what can I say, every family out, every anniversary, every good time with friends starts in the Namaste. not only the food is outstanding the warm feel from the staff is beyond what would you expect from a small restaurant in Longton.

Currently visiting the top 20 places to eat in Staffordshire and at number 11 is here. I was amazed that such a lovely place was right on my doorstep. Lovely interior, and a nice atmosphere. Food was good, I mean my main course was superb, had the chicken sagwala. Never had it before but it was a really nice dish. I have still rated this place 5 stars, because it was however there were a couple of niggles that I have to mention. Firstly we were not offered any water with our meal, I know this may sound trivial, but everywhere else we have been offered it, I had to ask for some later in the meal. I asked for lime pickle, and had to ask again as it didn't arrive with the chutney tray. The plates for the main course came out before I'd had my starter. But those a little service issues that can be ironed out. The sheek kebab was nice, but it wasn't high end nice, I've had better. The main course was beautiful, naan bread was really nice. Would definetly go again.

Food was stone cold had to.reheat it!

Ordered our meals and asked for mine to be as spicy as possible as it was my birthday and I wanted a really good spicy curry. The curries themselves were beautiful and not only did they make it spicier, they also wrote Happy Birthday on the bag, my curry tub, my nan bread, my rice and even the driver wished me a Happy Birthday! Overall was very happy with my experience!

Enjoyed the food and drink was lovely, staff are very welcoming and friendly and manner. Always asking if everything okay and we need anything else. We have been a few time now and enjoy every minute.

We ordered 2 set of biriyani with chicken and lamb as it was an average food although we had ordered a set of momos to according to ma personal opinion the momos was a worst one but the biriyani was an average and nyc .the services and communication was good .

Very poor! This was our first time ordering a takeaway from this restaurant and the whole experience was very poor. The food arrived in a timely fashion as we were the first order of the day. One thing I found disappointing was how this restaurant was more expensive than others in the area, usually with a takeaway you get free poppadoms but this restaurant was charging £1.80 for two. The first thing we noticed was the poppadoms were crushed up into a thousand pieces and completely inedible. The chips we ordered were completely undercooked and inedible. We called the restaurant straight away and they did agree to send more poppadoms and chips. To be honest though this is a waste of time as by the time we had received the poppadoms and chips we had finished the rest of the food so we had paid for this and couldn’t even enjoy it. What I did notice about the chips were that they were very cheap chips, this was surprising as the price was higher than we were used to paying. We also ordered two chicken balti dishes and they didn’t taste great, almost a little tasteless. This is my dish of choice and I’ve had it at many balti takeaways and restaurants over the years and this balti wasn’t great. Again it was more expensive than I usually pay, I thought it would be better because of this but it wasn’t. The tins of balti from Asda taste way better. The rice we ordered which again was more expensive than usual was stuck together and not of a great quality. In the end we paid nearly £40 for two people and I can honestly say I could have cooked a better meal at home which is against the point of eating out. The restaurant makes you open an account when you order online rather than sign in as a guest. I have asked this restaurant to close my account because of this experience and I explained that this was due to this poor experience but I haven’t even heard anything back from them. I won’t be ordering from this establishment again.

Myself and my husband went to Nameste tonight for our date night and I will never go anywhere else for a curry again! This place is absolutley amazing, the food is so delicious, we had poppadoms with the chutney tray, lamb sheek kebab, onio bhaji, the King prawn Korma with mushroom pilau rice and a lamb Saagwala with garlic rice and a naan to share and when I tell you that we really enjoyed it, it's an understatement. The flavours were absolutley amazing and the lamb was really tender and melted in your mouth. The staff were lovley and created a nice atmosphere where you really felt welcomed by all. Thank you to all of the staff at Namaste, you made our date night feel relaxed and filled with absolutley amazing food. If you want an authentic Indian then this is the place to go We appreciate you so much

Such a shame was looking forward to this. Delivery time spot on. My Mrs had the balti which was bland and I had a rogan Josh which had no spice and way too much salt in it. The naan breads were ok.

