Only chippy take out in this busy country town. For a Tuesday night had steady stream of customers. Everything freshly cooked and place spotless. I just ordered a chicken breast and some thousand island dip. The chicken was crispy skin but succulent flesh. Enjoyed it and at ÂŁ4.90 is fair price. I will call again when in the area. Try it.

I recently had my 50th birthday party at Moyola Park Golf Club and the catering was provided by the on-site restaurant Seventy 7. We had a buffet and the food was first class, everyone complemented on how good is was and there was plenty of it. The staff were very helpful and nothing was a bother. Would definitely recommend đŻ%

It's been a while since we had been to Strawberry Fayre, it didn't disappoint on our return, we really enjoyed our lunch, pumpkin & bacon soup served with wheaten bread, both delicious followed by toffee apple crumble with custard again delicious, portions were generous too, won't leave it as long to our next visit, really worth a visit .

Had an awful experience was really hungry so went to this almost local chippy . Was shocked .. soggy onion rings all soggy batted pastie falling apart with sogginess and chicken fillet burger burnt fully around the edges and very poor quality of chicken breast in the burger. This was to date my worst ever take away experience I can remember for years .

It was raining so we couldn't make the most of the garden but food was nice and we got moved to a better table when one freed up. Water had cucumber in which is always a nice touch. A few good veggie choices and the juices were nice

Stopped for lunch on Sunday and the table beside us that arrived after had dessert when we'd only just got our drinks. Think they'd forgotten us until we asked for the food after 45 mins waiting. It was quite cold and the roast beef was tough so wouldn't recommend for food. I'd previously been for drinks and it was a good atmosphere.

Had a reservation for food on a Saturday evening for 9 people. Table was ready on arrival. Drinks order taken quickly, asked for water for the table, still waiting even though asked a 2nd time. Range of starters and mains ordered. The only starter that was half adequate were the chicken wings. Prawns were awful, tiny frozen shrimp and served look warm swimming in butter with pre sliced chorizo cut into quarters (the type you'd buy for homemade pizzas), supposed to be served with garlic and chilli sourdough but got a slice of toast, asked about this and the manager came back 10mins later saying the kitchen didn't know how to make it so they gave me cheese on toast. Caesar salad starter came with no chicken, croutons or dressing, was awful. Pickled onion rings were just normal onion rings but exceptionally greasy. On to the mains, the salmon was served with freezing broccoli and half cooked baby potatoes for all of us that ordered this so they were sent back. Chicken stack was ok, burger was like one of the frozen burgers you'd buy and throw in the oven. Service charge was added to the bill, probably normal but not advertised anywhere we could see. Overall an extremely poor experience.

We had lunch which consisted of a chicken burger and sweet potato fries (no complaints from my daughter) a pepperoni pizza and skinny fries and an all day brunch with beans and hash brown added on. Two soft drinks and a coffee. The restaurant environment is lovely as are the staff who couldn't be more pleasant so there is no issue in this regard! My issue is this lunch cost ÂŁ64 and was miles away from the quality to warrant this price range. ÂŁ17 for a pizza at lunch time with chips is excessive. The pizza was not flavourful and the dough was very dry. Very very little pepperoni on it also. The all day brunch was ÂŁ16 and an additional ÂŁ4 for beans and hash browns. It did come with chips but I didn't eat them as they were undercooked. The breakfast flavour wise was fine but again it is the cost. I get the impression that the price is inflated as it's the only actual restaurant type venue at the Boulevard and had Moe's grill still been open we would have gone there. Again no reflection on the staff who were lovely but the pricing is just not matched to the food being put out there and there are many many places to eat better quality offerings. Had the food standards matched the price I would have happily paid with no grievance. But hey one person's opinion!
