Fantastic Dining Experience at Blue Tiffin From the moment I walked into Blue Tiffin, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my spontaneous visit was perfect. No request was too much, and it truly felt like they took pleasure in making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was equally impressive. The décor is modern yet cozy, with a touch of elegance that creates a lovely, inviting ambiance. The cleanliness throughout the restaurant was impeccable, and the attention to detail in every aspect made it clear that maintaining high standards is a priority here. As for the food—simply mouthwatering! Every dish i saw was beautifully presented. You can tell that the chefs are passionate about what they do. Overall, Blue Tiffin exceeded all my expectations. From the exceptional service and genuine kind staff and food it was an all-around wonderful experience. Came for a family meal and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and everybody was pleased with their meals.

A nice Indian restaurant, 4 of us ate how ever no allergy questions were asked. While myself and 2 sons enjoyed the food our friend suffered an allergic reaction to something in the curry. I don't want to sound dramatic but an ambulance ride and trip to the hospital wasn't the most enjoyable way to finish off the evening. Luckily the ambulance arrived within 5 minutes or things could have been a lot worse.

Went to this restaurant for a date. It was perfect....the decor and ambience were beautiful. The food was fantastic,service was quick and food was served hot. The waiters/waitresses were attentive and very polite. Best curryhouse in Stoke in my opinion!

Our absolute favourite Indian cuisine! Friends and family near and far, all agree - the food is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The welcome is always warm and the service is personal, really friendly and is as important to our visit as the food we eat.

Family of six (3 generations) to celebrate 60th Birthday of number one Son. Food & service outstanding & the venue perfect as we could hold a proper conversation - a rare thing in restaurants these days. Very attentive service with a smile. Our first visit but it won’t be our last.

Myself and my wife visited blue tiffin recently, I must say I am very impressed. Restaurant is very well decorated, the staff were very welcoming, very respectful, and owner even took time to introduce himself to us. Their food presentation is good, the chicken grill I ordered tasted amazing. Overall experience was amazing would strongly recommend it for romantically dates and family day out.

Over booked, really busy, waited over 1 hour between starter and main course. Food was sub par from previous visits. Also rushing due to being busy does not excuse adding £70 to the bill in "error".

Tonight me and my wife went to the blue tiffin on Uttoxeter road in stoke on Trent first the service was excellent staff were so friendly and really welcoming. Me and the wife have been to many Indian restaurants in stoke on Trent this is the best Indian food I’ve ever had thank u for a fantastic night to all the staff at the blue tiffin rest assured we will be coming back soon with all the family thanks again. Honestly this place is amazing. The atmosphere is electric, everyone is enjoying themselves. The food is delicious, but most of all the service is 5 star.

This is by far the best food I've had...I try a different dish nearly every visit and haven't been disappointed yet...everyone is friendly and helpful ...already looking forward to my next visit....thankyou

Fantastic food and staff are friendly

Evening ruined with bad waitress, bashing down glasses, rude replies if you had a question, virtually accusing us of lying when the lemonade was bad (postmix just empty) and trying to clear the table whilst 2 people were still eating even after we said they were still eating! Other staff were very friendly but that wasn’t enough to save our experience unfortunately. Popodums tasted of old fat and don’t chose the prawn cocktail ! Such a shame as restaurant came highly recommended maybe it was just a bad night.

When we got there the place was empty but full of random men dressed in dirty clothes at the bar and walking freely into the kitchen. We were the only table in there but got started at the whole time. The portion sizes were shocking, the food overall okay but one meal came cold and had a sick taste with tiny slivers of chicken looks like a pepper to me. We sent that meal back it came back in the same dish so heated in the microwave I know this as they don’t come put the rice and curry on the same dish and the rice was still floating about. I do not recommend the new butter chicken it was beyond vile. The worst part it it’s £3.50 for a HALF PINT of coke, that’s £7 for a PINT. The coke tasted like the line hadn’t been clean even tho it came out of a machine, as the owner kindly shouted at us over the bar. The last thing is the manger was SO SO SO rude he started raising his voice (very unprofessional) was so rude and blamed us for shouting first but he did nothing but pull faces at us! (Because they had no other customers 😂 anyone in there were there for a beer and were regulars) All in all the place was nice looking, most food was okay but the manager was so rude and raised his voice for no reason, not just to an adult but also to a 16 year old girl who spoke to him politely about the taste of the coke. Wouldn’t go if don’t want to be verbally abused x

One of the best Indian meals I've had for years. Service was swift, polite and staff were attentive and efficient. The decor was classy and modern and looked well maintained. I was on business locally and needed a meal quickly on a Sunday evening. I was in, fed, paid and out again within 40 minutes, and it was relatively busy I'd imagine, for a Sunday evening. And most importantly, the food was delicious.

We ordered a takeout it was awful it ended up in the bin I try to be fair but the food was terrible dry greasy and inedible.

Myself and family came to Blue Tiffin to sit in for a meal. It was a Saturday evening around 7pm and we were shocked at how empty the inside was. There was only ourselves and 1 other table all evening. We love the food here and we will always choose here but due to the lack of atmosphere I would be tempted to do a takeaway next time. Service and food is lovely but a shame that they can’t fill the inside.

Started going here a few months ago. The food is fantastic, waiters so knowledgeable with the food when I was describing what I liked and could eat. Staff so friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Once again, fabulous! Fabulous food, fabulous staff, fabulous experience !. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone wants you to enjoy your experience, very attentive staff, you are allowed to enjoy your meal in peace yet the staff are in the background checking if you need refreshments.. our compliments to the chef, and front of house from Riyaz ( sorry for the spelling) and Ray. The cocktails are also amazing.. you seriously must give these guys a go, you won’t be disappointed.

