The best restaurants serving Indian food in Rhondda Cynon Taf South Wales

Very friendly staff. We had food delivered which came bang on time. We had chicken tikka masala and pilau rice x 2. The food seemed a tad sweet for me but maybe its just me? Would definitely try again. Good value for money with a vast menu.

I recently dined at Jafran Indian Restaurant and had an incredible experience! The warm ambiance and beautiful decor reflect Indian culture perfectly. The menu features a fantastic variety of authentic dishes, all bursting with flavor. We started with crispy samosas filled with spiced potatoes, followed by the butter chicken and lamb vindaloo, both cooked to perfection and served with fluffy naan and fragrant basmati rice. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations. Overall, Jafran is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine, and I can’t wait to return for more!

It's a takeaway, how do you mark atmosphere?

We have enjoyed Indian take away food for over 40 years. Having moved to Church Village in the last couple of years we have been lucky to have found Zeera takeaway. The food is outstanding and the staff so friendly and accommodating. We are very happy to have found such a brilliant takeaway.

11 of us including a 3 yr old had a lovely evening in this restaurant aka Spice Ambassador in Taffs Well. The owner and his staff were really helpful and attentive start to finish, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Food? Well, every choice served to us all was delicious, unique in many cases. Personally, my lamb dish was probably the best lamb presentation I've tasted in an Indian restaurant. Helpings were nicely generous but not too daunting or wasteful, arriving all hot and at the same time, notable considering we were a large group in a busy restaurant. Many thanks to staff for a lovely time- we'll definitely be back.

I ordered a vegetable dansaak because that’s what I felt like (I’m not a veggie)! What I got was a potato curry, the sauce was nice and I accept that potato can be considered a vegetable but to have a veg curry that’s totally composed of new potatoes is a liberty! No cauliflower, no carrots, no aubergine! Come on get your act together and give us some delicious veg and not bland spuds 😡

Good food. Good service and good atmosphere.

Very disappointing. We had a takeaway as a menu was posted in our door just today. It was of poor quality, lacking in any distinct flavours and the chicken in the Biriany was burnt and consequently dry. The Saag Paneer was watery, sweet and some of the cheese tasted really old and sour. We won't be using them again.

I highly recommend this Indian takeaway there. Customer service is second to none. they’re amazing, authentic and traditional Indian cuisines quality is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectation every time I was completely impressed with their professionalism and amazing customer service one of the best Indian takeaway in Pontypridd no doubt highly recommended

The food here is amazing, whether it be in the restaurant or a takeaway, my family and I have been eating here for over 20 years. I would recommend you try it for yourselves.
