Being going here since I was around 12, now just about to hit 31. Mine and my now husband had our first real date here, and our wedding meal. The food is always amazing and the staff are too. Particularly the manger. They have always been amazing with my autistic brother too. I cannot say enough good things about it here. Thought it was time I did a little review.

Stumbled on this restaurant in trying to find somewhere to sit down and eat in Stoke which is not easy. Despite suddenly realising we're in a buffet situation was very pleasantly surprised and excellent variety of dishes, with plenty of salad supports and healthy options. Very good service too.

Whatever is going on here? Abysmal service and a don't care at all attitude.Food very late, cols and tasteless. No way they would serve this to their grandparents

Went here last Sat night and had a fantastic meal there. The portion sizes are large, and the nan bread was like a dust bin lid so large all for a reasonable price Down side website says opens at 5.30pm but when arrived at 6pm was still shut Overall great evening with fantastic food

I have been to alessi at least 20 times over the last couple of years and have always enjoyed the food and service with no complaints. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the last recent visit on Saturday 2 November. This was a family visit for my mums birthday. I had booked via WhatsApp and all been agreed. However when entering, it became clear that they had messed the bookings up and we were not showing on the table plans. I was told that we would have to wait 20-30 minutes whilst they put a couple of tables together. I would not have minded this too much, however was given no apology, and was made to feel like their mistake was mine. When taken to our table, it was clearly just put together, right by the front door and bar and not great. At the end of the night I approached front of house to give them my views, I was not happy with the service tonight. At this point I received an apology, shame it took so long to get one. Overall, the experience was not good, and given the amount of money that was spent, and the poor service received, some free poppadoms just didn’t cut it.

WE went last night as it was my birthday as i am Disabled my wife went to the bar and ordered my drink and her drink we sat down everyone was waiting for their drinks it took over 1 hour for the waiter to take everyone else drink order then it took a further 45 mins before he took everyone's food order it was a nice meal but took to long only 6 of us went and it was has half full this had been pr booked

Me and my boyfriend come here most weeks normally on a Saturday which is the busiest day and we can't say anything bad about the place. Food may take a little time to come out on Saturdays but it's worth the wait! Mushroom korma is probably the best korma I've had. Highly recommended. Food is great and extremely cheap, 3 course meal for 2 of us is always under 20 pound including drinks. Can't go wrong. Yaz and the lazy with blonde hair are always welcoming and funny.

Fantastic Dining Experience at Blue Tiffin From the moment I walked into Blue Tiffin, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. No request was too much, and it truly felt like they took pleasure in making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was equally impressive. As for the food—simply mouthwatering! Every dish i saw was beautifully presented. You can tell that the chefs are passionate about what they do. Overall, Blue Tiffin exceeded all my expectations. From the exceptional service and genuine kind staff and food it was an all-around wonderful experience. I Ordered a takeaway from Indian Cottage, Burslem, looked at the website and the dish on their web site Chicken Tikka Masala looked really appetising , only to find when the delivery arrived nothing like the photo and all it consisted of was a red sauce, no veg, no garnish and just a couple of lumps of chicken the frozen chicken from Pak foods in a bag. It tasted awful to say the least, we left it outside for the fox but even the fox did not want it. I have emailed Indian Cottage with my complaint, but I have had no reply, but I am not surprised!! I expected this so I will contact my credit card company and see what they can do?

I recently tried this Indian takeaway, and I was really impressed. The food was full of flavor and tasted just like something you'd get at a top-notch restaurant. The butter chicken was creamy and perfectly spiced, and the lamb rogan josh was tender and packed with flavor. Even the sides were great—the samosas were crispy, and the garlic naan was soft and delicious. Everything arrived hot and fresh, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again soon!

First time here last night 10/11/24,very impressed Exelent food and choice
