Food was cold. Really upset my stomach

Have only moved to area recently and was hoping for a good quality Indian. Was not disappointed in the slightest with the food, fresh tasting superbly cooked food, will definitely be ordering from these guys again!

The restaurant was very busy. We arrived to a pre booked table for 4 adults at 7pm and ordered within 15 minutes, our food finally arrived an hour and a half later. We only ordered main meals no starters. A lot of other customers were complaining as well about the length of time they were waiting for orders to arrive. The restaurant also has a takeaway service which was also busy and people were sitting and waiting for a long time for food to arrive. Our food came out but had to wait for rice etc to be delivered as well. The restaurant did apologies and gave 2 of us complimentary drinks while waiting, as they did other tables, but it was a great disappointment to wait so long into the evening to eat. The restaurant didn’t cope with the amount of customers in there which is very unusual for an Indian restaurant in my experience. Food was nice but the wait ruined it for us…..

We normally dine in the restaurant but tonight we chose to have a takeaway.As always the service was second to none and in addition the food was absolutely delicious! We are working our way down the 'house specialities' and the Adrak Gulnahar Lamb and the Shobujbhag Chicken were scrumptious! We can't wait until our next visit.Thankyou to Raj and your team.

Popped in this evening, 27th, no booking but availability. Warmly welcomed. Food was really lovely, tasty and well presented. Excellent service and customer focus.

Really nice restaurant with staff that are very good at serving the customers. Felt very looked after while being here. Food was very tasty as well and good portion sizes. Will happily come again in the future, and hopefully have room for dessert next time!

Excellent birthday meal! I have had multiple takeaways that have always been good but first time eating in. Fresh food with lots of flavour and a relaxed serving style that gave you time but was still attentive. I had vegetarian mixed starter, onion bhajis are a fave size of a tennis ball fresh crunchy with plenty of flavour! I had a chicken tikka jalfrezi lots of flavour quite hot but really enjoyable, my wife had the lamb biriani that had melt in your mouth meat. Returning this week for a follow up!

The food is always exceptional. The madras was so so good!!! The only downside was that having spent £105 on a meal for 4 adults it would of been nice to have been given some complimentary poppadoms

My major gripe is the RajBhuj Indian restaurant places four small pots of chutneys on every table and then sneakily charge you £3.50 per person for them. I expect to be charged but not that amount. Three adults and two children under five came to £17.50 without anything else and the quality of the food was average. Some staff served you with a smile and interacted, others staff with distain. I definitely wouldn't return to the RajBhuj Indian restaurant again, it's a rip-off for nothing special...

We have been to Rajbhuj a few times now, and cannot fault this place one bit! Raj and his team make you feel right at home, and really go the extra mile to give you frankly the best Indian hospitality outside of India itself! The menu offers authentic North and South Indian dishes - particular favourites being the Adrak Gulnahar (with tender, juicy lamb), and Goan Sea Bass (for those who like a bit of spice, but still an abundance of flavour). The Biryanis are always perfectly seasoned, offerings from the tandoor are as juicy as you could ask for, and plenty of veg options too. It is very easy to find restaurants that offer generic options that often lack flavour, or you get meat but it’s dry - NOT here! Every single dish we have tried to date has been absolutely phenomenal. The chefs are another one of this establishment’s real assets. The ratings for this restaurant are consistently high, and this is well-earned. If you are in the area, don’t miss out on this one. We’ll be back again very soon!

So fresh. Such beautiful food. Can't believe we hadn't been before. Ordered lamb saag, lemon rice, duck special, saag rice and aloo starter with papadams. Absolutely faultless. Complementary aperitif at the end was a nice touch. 👌

despite usually being a great takeaway (and our go to) this last order was disappointing. The poppadoms tasted bitter and burnt, the bhajis were rock solid and the majority of the other food was also over done.

