The best restaurants serving Indian food in Stockport North West

Visited here on Saturday 15th to celebrate my 60th birthday. Arrived at 6pm expecting it to be quiet but the restaurant was in full swing with a great party atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and funny to go with it. The starters and mains were as good as we've had at many Indians and were plentiful. I was presented with a little bottle of prosecco and biscuits for my birthday and an ice cream with candle whilst Happy birthday was sung. Along with a Baileys and 2 rounds of Sambuca poured into our mouths. What a great evening we all had and can't wait to return for our next celebration

First time on the lunch time menu and was'nt disappointed, lovely smaller portions with lots of choice, all very tasty, what i like is, good choice for vegggies and food not swimming in gee, also the owner very eager and passionate to share food idea's and choice with us, highly recommend.

Visited here at my sister's recommendation. This has to be the best food I have had outside of India, to the point of bringing back so many good memories that I began to cry which set the owner off too, LOL! Anyway I can honestly say it was fantastic, lovely atmosphere and the staff are fantastic. You will not be disappointed I can assure you.

I love this place. I like the fact it is slightly out of the way - I can park easily. Last week I could not believe how good my butterer chicken was for £12.50!

They was 20 minutes late, the food is stone cold and they forgot my milkshake. Not happy one bit.

Excellent service and welcome by Asis and Sonam the meals are very tasty and good great chef.we tend to visit once a week and that says everything. The DDR staff are definitely a team.

Delhi house cafe made our day today. From the moment we entered, the warm welcoming, smiley faces, friendly staff and more over the very scrumptious food , everything thing felt magical. Mother's day surprises proseco, cheese cake and daffodils were really unexpected, but you guys went an extra mile for your service today.....Our little girls were very happy for everything you did.... Highly recommendable cafe...

Amazing vegan food !! Tandoori broccoli is my fav !!

Our take away meal was lovely, all freshly cooked with tasty ingredients. The lamb was very tender which it isn't always with takeaway meals. Well worth a try!

The smell of this place is divine and is very promising of the food to come. The food is flavourful, the portions are generous and the staff are lovely and polite. Absolute favourite!
