The best restaurants serving Italian food in East of England

Easy check-in & security experience think I was through into departures within 15 minutes. Plenty of food and drink options both air & landside staff were helpful. Terminal is bright and modern. Immigration hall is a bit dated but from my understanding that's Border force's responsibility however we were through very quickly. I would fly from Luton again quite happily.

A friend bought me here for lunch. I'm not a big pizza fan myself but what I had did taste nice. The kids (6) enjoyed their food with a nice simple choice between pizza or pasta dishes. The starter was lovely and tasted fresh and they got a cute little sundae for dessert. The waitress was fantastic. She really engaged with the kids and made them a part of the conversation which was great. The atmosphere was ok. The restaurant was nice although the toilets seemed a bit rough around the edges. It felt like you're walking into the back storage rooms or something. The other thing was when we arrived there was a large kids party there but they were placed right in the front window and the parents were all stood around the entrance making it really unclear where to go or how to squeeze through, which felt really off when we arrived. I would take the little one there again for lunch.

Lovely food and good service. Restaurant was quiet, and a little cold, but still very enjoyable.

Fabulous food and top service. Staff helped us with securing a deal only usually available through the Pizza Express app, which we could not use as we're visiting from NZ and could not install the app thanks to region locking. They also suggested splitting a single ice cream (2 scoops) between our two children providing separate dishes and spoons for each. They saved us a decent wedge on the bill and, as I said, the pizzas and desserts were all excellent! No on-site parking, but plenty of space in the council car-park behind the pub across the road, and a very short walk to get to the restaurant.

Kyna was amazing, super lovely and made sure we had lots of drinks! Wonderful if not the best service we've ever received here!

Fuimos a Stazione con nuestro hijo de cinco y dos años. No estábamos seguros de si eso funcionaría, ya que algunos restaurantes son más amigables para niños que otros. Nos quedamos encantados cuando, como era muy tranquilo en ese momento, el camarero dijo que nuestros hijos podían ayudar a hacer sus pizzas. Esto fue fascinante para ellos, y el personal era increíblemente amable. ¡Sin mencionar la gran pizza! Gracias por una experiencia maravillosa.

Claimed to deliver in 20-40 minutes. In reality I did not receive my pizza until almost an HOUR AND A HALF after I ordered. To make matters worse, after hours of anticipation I received a lukewarm at best soggy pizza. I have WASTED my £10 voucher on this sorry excuse for a pizza and my disappointment is immeasurable. I hope Prezzo improves its service but it has just lost a valuable customer.

it was cold an missing a ice cream

This was one of the worst meals I have had in Norwich. They didn't have half of the things on the menu but didn't tell us until they had taken our order. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was terrible, overcooked and really bland. It cost £17.95! It tasted like a child's meal and I could have made it better myself. We all complained but they didn't offer us any discount. It was just such depressing food. I'm still shocked by how bad it was. How does this place stay open?

The gluten free pizza which I had was cooked well, and the toppings were full of flavour.

Had an amazing evening here last night. Was a 50th birthday party and went down so well . Staff were retentive, got orders right and made our evening relaxing.

Great location. Nice room. Will definitely return.
