Although the food was a little late it came piping hot and was absolutely delicious! Definitely worth the wait

Food wasn’t flavourful as thought. Spicy chips weren’t even tasty. It was bland and bitter. It was just covered in chilli powder. Many other local takeaways do better. And other foods were good no complaints but not good as expected for such restaurant. It seems like they invest more in decor than their food.

Authentic, delicious, and abundant! This Indian buffet deserves every star... Food Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The variety of curries and rice was excellent, with a great balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. 2. Service: The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to refill dishes or offer assistance. 3. Ambience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. 4. What could have been a good meal was spoiled by a combination of poor service and tough meat in my wife's lamb curry, it had not been a lamb for at least a couple of years. Head waiter's behaviour was downright weird and his understudy was overworked and abrupt. Very slow to take your order, and takeaway meals appear to get priority over diners. Maybe picked a bad night when they had staff issues because the place seems popular enough and they did knock a fiver off the bill for the poor lamb but would have to improve massively to tempt us back.

The free poppadom offer is a con - added extra to our order to bring the price over ths £28 limit but no poppadoms! Ordered paneer masala and veg makhani but it was just makhani sauce for both with different things in it. Sickly sweet and grim.

My Dhal was awful, I honestly make a great one at home my Sri Lankan friend taught me and the one here was literally just yellow water that tasted like chicken super noodles SO much salt and way too much garlic- don’t get me wrong I love salt and garlic but this was inedible and was just liquid! Basically no chick peas or anything. Our korma and Masala had (and I am not kidding) no flavor.. like- at all! Couldn’t taste a thing and had to add salt just to try and eat it. We ordered a chutney tray that wasn’t there and they gave us the wrong rice. I have Easter here before and thought it wasn’t amazing but was alright but now I’ll never bother again. I don’t care how close they are, I would rather drive to Mumbles and have something worth paying for. In addition- my dog wouldn’t even eat it.

Ordered veg food with Paneer Balti x2. App was showing 15-30 min delivery time. Order placed at 20.30 for veg biriyanis and paneer Balti. Arrival time when placing the order was showing 21.05. But food arrived at 21.55. When opened the bag instead of paneer Balti 2 portions we has chicken Balti. Very disappointed with the service and the food and the carelessness of the resatuarant. I never had such an negligence from any restaurant before. Waste if money. Food gone to bin. Very annoyed

It's a shame I can't give a better rating. As a lover and self proclaimed connoisseur of Indian food, Rasoi has all the makings of a fine establishment, however... Staff need better training. On multiple occasions simple questions RE dishes have had to be relayed by the serving staff to the chefs as the staff are unsure on menu items. Curries have been wrongly served to guests.. again, it's the servers job to get these things right. Also had a bad experience with there weekend lunch offer once. Nowhere does it state that they close the kitchen for 2 hours at 3pm. Our booking was for 2.45, so 5 minutes after sitting down we were told we MUST order now before the chefs finish for their break. They shouldn't accept bookings at these times if their going to proceed to rush customers. The menu for the lunch menu is also confusing and easily misconstrued leading to a more expensive bill. This all being said. The curries are fine. The breads are nice and fresh, chutney trays are good too. Portions are a little low, but that's pretty normal these days for dine in upmarket Indian restaurants. I would say it's worth a visit for a nicer occasion as the restaurant is nice. Just bare in mind the service issues that can occur.

Really enjoyed the food - Passada was very tasty and pilau rice was very flavoursome .Unfortunately the naan bread was very dry and let the meal down.Food was about half about a hour behind time quoted .

Really poor takeaway, ordered food at 5pm when it opened and food arrived at 7.30pm!!!! Chips were stale and cold and curry luke warm. Never again

they did not give me my sausage.
