Very friendly staff. We had food delivered which came bang on time. We had chicken tikka masala and pilau rice x 2. The food seemed a tad sweet for me but maybe its just me? Would definitely try again. Good value for money with a vast menu.

This Indian is now names Jafran takeaway just in case anyone needs to know! This Indian is by far the best Indian around! The curry is authentic and flavourful and I have not had one problem with my food since discovering the Indian at the beginning of the year. I was at one point ordering a curry every single week from them because it was just so nice and affordable. Delivery can take a while but I do live in pontyclun so that is excepted. The delivery guys are always really friendly and so are the people on the phones. I am so happy I saw your advertisement on Facebook otherwise I would not have known about the restaurant! Trust me, give it a go! You wont be disappointed.

Just finished having my third meal from this restaurant. Absolutely loved it, best Indian around by far!! Great friendly staff too. The chicken makhani is amazing.

After our 1st meal from here,which was simply divine,we were eager to try again for 2 reasons....1st to hopefully enjoy as much as the 1st and secondly to make sure when doing a review it is true.We had our third meal last night and I can honestly say the meals are absolutely fab.We like Indian cuisine and have eaten in a few restaurants...Chowdhurys takeaway every time now...fantastic... .

Absolutely just beautiful food! If you have a delivery it is always on time and the staff are lovely! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Mixed review, one curry (rezala) was super tasty and hot, the other curry pretty mediocre. The Bhuna was very wet for a Bhuna and was a tad bland. There was way too much ghee in the dishes also. Prompt delivery and food was piping hot.

Called in here based upon the consistent high media ratings. We are poor on Indian cuisine knowledge. The staff were very helpful in pitching dishes, and accompaniments to our tastes, and got this bang on. The food quality was to a very high standard, it was a most pleasant experience - recommended.

Tried a takeaway from here in early December and was blown away by the quality. The chef even called me to check I'd enjoyed it - you wouldn't get that if they were not confident of the response. New Years eve it was a simple choice. I've had a lot of takeaways but this one is a class above. Best ever. Portions substantial. Quality ingredients. Delivery quick and friendly. Value great. So many takeaways have failed from this location so I only hope this one goes from strength to strength. I for one will try to help!

Ordered for the second time from here and everything was outstanding!! Requested delivery for 7:30 and 5 meal deals (£9.95 for starter, main, rice and naan) arrived piping hot bang on 7:30. I couldn’t get enough of the chicken chat starter, and the chicken tikka garlic masala and special rice were mouth wateringly good! Excellent value for money and definitely the best curry in the area. Everyone else commented on how good their dishes were, including the tandoori mix starter, bhajis, lamb tikka starter, chicken tikka rezala, chicken bhuna, chicken tikka jalfrezi and chicken passanda. Will never order a takeaway curry from anywhere else now! Generous portions meant I had breakfast sorted too!

Just had a delivery to Pontyclun, 1st time using this Indian. I must say it was outstanding, food was boiling delivery was earlier than given time and quality tastey good portioned food. Keep up the good work

4 of us from Llanharan decided to order a takeaway on a Sunday evening and decided to try this place. We looked at the menu online, which had a vast number of items to choose from.They also had a Sunday offer of a choice of any 1 starter, 1 main, 1 rice, 1 side and 1 naan for £10.50.The delivery was free at this postcode which arrived an hour after ordering. The food was excellent with substantial portions, enough for 2 meals.Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Ordered here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Delivery was very fast, food was piping hot and the delivery driver was friendly. We went for the £10.95 meal deal which is excellent value for money! The food itself was delicious - best curry I have had from the area! Can't wait to order again. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a family meal from here, every dish beautifully cooked. Couldn't fault it! Also had complimentary Onion bahjees, which were crisp, not greasy balls of mush.