We are down here from Yorkshire. This place is fabulous. We didn't feel rushed and service was brilliant. The food was divine and not overpriced. Highly recommend the dining in experience. Pity its only a flying visit Orwell would visit again very soon

What can I say? I loved it, the quality, the portion size, the choice! Man the choice, we were really spoiled. And the wait staff was really informative and accommodating to our needs too. Would visit again, this is one of those hidden gem kind of places you have to be told about by word of mouth, no doubt.

Fantastic food and excellent service, for a very reasonable price. I love Indian food and this was up there amongst the best I’ve had. If I lived locally, this place would be a firm favourite. Our first time here - but definitely won’t be our last.

We ate in and had a lovely meal. The service was great and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Food was prepared quickly and came out really hot and fresh. Complimentary chocolates and even a Complimentary drink at the end. Recommend to all 👌🏻

Usually we get takeaway from here but as it was my sons birthday we dined In as we did last year. Great experience, service is outstanding and staff couldn’t be more attentive and friendly. We had really delicious food with good portion sizes and met the owner. The food came very quickly and was nice and hot, I really cannot fault anything. The waiters were very professional and friendly. Our visit was on a Saturday, not many other customers due to HS2 works closing the road through Stone which has caused hardship to a lot of businesses in Stone. However, they were very busy with takeaways which was good to see. Will definitely recommend visiting this lovely Indian Restaurant.

First time visiting, and can't knock the place. Welcoming staff, calm atmosphere, and the food was simply decent. It was just a good Indian restaurant, no faults.

Just had our first takeaway this evening. Delivery requested for 6pm and it was delivered at 5 past 6. Probably due to us having a house name and not a number. The food was piping hot and the order was correct. I had a chicken dupiaza and could only manage half. The portions are very generous and the pieces of chicken breast were huge and very tender. My partner had a lamb dish and he was very impressed.

The chicken in the chicken tikka main was really tough and hard, really disappointing as the chicken in the jalfrazi tasted good. Marked disappointed as that was the main dish for my partner. The sheek kebab was nice.

The team were really friendly and welcoming. We didnt feel rushed or anything like we sometimes do in other places. The food was really nice too! We fancied trying a curry house we haven't been to before, so ventured out from Bicester, we'll definitely go back 😊

RajBhuj was recommended to us by a friend a couple of month's ago. Tonight we ate in the restaurant for the first time after getting a couple of excellent takeaways. The service was faultless, a lovely atmosphere and superb food with a range of Keralan dishes not found in your average Indian restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Raj Bhuj is the comfortably best Indian Restaurant in the area. Fresh, quality ingredients result in delicious dishes. Always friendly service. We enjoy it so much we hosted a birthday party here and all of our guests commented on the quality of the food and wonderful service. Thanks to the whole team

Sadly over rated. Its a nice place, the staff are all pleasantly presented, but the food is simply disappointing. Ok the service is fast, but the trade off is that the meals are simply reheated badly. Resulting in potatoes that are mashed rather than holding their shape and over cooked aubergine that is cool, not hot. Then despite asking, a bland lamb main. Not all bad 1 good main, naan and rice. Combine this with the price and my conclusion is simply over rated. Come on guys, you can do better.

Had a take away from here after recommendations. The food was absolutely freezing and the chicken was raw. Had to bin the meals but ate the chips. Waste of £55 to be honest wouldn't order again.

Went for a Friday night curry with neighbours and had a great meal. The food was excellent and the staff friendly as normal. There was no rushing and we were asked at every stage of our meal if we were ready for the next course. If you have not been yet you are missing out on a great experience.

Nicest Indian meal I’ve had in a long time. Jhal puree starter was full of flavour and the perfect amount of heat, spicy enough to give me hiccups (a good sign!) but didn’t overpower the rest of the flavours. All our mains were great, and the lamb we had was cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavour. What really impressed was the quality of the sides - Tarka Dhal and Saag Chana were lush, full o a creamy, garlicy spice, leagues ahead of the watery mush that is common. If they’re putting that much effort into simple side dishes, then the rest of the menu won’t disappoint. The naans were great, too, light, airy, and lots of garlic.
