The best restaurants serving Indian food in Central Scotland

Ordered our food through the Jeet app, once the order was in Jeet called me and said I would have to give the driver £3.50 in cash for delivery. 1. I really use cash, so I had to scrabble about the house to find some 2. The price is the price on your app; don't go taking on 10% of our order afterwards. Thats some really shady work there. Food was okay, wasn't fantastic, wasn't horrible, just meh.

This place is terrible for unique Indian cuisine, I ordered chicken tikka bhuna for delivery . First of all the sauce was like water and pale without spice , the rice was like Chinese fried rice and horrible , the chicken tikka was like over cooked tyres ...overall this food was disgusting and not what I'm used to in Indian cuisine.therfore waste of money and put straight in bin ...won't order from them again 😡

Exceptional food and service from the moment we entered. Their staff was extremely friendly and made us feel truly welcomed. Each dish was a burst of authentic flavours , expertly prepared and beautifully presented. a truly memorable dinning experience that sets the bar high for Indian cuisine.

We went to this place for the first time after having couple delicious deliveries, we just knew this place will be a hit! What can I say, staff, atmosphere, service and of course food - amazing. Its so hard to find such good service in the area. All the food that was delivered to our table was fresh, chicken in our curries was nice and juicy NOT DRY like many other places. Nan... Popadoms... Rice... delish. And to top everything off its actually very resonably priced. Nice decor, you can definatly have a celabration dinner there. Oh and one last thing which I personally really like is no paper napkins on the tables but the classy material ones!

We visited The Moon Light Kitchen on Saturday as a family of 5 . Food was absolutely delicious !! Staff were absolutely amazing and very attentive. I would 100 % recommend this restaurant !! Forgot to take pics🫣

Solid choice for a quick bite of Indian cuisine. Food is cooked fresh upon ordering, and I’ve never had anything bad from there.

The Punjabi Masala was a nice change from a Tikka Masala. Not as sweet and the flavors really came through. The lamb biryani was tasty and the mince samosa was nice. Some of the best Naan I’ve had.

Ordered the tandoori mixed grill, and it was so tasty! I asked for the curry sauce to be hot rather than the standard medium, and it was lovely. All the meat was well cooked and flavoursome, the rice and bread were great too. I will definitely be back when in the area again. Friendly service too!

disappointed, the place is lovely but no ambience at all/ staff were constantly at the table trying to take plates away too soon and asking if you want another drink felt very hurried. also told we had to be out by certain time as we had not booked, food was not tasty tandoori chicken was dry and both different sauces were the same/ mixed grill was dry and nan too thick

Poppi and Lily were outstanding - very patient with a group of pissed Dads - there is a certain skill to that . Really good food with excellent service - will definitely be back

Tip-top. Food is best in class. Went back for more a couple of days later. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Delicious evening meal with family celebrating a member's birthday. The choice was different from other Indian restaurants,and refreshingly so, absolutely delicious foods, with ample portions, lovely service and pleasant surroundings and decor . Please visit and enjoy something different.
