Indian Fusion in Mid Sussex

We ordered from this restaurant last night and have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Delivered within 40 minutes (not bad for a Saturday night). The food was lovely. Only one main dish delivered instead of two but within 10/15 minutes the second dish arrived with a complimentary side dish. Very tasty and would definitely order again!

Curry sauces were both horrible, like sloppy liquidised onions with different spices added to the same sauce. Tasteless and bland. The meal me ill (bad stomach). Not recommended.

placed order all good thank good ness it was was very early on bank h weekend 5.30 meal arrived at at 5.55 very good when chen checked no onion salad 70 pence rang em they rang back and checked no onion salad they said will deliver soon as as it was 10 mins big good to then meal great flavour outstanding

Food is always cooked to perfection, delivery has always been very quick and the staff have always been amazing with special requests!

I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience i recieved tonight, i tried to order online from just eat but due to a technical issue was unable, so i called the restauarant and placed the same order. Upon delivery of the food the bill had increased by £5.50 and i recieved an extra unordered chapati which i was charged for, i ordered a chicken jalali which i asked to be spice and was delivered a very plain, bland chicken in tomato sauce.I spoke to a member of staff at the restaurant who was unable to explain or resolve this issue of why there is a difference between just eat and indian fusion pricing. I will not be eating from here again and will never recommend to friends/collegues this establishment

Took a long time to be delivered and prawn curry was watery and flavourless. However korma was lovely

Following a long drive - we decided to try the Indian Fusion. We ordered a Chicken Balti and a Bengali Jalfreizi curry plus an onion salad and a plain Naan bread with a single portion of basmati rice. Food arrived piping hot delivered within about 30 minutes served in large foil containers. Portions were so big there was ample for another night if we'd wished. We found the food really good although the Chicken Balti was perhaps a little too oily for our taste. The Chicken Jalfreizi on the other hand was lovely and tasty and had the perfect fiery kick to it for good measure! At around £16 all up this meal was good value for money and we would definitely order from the Indian Fusion again. Highly recommended to other Trip Advisor clients in our view.

We had a great home delivery this week. The food was well cooked and very tasty. It was delivered on time. What more can we say. Perhaps, as we are in our 70's, the portions did last over 2 days! But it was lovely. Will look forward to the next one.

We thought we would try Indian fusion as liked there menu but was a bit dubious of the reviews on just eat saying how they forget parts of your order . Order turned up on time minus our tikka cheese naan which we were looking forward to . We phoned Restaurant they said would send driver back . 1hour later no Naan . Phoned restaurant was told we are very busy and will give you a free side order next time . Not good enough as there won’t be a next time . That isn’t looking after your customers we were fobbed off . Very disappointed

Very busy, average food and had to wait ages due to take aways. Have eaten in better Indian restaurants in the area.

Ordered a takeaway with friends for £48.30, it took an hour and 40 minutes to turn up after being told 45 minutes to an hour, half of it was missing (all sides, rice etc) and when we asked for a refund and to keep what they had delivered seen as it was so late and we were hungry we were told we couldn't have both, so the driver took our food back, we asked to speak to the manager who wasn't available and rung back nearly half an hour later all they offered as compensation was a free portion of samosas or bhajis on our next order. Was told they'd have to check our order receipt as we couldn't have ordered it that long ago and the reason we couldn't have kept the food and had our money back was incase we were making up what was missing! Used to love Indian Fusion but won't be ordering from them again, the manager was very rude on the phone and seriously needs to learn some customer service skills.

Sabía como un desagradable stuffed pizza crust de Dominos y similares. Quizás eso explica las expectativas culinarias de aquellos que este restaurante 4 y 5. Si estás buscando un buen curry evítalo a toda costa.

Good value and we had takeaway delivered. It was very good indeed - delicious vegetables and King Prawn Pathia and Chicken Tikka excellent.

Best Indian take away in Burgess Hill. Staff always friendly and food always good. Try the Chicken Tikka cheese naan is my only advice it's a meal In itself and very tasty!

in our opinion this is probably the best curry house in the burgess hill area. we have ordered from them many times the service has always been good and the food is excellent

Curry lo peor que he tenido en Burgess Hill. El pan estaba crudo. naam El dansak era sosa y crema. Ninguno de los que debería haber sido. El arroz estaba bien preparado pero no hacen una buena comida por sí mismo.

Stumbled across this Indian takeaway by mistake and what a great mistake to make. This is now our only Indian takeaway we use. We always get it delivered and we never have to wait long and the food is always steaming hot.Great value for money and fab food, every time.

