lane terecht. Een restaurant met een heerlijk kerstsfeer. In verband met een tekort aan personeel (waar niet) moest er aan de bar besteld worden. De bestelde gerechten kwamen vrij snel waren erg lekker en de Mulled wine (gluwein) was verwarmend. De sfeer was door de kerstversiering en de inrichting erg plezierig. Prijs/Kwaliteitsverhouding was prima en het personeel wat er was, was erg vriendelijk.

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. If you're into anemic under done pizza this is the spot for you. Not really sure how you mess up pizza. Avoid

This place used to be so reliable as our go to restaurant when visiting family in London. But now it’s roulette. Quality and taste of food has dropped significantly. We remember tasty food that you could look forward to.. Service has plummeted. We fondly remember the staff having smiles and being attentive.. what has happened? We are swerving for a while to explore other places to see how they do it.

My friend and I had a lovely evening here last week. Our food was great, service excellent and all the staff are really friendly and attentive - highly recommend this particular Prezzo!

Ordered my main meal tonight to celebrate a special day today. £20 chicken dish . Sounds great on paper. It arrived, and I was stunned it looked basic and dry when it arrived. it didn't look appetising. Grilled chicken was dry, with no taste. Potato was boiled soft, no flavour sauce marinate. Sweet heart cabbage grilled no grilled smokey taste. I had to take my husbands fries sauce to add taste to my meal. Ordered burger bun to make a sandwhich trying to be creative with my meal. Got the bill. Charged £6.50 garlic bread for the burger bread. I was shocked. I refused to pay that because that's the cost close to a kids' meal, which looked and tasted better than my main. Staff who served us were polite he gets 5 stars. And was able to discount the 6.50 to reflect a more reasonable cost for burger buns Shame they couldn't accept my kids eat free voucher, which was valid until today, just not at all locations. Should have stuck with plan A and gone to Bills. They offered a 50% voucher including London location and probably wouldn't be served dry grilled chicken.

We ate here in January 2024 and were really disappointed with the stingy overpriced food. Not enough mozzarella or toppings on pizzas with massive crusts. The saltimbocca had hardly any “sauce” and a teeny scrap of prosciutto on top. The “potato Al forno” was just a baked potato with a few scores across the top and no seasoning - not even butter or salt. So disappointing. Service was good.

Come here everytime we are in london, service is quick and efficient with lovely staff. Food is amazing, if you’re thinking of visiting make sure to book because this place is constanly busy ( good sign)!

Leave it alone. APPETIZERS: Bruschetta alla marinara: a quarter of a piadina with oil and garlic on top. Homemade appetizer: 20 g of raw ham, half mozzarella, 3 cherry tomatoes, a handful of olives, and 7 slices of nduia thrown away (😂) Italian CARBONARA: pasta with liquid cream, raw bacon and raw ham on top INDECENTE. And I was even asked if I wanted chicken on top, crazy stuff. SECOND SEA FISH: 50g of fish beaten in a mix of soaked tomatoes and peppers. To be avoided.

Called, without reservation, after a matinée in a nearby theatre. Was shown a table in the basement and brought menus. Orders taken - eventually. Food arrived and was incorrect. It was soon exchanged for correct items. Parmesan requested - never arrived. Pepper mill didn’t work....

Surkea kokemus, ulkoa näytti viihtyisältä paikalta, sisällä ahtaan tuntuista ja hirveä hälinä. Seurueestamme kaikki tilasi pizzaa, omani oli syötävä, ei mitenkään erityinen. Muiden pizzat ei hintansa arvoisia, pohjat kaikilla ohuet. Kallis paikka laatuun nähden. Palvelu oli asiallista mutta kova kiire välittyi henkilökunnasta ja työnjako tuntui hieman sekavalta kun pöytäämme palveli kaikkiaan 4 eri henkilöä.

One of the worst pizza we have ever eaten. The only positive thing is the very welcoming and smiling staff. Rest is waste of time and money. We couldn’t find a place in the nearby pubs so that was the only option. I recommend you to try other places.

The manager is one of the best I’ve ever seen … he runs an amazingly efficient restaurant … and his staff reflect that … and we just love the food … fabulous experience … 😘😘

Best place to dine! Good location near trafalgar Square, and the food is simply delicious.

We were told they don’t accept Tesco vouchers . Previous reviews state they do . Lazy service . Who obviously could not be bothered to work out how to use the vouchers . Very disappointed

3/4 of us had same meal - chicken and mushroom sauce. Was cold. Questioned us when said cold “what all of them”?! Yes. Pretty sure when replaced had been put on another plate after microwaved as minimal sauce plus chips in the sauce. Not impressed....

Food was great and fast, seemed very hectic but it was prime time Saturday, by the time we left there was a long queue.

