Had the banquet which was superb You get a starter a main a side and rice or nan for a very reasonable price Both of us felt our food was delicious I had a methi lamb and my mate had a chicken pathia The place was packed and I’m not surprised! The owner Gaz is quite simply a superstar who knows excellent what people want and he provides it The best curry house in Buckingham by a country mile 🤩

We visited on Saturday as our daughter has moved nearby. The food was superb and the attentive staff was very good. The owner Ali made us feel so welcome and we will return soon. 5 stars

This was our second visit to the Fort , this time celebrating a special occasion. A loverly meal but what really made the evening was the Service from all the Staff who found out it was a Special Occaision. We could not have asked for more. Many thanks to All at the Fort for a Wonderful Evening. Thank You.

The food use to be really good we live in Waddesdon and was our first choice for a takeaway dunno what it is if the changed the chef or the recipes but not as good as before we had tikka masala use to be a lovely red colour now is orange and flavourless

Such a shame that Charlie is giving up. Have enjoyed his food for 30 years in harpenden then Aston Clinton. It has always been good. I understand Charlie's brother may continue in the kitchen for a while, as a handover to the new owner. I hope the new restaurant will be supported as good chinese restaurants are far and few between.

Take-away: I’ve lived in Aylesbury for a year now and have sampled several Indian restaurants/takeaways and all have been middling at best. I overheard someone recommend Bucks Balti House down the pub - said it was the guest Indian food in Aylesbury- so next time I wanted a curry, that’s where I ordered from. The sheek kebab is the best I’ve ever had (outside of a couple oh high class places in London) sooo tasty and pleasantly spicy to, which is rare (but please serve it with some fried onions to boot - then it would be an absolute killer!). Followed with the chicken tikka chilli masala - first thing I do is dip some naan in the sauce and it was delicious! Mushroom rice had more mushrooms that you would expect (a good thing yeah!). Only downsides were the portions weren’t particularly generous ( a sign of the times I guess) and the naan was fairly cold (down to the delivery rather than the restaurant) All in all - fantastic! Will never order from another place again while I’m in Aylesbury Nice work guys 👍👍👍👍

Lovely night out, great food, fragrant baltis, extremely tasty lamb sagarana, onion bhajees, samoas, prawn on puri. Great service and lovely ambience.