Have been getting take always from here since January 2016 pretty much weekly. Always been really nice until May/June. Had two bad encounters now in a row. Have lost my custom. The first time both main curry dishes had absolutely no taste to them what so ever!! Also upon calling up to order my take away, I got told that they are very busy and may be a delay in my curry. I called at 6pm no take away delivered by 7.30pm returned call to be told that it will be very soon they are busy 8pm it arrives and no taste very bland. Second time we thought give benefit of doubt maybe it was actually just a bad night for them as they was so busy. Curry arrived on time but this time we had 3 main dishes (2 chicken 1 lamb). I ordered chicken tikka chicken in my curry and it was just usual chicken and the whole sauce was basically just oil. When tilted to the side the oil dropped out. Very disappointed as have had curries every week since January. Sad to have to go elsewhere now as used to be so good.

When Indian Fusion first opened we were so pleased to find a fantastic local Indian with great customer service and food. We have used them semi regularly ever since. Unfortunately our last couple of takeaways haven't been up to its original standard though. I've always loved their Chicken Tikka Naan (still do) which nowhere else seems to make, and they've always been tasty. But the curry dishes have not been quite as good, as we had to send one back the time before last with minimal flavour and all heat (was only supposed to be a medium spice), and unfortunately this time half our poppadoms were burnt and the cucumber dip that comes with them had seperated (oily/watery). That said, they are good with replacing orders etc if you let them know and customer service is still a high standard.

First things first, our experiences have not been at peak times and so delivery times were acceptable and arrival was punctual. We’ve rarely come across such tasty Indian takeaway food, decent portions and reasonable (verging on – how do they do it for the money?) prices outside of London.A good range for vegetarians too.Standout dishes include Lamb Dhansak, Bombay Aloo, Keema Nan and butter chicken.Based on our 2016 experiences, unhesitatingly recommended.

I've had a few curry's from different Indians in Burgess hill. But this one is by far the best in town.

Recently had a meal from this Indain takeaway and found it to be very poor. All the dishes looked the same in colour, beige, and there was no distinct flavour to each of the different dishes. Onion Bhajis were as hard as cricket balls and the naan bread was no bigger than a saucer. I was very disappointed with the meal as I had been told good things about this place. Perhaps they just had a bad night, or perhaps not ?

so having had lots of very good takeaways from here, usually the same things,tonight went for something different the Peshwari lamb chops! Wow if you like garlic these are for you! Not alot of meat on the chops themslves but chunks of lamb in the dish as well! Yummy!

We order takeaway from here regularly. Food is very good quality. Staff always friendly and delivery is usually prompt.

This is very luckily near us, and since it has opened we have not used any of the other locally. It has all the old favourites plus a range of more modern style dishes. The chicken with Bangladeshi limes and the Naga (not mega hot) are favourites. Reasonable prices and quick delivery - what more can you want.

I ordered from just eat and I will never order again! My muttar paneer (cubed paneer with peas and tomato) turned out to be a korma sauce, and had the look and taste of lumpy vomit! The rest of the food was greasy, lacked flavour and was obviously reheated when I rang them up to complain about the the lack of paneer in my curry they responded by telling me it had melted in the sauce! Such a greasy disappointment

So as you can guess from my introduction title, the servings were very large which will appeal to some. However it has to be quality first for me. The food was ready too quickly ( a few minutes) which would explain why the chicken tasted pre cooked and the sauce of both our curries was hot but cold in parts which makes me nervous when eating, although the sauce flavour was good.( I had dhanska my partner had korma) Why are people raving about the cheesy tikka naan? It was inedible and more like a folded gooey calzone than a stuffed naan and seemed microwaved with mixed temperatures again . The bhajis were ok in flavour but greasy and again cold in the middle! The special rice was ok if not slightly over cooked.Such a shame as I really wanted to like it as our favourite indian restaurant closed recently and we want to find a good replacement..the search continues..

Oh dear - is about all I can be bothered to say here. Won't go back. Oh trip advisor needs more words. Mint sauce like water..special rice just heated through..korma sauce warm chicken colder. Nan bread just warm. Chicken poor quality..came across as the cheap Dutch stuff riddled with water to increase weight.

I placed an order through justeat at about 21:30. At 22:20 I received a call (from Justeat, not Indian Fusion) saying Indian Fusion had just unplugged their terminal and phones, and had stopped bothering with the food?High five Indian Fusion.

Whilst I appreciate that everyone who comments about the best is their opinion according to taste etc but I certainly believe this to be true in this case. The food is always well prepared and always arrives hot, portions are generally very good and extremely tasty. I just hope they keep up with the high standard as we have certainly tried the rest in town.

