The best restaurants serving Indian food in Mid Sussex South East

The king prawns were more like regular prawns and there were very few considering the cost of the dish. The prawns were also over cooked unfortunately, so they were very tough and dry. The onion bhaji’s, naan and rice were fine.

Chicken korma very dry and overcooked the special had more onion than protein and was tastelessness

I used to have to order from a computer because the mobile app didn't allow me to select gift cards on my account. I'm pleased to say that the mobile app ordering experience is so much better. The food from wild mango was amazing as it always is and I'm already looking forward to the next time!

A great meal out with a couple of vegetarian friends who declared that, having lived in the area for many years and never been in this restaurant before, it was the best Indian meal they've had since they moved here. For my wife and I it was our first visit, and we'll be going back. Excellent.

Just not very nice food. Food without character. Overcooked chicken & awful dry lamb that felt like it was cooked previously and then added to a tasteless sauce. Uninspiring and won’t use again, especially as portions are small and not good value.

My go to takeaway. I've tried all the Indian takeaway and restaurants locally over the years, but Bengal Spice is by far the best. The food is always hot, full of flavour and plenty of choice. Excellent

Very pleasant, clean, authentic Indian food. Reasonably portion size with non alcoholic drinks. I will visit again.

Recently under new management (since the old reviews on here) this place is excellent and worth a try again really good food
