Always helpful when ordering and loved out meal this evening

Had food from here a few times, always lovely and great quality, placed an order today via food hub, who cancelled the order somehow but had still taken payment, little India called them to sort it out, told me refund was pending. However little India are still doing my order and stated when refund shows to call back and make payment if refund hits my account, very trusting which is much appreciated, great customer service, thank you

We have used this Indian Takeaway on several occasions and based on our experiences can say the following. The owner Abdul is an extremely professional, polite and generous business owner who goes above and beyond for his customers. We have tonight ordered the Meat Thali but requested a change in the Main Curry for another dish on a like for like price basis. This was absolutely no problem and was honoured without question or additional cost. For anyone that hasn't ordered the Meat Thali I can't recommend it high enough. The value for money is unbelievable and the portion sizes are more than ample. You basically get a Starter, Main, Side, Pilau Rice, Keema Nan and Raitha all for £13.95. And honestly the amount of meat in the Curry is enough for 2 easily. The flavour of the curry was what you would easily pass for one of the award winning curry houses in London. The curry we had was the Maharajah Bhuna which we had swapped in place of the Chicken Tikka Massala simply because we fancied a stronger and more heavily spiced curry. However we have previously had the Tikka Massala and this is an amazingly rich and flavourful dish in itself so I would also recommend this if you like a medium spiced curry. We also ordered 2 additional starters being the Paneer Tikka Starter........ Unreal flavour and amazing amount of Paneer given this is a starter. And we had the Chicken Chat which was FULL to the top of the carton of chicken marinated in lovely spices. Not spicy at all just full of flavour and worked well with the Paneer Tikka. When we recieved our order we couldn't believe all the extra dips, Poppadoms and sundries that the takeaway had put in for us out of the goodness of their hearts. In summary:- There are so many Indian Takeaway/Restaurants lately that have passed the inflated costs on to their customers without any loyalty or have used inferior ingredients, less meat or even watered down their curries. This takeaway seems to somehow have worked a way of doing the opposite and have very little change to their pricing, additional meat in curries, substantial portion sizes, quality ingredients which are reflected in the taste of their food that they serve and are hugely generous and very welcoming and respectful. I urge anyone to give them a try if you haven't yet. I have no allegiance to this business or benefit in anyway from writing this review. This is purely from a personal experience perspective.

I have to say our meals were as close to perfection as you can get everything was super fresh with an authentic taste of India we will most certainly be ordering again and can only award five stars l have to sum it all up as…..simply the best 😊👍🏻

This is the best Indian I have ever had. The quality of the food and speed of delivery was second to none.

Accepted our order and took our money then decided to just never turn up, stop accepting orders and randomly close without giving us a refund.

Previously avoided ordering as food was delivered cold and greasy - But decided to give it a go, and the mid-week special didn’t disappoint and was excellent value for money! Delivered b very hot, with an extra poppadom, and well within the given time. Really impressed and would definitely recommend, as there was enough food for more than two of us.

Food is amazing! Very polite, quick and always hot I will say, if you like a korma, then you’ll love their machani with almonds. Omg. The best I’ve had. I’m a celiac it’s gluten free too, even the pompordom Stunning food guys. Best Indian around by a clear mile.

Preordered a curry to pick up later in the evening. Popped in earlier to confirm all ok and the guys were great. When I turned up at the arranges time my food was ready and they gave my wife and I a complimentary drink. Took curry home and it was one of the best I’ve had in years. Garlic chilli sauce was thick and full of flavour, tandoori chicken moist and clearly freshly cooked. Can’t recommend enough. If returning to Mountain Ash I’ll make sure to revisit Little India.

