Staying in the Newry area and decided to have a meal here. Staff were lovely, food excellent. The restaurant itself is comfortable, lovely. There is also a nice terrace overlooking some of the countryside, unfortunately the weather wasn't conducive to sitting outdoors. Lovely restaurant, lovely staff.

Fortunate to get reservations at O'CONNORS last minute. Management kindly helped us out. My background is in hospitality, and I can Honestly say this my favourite restaurant to date. Excellent looking menu, reasonably priced. Quirky, warm & welcoming place, with excellent staff. In view of the kitchen, watching the chef's dishing up there delicious creations. Armagh lady was serving us, a delight to speak to. Starters,chicken wings & japanse style gougons. Unreal, Perfect starters, large portions 2 Ribeyes, cooked to our likely, mouthwatering is an understatement. Make Reservations for this place.. Real country cafe, huge portions, pretty sure the lady taking our order was also making coffee and cooking so good on her for doing everything at once!

I like this place and have been quite a few times now. Staff are very friendly and the coffee is nice. I ordered the huevos con chorizo which was very tasty but I would have loved it even more if there had been a bit more chorizo rather than the tiny cubes mixed throughout. Ambiance is great and toilets were clean.

Sunday lunch at Becketts was a real treat. The food was excellent served by very friendy and welcoming staff. One of the best lunches weve had in ages. Beef and Yorkshire pudding was melt in the mouth. Vegetables cooked to perfection. My apple crumble was sensational. The 2nd time weve eaten in the Hotel it wont be the last. Give Becketts a try if you like real quality cooking served to perfection. Thank you to all the staff who helped my husband have a great birthday treat.

Best breakfast I’ve eaten in Belfast or anywhere in the U.K. Great fresh food. Well presented. Great staff. Busy too. Outdoor seating for those few days where it’s not raining. Price is reasonable. No complaints at all. Well done Hatch.

We enjoyed the food and great service. My wife is vegetarian and the main dish was superb. The restaurant was busy but had a good ambience and dishes were served at good intervals and dishes were of a high quality and appropriate quantity. We’ll return!

Wonderful little gem .. had a beautiful lunch with the grandkids ..was served by a lovely blonde woman with glasses.. and hairband ...so friendly...The service was great ..the food was great ...and we ll will be back and recommending to our friends and family. ..