My son spent 30 pound of his hard earned cash for a take away that had 2 burnt extra small poppadoms and poor quality chicken madras. Dissatisfied😞😞☹️

Fort said 7.20 to 8 delivery. Then changed to 8 to 8.20. Came cold and to be fair the worst curry we have had from u. Greasy and extremely fatty. Will deffo be the last time I order from here 👎

Just been for an early Valentines night dinner. It’s very close to where I live, like walking distance, although we did drive! The food and service were excellent, one of the best I’ve had. The meat was cooked to perfection, we had chicken, lamb and king prawn and the nan was divine. Would definitely recommend a visit to Namaste, you will not be disappointed.

Had a meal with my wife on Saturday night here. Not our first time and certainly wont be our last. Everything about the place is perfect. Food is amazing, staff very freindly and welcoming and the while feel of the place is nice. Too good to waste what we couldnt eat we had wrapped up to take home. Thank you for a great evening.

What a lovely meal I've just had, chicken Madras, garlic fried rice and cheese and garlic naan with momos for a delicious starter. Couldnt have been nicer. Quality!

My order didn’t arrive. The driver marked as delivered but no one ever knocked on the door. I called the takeaway who said they can’t do anything and to contact just eat. So I am now out of pocket and the takeaway were not helpful.

Ordered over the phone numerous times for collection and the person taking the order was very polite and helpful in explaining the menu choices. Upon collection the restaurant was busy but the staff still greeted me and directed to the bar area. I got a surprising 10% discount for collection of my own order. The food was amazing, hot and exactly as described when ordered. The menu was extensive. I can see why it is always busy. Highly recommended for dine in or take away. Will be definitely using this business as the family go to place for a nice meal.

Well what can I say about here. I've been some places and had curries everywhere. But this place is definitely in my top three places. The service you get is great. The food and the authenticity of each curry is absolutely amazing. The manager so helpful and friendly. It is a lovely clean place. I honestly just can not fault this special Indian restaurant. After reading such glowing reviews online we were looking forward to having a curry for the first time here for our new year celebration. I must say that our expectations were unfortunately not met this evening for either food or service. Upon arrival we were not on the list for the booking, I had to show confirmation of email, this was not a problem for us, but it seemed that it was a general oversight that our booking was not included for the restaurant numbers. Staff were friendly and pleasant but not attentive. I do not feel that this was due to being NYE as it was not very busy at this point. We waited 20 minutes until I had to ask to order some drinks. Drinks and food were finally ordered and I noticed that a larger table of guests who arrived after ourselves were served way before us and had drinks and starters. At this point our order for drinks had not been taken. When the food arrived, it was presented well. It was not pipping hot as be to expected. The food order looked nice, however, as a party of three were all disappointed with the over blandness of the various dishes. Each member of our party was surprised by the lack of flavours for the meals and passed comments that it was disappointing and not overly enjoyable. I would like to think this maybe a one off, but it is questionable as there were different dishes ordered. The Nan bread was really nice and that was the most enjoyable part of the meal, also the after eight mint was a nice touch. Overall the experience was disappointing, but I must highlight that the member of staff who continued to walk passed and sniff/snort from his throat to clear phlegm was absolutely disgusting. I appreciate that colds are about but it is very off putting to hear that when you’re eating in a restaurant. Unfortunately at this time we would not be in a rush to return.

Already waited over an hour for delivery.Called the restaurant to find out what was happening was told they had issues with the drivers not turning up for collection in which I said the app says they are already at the restaurant awaiting collection.Restaurant asked for the order number which I gave them checked and said it was already out for delivery.Rechecked the app and tracking had started but the driver was at the restaurant when i was told it was already out for delivery. Food was delivered luke warm and looked like it had been sitting around quite a while.Rewarmed myself because of waiting a hour and 45 mins.Was less than impressed that I was lied to

This restaurant is perfect to go for dinner with friends or family. I been there with my friends and really enjoyed the Nepalese dish they served. Staff are very cheerful and the service they provide is second to none. I can recommend enough.

Came here for dinner with friends. We were four adults and two young children. The service was excellent as was the food. Both the drinks and the food were reasonably priced and good portion sizes. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will certainly be returning.

Great food but very slow service and poor portion sizes. Ordered take away, came at designated time and they hadn’t even started cooking it. The paneer we usually get as a starter we upgraded to a main, paid more but it was exactly the same portion size.