We have takeaways they are nice but they need to do a little more salad that's awful

No taste whatsoever like food had been boiled in warter

I've eaten at award winning Indian restaurants over the last 40 yrs. This take away is lovely! Mixed grill Keema nan 2 salads and 2 mint sauces are absolutely lovely . Staff lovely and friendly can't recommend these enough!!! Cf45 3yp. Will always go here for my meal. Keep doing what your doing

I love the food from here, the shop is very clean, the food is amazing, the masala sauce I could drink like water it tastes so good, tried many different dishes from the menu over the years and never been dissapointed, it will always be my favourite place

So disappointed with the food tikka masala was so watered down there was no taste , this is the second time first time I thought the first meal was a one off , but another bad meal tonight , been to little India for years but won’t be going back.

They don't give you chance to even think what you want very impatient on the phone

I’ve normally had great food from this restaurant however today wasn’t great. 80% of the meal was fine however the other 20% was terrible. The sagg Waler chicken tikka wasn’t to the normal standard however the Butter chicken was awful it was far too runny and almost white in colour, very bland flavour and once added to the rice it created rice pudding. I can confirm I will not order that again. It’s even left me contemplating ever ordering butter chicken again!! Very disappointing!

Have been ordering take away from here for years. Never had a bad meal. It always arrives piping hot and on time. Their Prawn saag paneer is a delight. Highly recommended.

First time I’ve had a delivery from here, turned up nice and hot, the meat wasn’t chewy at all nice amount of sauce. This is the best I’ve had in the Aberdare area. Will be back over the winter months to try the other curry dishes

The food is great from there usually don’t have a problem with the place but I have been waiting for my order for 2 hours and have rang and asked how much longer it would be it still hadn’t arrived it’s not like I live far but I live far enough away that it’s not a walking distance to get food and I have no way of travelling otherwise I would have gone to get it but it’s getting absolutely ridiculous

Good spread / variety of Indian food. Kebabs and Tandoori are really good. However a bit over-spiced( curry was a bit under cooked couple of times- spices tasted raw) and bit pricey too. Only few choices for vegetarians though.

Beautiful flavour, Food was hot ,chicken takeaway starter was the worst I had frozen chicken cubes used ...to be honest I could do better myself..chicken in the meals was ok but overcooked

First time ordering from here, place is absolutely stunning and hygienic. Very friendly and hospitable people. We ordered a two people meal for £20. Cannot believe how much we had and it is all so delicious. Will DEFINITELY be back. Best curry in the Valley.

Little India is still the best Indian takeaway in the whole of South Wales in my opinion. Having not lived in the area for sometime I was in mountain ash tonight and thought I would treat myself and I wasn't disappointed! I was greeted by the same smiley faces when I entered the shop the food as always was just as I remembered "outstanding" and the value for money is amazing with free extras. The shop may have changed location but the service taste and going the extra mile has not. PS thanks for the extra tonight it is still my favorite and tasted amazing 😉

Lovely takeaway. We are new to the area and I'd been worried we wouldn't find an Indian as good as our old one. I needn't have worried.

If you want a decent take away, you wont go wrong with Little India. Food is always great and staff are always smiling. New shop is really welcoming and bright. Delivety service available. Doesn't ever seem to take long if you're waiting for it. Mini meals in a carton to eat straight away are amazing to walk home with after a beer. .

I Have had food with these guys from the start and I highly recommend them to anyone great food and top people Abdul is a gentleman and Abdul junior is a great young man too and the delivery staff are all great guys best in the valley for me keep up the good work all

Now having been a regular at the the Little India takeaway since the very day it opened and I can honestly say hand on heart I have never ever had a poor meal here. The quality is restaurant quality everytime and every order placed has been spot on. My favourite is the Murgi Massalla and its has been a consistent quality meal every time. Though in honesty I think over the many years I have tried every menu option available and none have disapointed me on taste or quality yet there may be some I may choose not to repeat due to personal taste. The lads are allways willing to offer advice and willing to make changes if required. If your looking for a cosy night in and a great meal you wont go far wrong with a trip or delivery from here. Probably the best indian takeaway in the Valleys.......

Orders off said it would be 45mins to and 1hr, was over 1 hour and 30 mins so I phoned up to ask where my food was, they said it would be 15 mins is 45 mins after they said... it never arrived so I phoned again, said who it was and they put the phone down on me, terrible customer service