I've had Indian takeaways in the past and by the time we get them, they are mainly on the cold side and not what I would have said good quality.This foods was amazing, arrived by delivery piping hot and yes to our mistake we ordered too much, but that's a lesson learned. I have a really boring palet when it comes to flavours but their butter tikka chicken was lovely and I would have it again and again. The whole dinner was lovely and if I could give this place more than five I would I'd give them 10

Ordered curry on line via just eat. Food arrived hot.First time we have had food from them and throughly recommend them.Shame they don't deliver to Brighton, was visiting my mum as it was her bday,Will defo use them again when visiting home.

Having ordered the meals over the phone, they arrived within the time stated. However, on opening the bag we'd been given (and charged, having checked the receipt) for two extra dishes.Partner said her Biriyani was fine. Unfortunately, the chicken in my Bengal Jalfrezi was tough.Didn' t phone them as we were hungry and it would have potentially meant waiting while it was resolved. Hopefully it was a one off!

Very good food. Must use if in west sussex. Receive food on time and hot when it arrived.my friends has a curry from them most weekend and said has to wait 45 to 50 minutes but its worth the wait. Customer service is excellent.

Not the first time we've used Indian Fusion, and it certainly won't be the last. As usual, the food was well cooked, very tasty, with something for all tastes. Even better, it was delivered bang on the time they said. The cheesy chicken tikka naan is something else!! Particularly like their Murgh Bhuna. Takeaway only.

Tonight we had our first takeaway from Indian Fusion, and it certainly won't be our last!My husband was absolutely thrilled as was I, but it's the first time I have ever heard him be so complimentary about any meal, let alone a delivery. In fact he thought it was so good he rang them up afterwards to tell them.The flavours were fantastic, and the taste of fresh spices came through beautifully. It was delicious and really good value.We will definitely be returning, sooner rather than later I think. I'd highly recommend this place.

It's the first time we've used this Indian, the menu is varied with something for everyone, we went for two tikka style dishes, both of which were well cooked with good flavours, a side of bargies, egg rice and a chicken tikka cheese naan. The chicken cheese tikka naan is awesome!, a meal in itself!!, friendly staff and the order was all correct.There is no seating it is purely a take away.Would we use again? Yes!!

yes, a very good tasty meal when you don't want to cook at home, staff very friendly and helpful and can explain the different dishes they cook, they can make it the way you like it, great big sizes and the curries are to die for, once a week visit will do ( I hope ) who knows maybe could eat everyday there

Fantastic food. Piping hot and full of flavour. A great choice of dishes and all seem freshly prepared.The meal for one will easily feed two and is a bargain at £12.

Considering the number of restaurants in Burgess Hill, it is difficult to believe that one can't get authentic tasting Indian cuisine. This takeaway is without doubt the best in Burgess Hill. The service is excellent, the staff are polite and professional.

This is the best Indian food we have tried in ages. The staff is very warm and friendly and service is outstanding. We will come back again for sure.

Me and my brother eat at this resturant regularly because the food there is (SUPER) and the resturant looks very proffetional and is delivered on time!

I am a great fan of Curries, tried many in Sussex but never satisfied. Then some one told me to try Indian Fusion as its a new take away and they hired a professional Chef. I tried Chicken Mustard Curry and was in Love of this particular curry as it was really Fusion of Eastern and Western blends. The service was great and the delivery timing wasn't too bad. i would definitely recommend to try once.

My Wife is more of a fan of curry than myself. We have tried countless different places for our takeaways. When Indian Fusion first opened, there were a few murmurings that it was the best curry for miles around. I tend to hear this a lot, so we thought we would give it a go. It was the first week they opened, so we expected a few hiccups. However, there were none. The food was delivered within 45 minutes, and it was the most incredible Korma. The mushroom rice was so light and fluffy and you haven't lived until you have tried the Chicken Tikka cheesy Naan. Normally with the stuffed Naan's, there is very little meat in them. However, in this one, it is packed full of chicken and melted cheese and is to die for. We order from here a couple of times a month and have never had a bad takeaway. The prices are good and they are always very friendly, both on the phone and in person. With so many curry houses, it is hard to stand out from the crowd, but try Indian Fusion and I promise you won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent take away. Nan breads to die for and food freshly cooked and delivered hot. 5 course deal is excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Fusion you wont be disappointed.

Hi, six months ago i ordered a take away from fusion, London road, Burgess Hill. The food was ok, great value for money, with their meal deal. However, I didn't find the food to be bursting with flavours and their time keeping was unsatisfactory. [very late] They also missed some of the order out and did not return with the missing items when say said they would. Today a menu came through our door and I thought we'd give it a try again, maybe it was teething problems when they first started to trade, this time we received all our order, again very late, not very hot and again lacking with flavours. Good luck with some of the staff as their english isn't brilliant!
