Food was absolutely amazing, staff are really friendly, will definitely be going back again soon and 100% recommend the restaurant

Never thought I'd recommend an Indian buffet but its really good! Get to try different things all at a reasonable cost, and it's all really nice food! Better than getting a takeaway, and hasn't been very busy last few times we went so all in all really recommend it 👌

Visited this evening with my girlfriend for the buffet and I must say it was well worth the money. The food was amazing and the service was great. Really nice restaurant and atmosphere, great for couples. Highly recommend that you try it. Thank you, will definitely be back.

As soon as we arrived we felt uneasy The waiter insisted we sat in a certain area and not where we wanted to sit as the restaurant was empty and he seemed to be very stroppy Felt rushed into ordering and he was not at all attentive during our visit Food was bland & the worst experience we've encountered in an Indian restaurant DON'T GO!!

Always had great food from here. We use the delivery service and also go for a sit down meal. The buffets are fantastic value for money with a range of starters, mains and desserts! The staff there are always friendly and welcoming so I was surprised to read the bad review about them. The only reason they continually check the dishes is so they are replenished quickly. You can also order from the menu if the buffet isn’t your thing.

Awful experience last night. The waiter was incredibly rude and generally horribpe atmosphere. Went for the buffet. They are charging £14 pp for their 'all you can eat buffet' yet they are hanging around it watching every little thing you pick up and making a very uncomfortable feeling. I sat there last night with some with 2 pieces of poppadom and some lettuce because I was too affraid to go up again for food. What a disgusting waste of money!

Usually like it here but this evening they've lost our custom. Very rude waiter, who growled at me for picking up the wrong starter with the wrong tong, they're watching every last little thing you take from the buffet. Tonight I sat there with 2 poppadom pieces and some lettuce for the price of a full buffet because he made me to affraid to go up for food.

The food is good but but there is a gentleman who I believe is the owner who seems to really despise kids. Heard him muttering about my son dropping some lettuce, very rude guy

Went to collect a take away, this evening, again absolutely amazing nothing else more to say. Not the first and definitely not the last. Such a warm welcome, food was hot and cooked perfectly. Such good quality for the price and will definitely keep going back. Just keeps proving what a gem of an Indian we have on Broadlands. Thanks!

This is our local Indian and for the most part it satisfies the craving for a typical British Indian takeaway. Service is always very good for collection and you rarely have to wait long than 20 mins between calling and collecting your food. Main issue is that some of the creamier curries have arrived quite loose from time to time, so I’d mark them down on consistency 😉

My partner and I dined here for the first time and I can honestly say the food was amazing (we didn’t try the buffet had main meals)! Best Naan bread we have ever eaten and would recommend to anyone. Also special mention to Arman who was our waiter, very kind and great service. Thank you all will be returning soon!

Excellent place for trying traditional and British favourites. Buffet (all you can eat) is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The selection is great; classics like tikka masala, korma, balti and rice dishes, along with starters of onion bhaji, chicken pakora and the amazing garlic mushrooms, plus homemade and more traditional Indian dishes (authentic and really good). Poppadoms and naan also provided, noodles, chips etc. There is also a small dessert selection, this time there was a homemade rice pudding dish which was so good. Such a good selection, great value and lovely service. I absolutely love the buffet at this place and we return time and time again for the food.

Ordered a takeaway from here as the wife loves the food. This friday the food was terrible. The meats were gristle infused, salad was a bit off. Everything was different. Only thing I done differently ordering this time was use the online ordering system. The food used to be so nice from here. Disappointing when things change.

On parking I noticed that the first three letters in the illuminated Cinnamon sign weren't working (give a questionable first impression. Pleasant warm welcome, shown to table (there were five of us). Rather a strange restaurant table layout (an attempt at making the table layout intimate possibly?). This was a mid week visit so it wasn't busy. Food in general was okay with service and presentation good. For us (we travelled eleven miles) there's better nearer home.

First time dining here, we will definitely be back! Gorgeous food, full of flavour. Service was great, prices were good. Friendly service from the moment we arrived.

Food was great! A really accommodating Indian restaurant for veggie’s. Staff were super nice, very attentive, friendly and made the whole experience really fantastic. We didn’t go on a buffet day so can’t comment on this, but imagine it’s popular.

Top Indian food always found here. Tandoori Chicken Biryani highly recommended. Very tasty and nicely spiced. Takeaway available as well as eat in - restaurant is simply decorated and an upstairs area is also available.

Outstanding. We ordered off the menu and had a few recommendations from the staff. One of their specialties is a beef curry that's quite citrus-y. Not something I've had before but it was magnificent. Really impressed and will definitely come again.

We have been having takeaways during the pandemic but decided tonight to go to the restaurant. The buffet is back on and better than I remembered. It may be that it’s been open a while but we didn’t realise. It was so good to try different things as we normally have the same thing for a takeaway. Highly recommend it!

Take away was awfull. King Prawn Vindaloo at almost £12 which contained 4 prawns in a watery, bland sauce!!! Gave 2 stars as the chips were ok…

To have a take away that has the same quality of the restaurant is commendable your jalfrezi and vindaloo along with your starters, no excess cooking oils, just authentic tastes, thanks again !

We have used the Cinnamon for over six years since moving to Broadlands and the consistent quality of the meals is incredible. Never a had bad meal. The Kolapuri has to be tried it’s fantastic!

Ate here this week and never disappointed. Both dining in and take aways are always spot on. Staff are friendly and I’m glad Broadland’s is able to keep such a venue going whilst other restaurants are struggling to remain open, before closing and changing hands. This place deserves more recognition - of the many Indian restaurants i’ve eaten in locally this is THE best.

Our meals were bursting with flavour. Our garlic fried rice was light fluffy and not greasy. We had chicken tikka masala and maharaja bhuna with a peshawar naan. We could not quite finish eating these but enjoyed so much every mouthful that we wished we could have. Food was hot delivered on time and could not have tasted better. Well done Cinnamon.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They gave us free poppadom and dip as we said we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I ordered something that wasn't on the menu and they were fine about it. Husband's meal was a little bland but in general a lovely experience.

So amazed to see the buffet was back as a takeaway option on the menu. Wow it says it’s for 4 people but 6 of us ate it and we struggled to finish it all. The food was fresh and hot and perfect in every way and it reminded us all of the days before Covid, where we used to pop to the restaurant and enjoy and amazing buffet. Tasty food and wonderful service. I ordered a delivery for my Dad as he is isolating and I mentioned it was his birthday. I have always had great food and received fantastic service here and wasn't let down this evening. Staff were adhering to covid-19 safety measures yet were still attentive and friendly. They also catered for an anaphylaxis peanut allergy with confidence! 10/10!! I highly recommend a visit to Cinnamon and look forward to returning myself!

We popped in at 5.45 pm on a Friday evening and were immediately greeted and seated with no problem. Drinks ordered and we were going to order form the menu until the buffet option was given to us. Now we are normally chicken tikka masala...

Celebrated a birthday here. We were a table of 7 adults, 1 child and a baby. We weren't rowdy, in fact nobody was drinking alcohol. However, we were constantly glared at and given disapproving looks. We were all made to feel as if we weren't wanted there. Despite there being a high chair available, the restaurant is NOT child friendly. The two staff tutted and huffed noticeably at the inevitable mess my baby made on the floor (I always clean this up!) in fact they walked past several times making faces at the food on the floor. Not only that, the lady working tried to take a full plate of food during our meal, taking no notice of the empty plates. We all felt uncomfortable and unwanted and I will never eat there again. The food was warm at best and the buffet sections that run out were not once replenished. Disappointing.
