Mona's Cafe in Lisburn

Excelente comida, servicio, relación calidad-precio. El personal es fantástico, recargas para el té y el café tanto como quieras. Cocine los alimentos como usted solicita, ninguna petición es un problema. Mi nueva opción, cuando no estoy cocinando la mía.

Called into monas with a absolute banging hangover, seriously was close to death. Order a full soda and tin of Fanta lemon, a lovely girl called Carrieanne served us, absolute Dimond. Fanta lemon was out right away, freezing, she popped it and poured it out, she had a real pep in her step, soda came out, absolutely perfect, presentation was fantastic, soda bread was like a fluffy cloud. The brown sauce was the crap stuff but Carrieanne got us hp on the fly , def be back

A gem of a cafe. Food is beautiful, plentiful and reasonably priced, service is fast, but the nicest part of this lovely cafe are the ladies who work in it. They are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home. Visited for lunch on Friday 20th January........can't wait for our return visit. Thank you to all involved.

Great cafe in Belfast, food was great, prices were even better. Staff are so welcoming. Would recommend to anyone! Will definitely be back

El día más hermoso de lo que ha sido un año totalmente desordenado. El paseo por el parque es tan agradable para todos los niños que vivieron el sendero Gruffilo. Luego almorzamos en la comida de Mona es excelente ya un precio muy razonable. Definitivamente, pronto se realizará una nueva visita.

Great food pleasant staff very reasonable prices with a lovely walk through the park what more could you ask for.

Ideal for those out for an early walk or jog through Colin forest park and want to taste the real Irish (Ulster) fry afterwards or a coffee.

Extremely Poor Management and Customer Service today - and by the Manager/Owner which makes it doubly bad. I had simlly asked if the Radio Channel could be turned over and some Music put on as there was a long and very depressing talk on the month old Murder of Lyra McKee at 9am - not something you want to listen to to start your day. I was told by the waitress that the station was not allowed to be changed under Managers orders. Worse was to follow - when I made a comment about it being very depressing the Manager actually came onto the floor from the Kitchen and increased the Volume of the station. Sadly will never be back to my local little Breakfast Café. The other staff are excellent. The Manager is an idiot who has just lost yet another customer.

Great food, cheap prices and really great friendly staff. Can’t recommend this place enough, it needs a visit.

My husband and I regularly eat in Monas. The fry is particularly good - not a trace of fat on the food or plate and it is delicious. The sausages are thick and juicy, and always cooked to perfection. The bacon is thick and not burned to a cinder :-) and the vegetable roll is to die for. Another favourite of mine is the sweet chili chicken wrap. The chicken is thick and tasty and is accompanied by salad and chips. The pancakes are know and loved by everyone and I challenge you to finish them. There are too many other delicious meals to go over individually but all are very reasonable priced and the staff are second to none, allways very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Can't believe there aren't more reviews of this place. Been here many times over the years, whether after a walk in the glen or passing for breakfast. Great quality fry and homemade pancakes to die for. Kids will love the place and it certainly won't break the bank. Get yourself along for a treat.

I enjoyed eating here as it was good value for money and the food was nice. By no means would you describe this as fine dining but it's good honest food. It's a nice wee spot to call into after a round of golf at Colin Valley or a walk through the forest park.