We went on Sunday 2/7/2023 for dinner. We have not been here for some years and thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed. We had the best meal we have EVER had in any place. The food was amazing, hot, tasty and promptly brought out. The service was superb. We were served by attentive, polite staff who catered to our every need. Thank you, we will be back!

This place has now become our favourite restaurant in the area. This was our fourth visit and each time we have tried something different from the specials menu and we have never been disappointed. The food is of exceptional quality and the staff are alway attentive, professional and very friendly. We would definitely recommend calling in and if you are unsure on what to choose the staff are very willing to advise. All we can say is give them a go!.

This had to rate as one of our top curry houses in the North ( we live in Essex ) Everything here is just SO good. Very friendly and helpful staff , wonderful food and fast service even when busy. Initially, we were a little apprehensive when we noted the location of the venue , right near a service area on a dual carriage way. Please don't be put off by this , its now become a choice of venue when we visit the area.

The food was nice the flavour is a little different to Indian/ Bangladeshi food I've had before, really good though. It's in an easy to get to place on the site of a little chef so an unusual location

First time here but certainly won't be the last. We had booked a table and when we arrived we were seated immediately, very polite staff greeted us upon entry and saw us to our table. Good selection of dishes available, I was so very pleased to see balti on the menu, it's my preferred dish and I've been to some establishments which didn't offer it. I haven't had this dish in a long time so they had that nostalgia memory to compete with and damn they didn't disappoint! Beautiful aromatic flavours with just a little heat. I've sampled some places that struggle to get that balance right. They offer a wide selection of Currys and other traditional Indian dishes, a varied selection of rice and to my pleasure, a wide choice of naan bread! I couldn't flaw anything they served us. Staff are attentive without being imposing, we spent a good couple of hours enjoying our meal. With a starter, main, a shared rice, a couple of drinks each and a coffe at the end came to a total of £25 per head. The crowning glory for this place was it's bathrooms, very well kept and they had installed a device that allows you to open the door using your foot so you don't have to risk contamination of you hands after washing. Very few places have these but I love it when they do, it shows a consideration to hygiene for others which only inspires confidence that they hold this high standard within the bar and kitchen areas. One final note we went just after valentine's day, the establishment had decorated the table with cute little heart that my partner had great fun throwing at me and come the end of the night they came and gifted roses to each of the ladies in the restaurant. A wonderful experience I am keen to relive.

Prompt, pleasant and friendly service. Food was hard to fault. Lamb Handi, Chef's special, definitely recommended. Sharing starters were generous and the onion bajis were excellent. Looking forward to the next visit.

One of my favourite Indian restaurants. Superb service and excellent cuisine. I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have been going there. Well established and a real treat, whether you are eating in our choosing from the take away menu. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian/Bangladeshi food. Top notch.

Just been to the Blue Tiffin and asked the multi award winning chef Shaz Rahman for a curry to help me sort out this crappy cold I have had for weeks. He knows what I like cause I am a regular, hes given me a jalfrezi hot korma, this really works honestly, loads of green chilli's in it to help with my sinuses. But to top things off he has put in a pot of lemon slices, a pot of honey and some turmeric and a note saying "hot water, lemon and a spoonful of turmeric and drink before bed" can't fault this place. The restaurant, food and staff are a credit to him. Cheers m8

Nice staff , good food served hot

Oh dear. We had a takeaway in lockdown and were disappointed, then visited a few months ago for a restaurant visit and it had returned to it's very best ... one of the best in Stoke. So disappointed to get another takeaway this last week which was uninspiring and lacking in quality. Tiny pieces of mixed meat and a bland sauce making up the curry. Biryani sauce was thick and stodgy and not at all pleasant. Half of it now sits in the fridge but I think it is destined for the bin. A new menu suggested an improvement and perhaps new ownership and new chefs but the outcome is a step backwards. Staff are lovely as always but this is not enough to ensure a return, especially in today's financial climate.

A bit cliché, but genuinely friendly team here, who are happy to help you even choose your dish(es). Excellent quality food. Takeaway service, too. What's not to enjoy :-)

I had to pop in here to try the place out, inside was nice and the food was ok but really small portions I had two curries, 4 drinks, 2 fried rice, 2 nan bread, 1 chutney and 4 popadoms £71.00. I am confused to be honest? Will no longer go here agian. I have found somewhere called taste of India and it’s better and better quality and so much cheaper!! It’s on Weston road ST3

Ordered a takeaway for delivery. Total £62.30 The dishes were very bland and very dissapointing. Delivery driver wasnt aware I hadnt paid so I rang the restaurant to tell them. I WISH I HADN'T. It would have been dissapointing for free.

Google do not have zero star system otherwise i give zero start to this restaurant. Service is very slow. We booked table for 10 persons we waited over 1 hour for the food after order.

Well where do I start, I’ve eaten here countless times over the years and I’ve always been impressed, the food is second to none and the staff are always friendly and attentive, and there’s Cobra on draught, which seals the deal every time! But my...

Don’t bother going here after 10 o’clock as you will be turned away. Advertised it’s open till midnight but apparently it’s because they haven’t had many people in after 10 since Covid. Won’t be bothering again. You’d think they would want the custom and the good reviews to counter their tarnished reputation. Very disgruntled.

Would rate 4/5 stars. We ordered two vegetarian dishes, both were lovely. The garlic Naan was not too thick or thin, this was also very nice. The service was great, no issues at all. The banana fritter desert was spot on however the chocolate fudge cake was quite dry and we did wait a while for deserts however the starter and mains were fast. We will be going back and would recommend. It was also great value for money.