Sehr nettes Restaurant. Personal sehr freundlich und geduldig. Wir waren als Gruppe zu Mittag dort. Alle anderen Gerichte waren wirklich sehr lecker, die Portion meines Cesar Salat’s fiel allerdings klein aus. Da habe ich schon viel bessere Portionen gesehen. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Alles andere sonst sehr empfehlenswert.

Superb staff. We told them we had a show and they were so quick. The food was great. Do not go to pizza express around the corner. Their staff were hideously rude before we even sat down. Bravo Prezzo

We called on the off chance after walking round London late evening that there would be availability, a Tuesday evening last week and there was. Shown straight away to a table, lovely young lady who looked after us. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara with chicken which was delicious and my husband had the Prezzo burger, we both had drinks and desserts too which were also great. Not to expensive for the area it is situated in. Definitely will be back if ever in London again.

It was a quiet Saturday. Service was good. Food mixed, not sure what cheese they used on the pizza but it was hard and orange, the roasted peppers on my pizza were just raw peppers and only 3 pieces. I think they must of had supply issues as some food was great and others not so much. Otherwise ok. Soft drink prices high as always

Very friendly staff. We went straight to a table (about 1:30 pm). Food served after 10 minutes or so. Very good garlic bread and pizza. The base was crispy with the right amount of topping. This was the perfect place to eat before heading to the London Coliseum to watch Iolanthe. The service was quick (we'd booked a table a few weeks ago) and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and attentive but not intrusive. What made it better was by signing up for their newsletter online I got a voucher for two free puddings! Looking at their menu though, you can even get a £30 bottle of prosecco free if that's your fancy!

After visiting the National Gallery we all were hungry and desperately looking for a place to eat with vegan options. On looking around found this amazing Italian restaurant. They have a lovely seating arrangement and many Vegan options as well. Loved their Stuffed baked mushrom,Tomato...

Very tasty and very pleasant atmosphere 💖

I was with friends who were visiting London for the first time since starting a family, so our main criteria was to find somewhere that could accommodate a double buggy. This has already proved difficult at dinner the night before and lunchtime! But they found space for us and the service was so good. There was a children's menu too with crayons and activities. Two of us had the Devon crab spaghetti. This was underseasoned and missing the chilli advertised on the menu. The burger and fries went down well with my other friend.

This is one of 2 Prezzo restaurants that are close together. We had good service and most of the staff were friendly. There's lot's of choice on the menu with something for most people. The portion sizes could have been better but not too bad for central London. Food came very quickly and was well cooked.

I try it without any previous plans and i like it, I like the Margareta pizza 🍕 and the garlic bread. I recommend to try. It’s average Italian restaurant.

Been here today for my mother in laws birthday and had a lovely time! We had a voucher for her birthday so got a free bottle of prosecco too! Food was delicious and the waiter was very friendly, all staff were! Would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice place to eat 😊

My masala chicken was barely warm, but replaced super quick. Staff were friendly and apologetic. The other 3 mains were great. Great location near theatres for a great meal before attending a show!

If you want to eat kind of ok Italian food in a quick and efficient way, this is your place. But tables are too close together, it is too crowded and noisy and it lacks any kind of ambiance.

We had booked another restaurant after going to see We Will Rock You however when we went to confirm the booking the staff were not very helpful. We then saw Prezzo over the road from the theatre and thought it would be a better option....

A lovely Prezzo. Went there with my wife. Food was going. Staff friendly. Service food. There are 3 floor's which meant that it did not feel cramped even though it was full. Well worth using if you are in the Leicester Square area

They offer you fresh products and varieties of option in food. You can get various products at an affordable price. The place is also clean and tidy. The staff are also friendly and attentive. Although it's a small store they have everything that you need for making food. It's a nice place to shop.

My family always enjoys our pre-theatre trips to Prezzo. The staff are always friendly and attentive to your needs. Our server today, Delia, was a delight and always ready to take more food orders or clear away plates. Will definitely be returning!

I have not been to a Prezzo's for years. The service here was outstanding and the food was really good. Exceeded my expectations.

Great attentive service, lovely visit

We visited in January 2023 and this Prezzo serves below average food; pizzas are really doughy with very few toppings. See my photo and you will see two inches of the outer edge was empty. The pizzas were nothing special, bland and overpriced at around £16. It tasted like a frozen pizza. Service was good and staff were friendly, so Prezzo just really needs to improve the recipes and food. It seems like they have cutback on the food quality to cover their rent and overheads but I guess at this location, people will eat anything under £20 before they go to the theatre. Prezzo's recent announcement about closing branches cites the cost of living crisis as the reason, but terrible food is the reason I would never go to another Prezzo. Their bosses need to listen to the reality that their food is awful, instead of deluding themselves that people can't afford to eat there.

Not too bad but pretty basic Italian food. Nice quick service and pizza was good. Truffle mayo was a bit of a highlight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Prezzo. Our salads were fresh. The garlic bread consisted of garlic flavored baked pizza dough. The pizza oblong. The tiramisu delightful. The macchiato refreshing. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Enjoy!
