Lively place, good food served very quickly, interesting menu with new/different dishes, friendly staff. Byob policy is great.

I remember the day wraps from the market and they were good value and delicious, sadly they are not the same, I had a herb paneer wrap where there is an extra charge for how you have it, what is that about!!!!???Although it tasted very good it is small and way over priced as I believe the whole menu is and does not reflect the great experience I had when buying from the market

Overall a very pleasant evening. The service was extremely attentive and we were greeted warmly. I asked for the wifi password as there was no signal and wanted some way to receive a message in case of emergency and I did feel that the excuse of it ‘not working’ was a little unbelievable. The king prawn butterfly dish was absolutely terrible. Burnt and almost inedible. The rest of the dishes however were very nice. They did say they were short staffed so it was possibly a blip.

We arrived just after 6pm in time for the Early Bird offer advertised outside of the restaurant which stated before 6.30. The waiter eventually took our order after 30 minutes and said we had missed the early bird offer. After much haggling and a very complicated 'what's included in the offer/not included' we placed an order with the offer agreed with the waitir. However, we were still waiting for our food 30 minutes later despite only 2 people being in the restaurant! The manager was rude and intimidating. We left paying for our drinks and starter. An awful experience! Would not recommend.

Although we have had nice meals from here in the past, the last one was very worrying, during the nigh we were both seriously ill. We did collect the food early so I don’t know if that was the problem and they hadn’t cooked it properly !! Whatever it was it has put us off returning.again.

Shocked and appalled at this restaurants attitude towards food allergies! My partner has a serious nut allergy, we are always extra cautious with this to the point where I specifically called up to ask whether she could eat certain dishes (specifically butter chicken which she has had before here). I was informed by the manager that this dish is absolutely fine to eat, but he would double check and call back with any problems. Not hearing anything we turned up tonight and ordered the butter chicken, my partner as always informed the server that she has a nut allergy... We were then told that the dinner does actually include nuts, despite the menu (which clearly shows the allergens) stating it was nut free. I questioned this with the waiter and he stated that the dinner now actually does include nuts on the chicken itself, in response to asking why the allergen information was incorrect on the menu, he responded shockingly with "yes we should probably update that". Absolutely shocking, embarrassing and most of all, completely unsafe. What kind of establishment provides incorrect allergen information?! Unacceptable.

We booked a table for 6.30 as we needed to be in the Arts centre for 8 o’clock, table wasn’t set already , they brought out poppadums that were stale ( yesterdays I reckon ) , we ordered within 5-10mins , not a difficult order just 5 curry’s and rice , no side orders to make it easy After chasing twice was told will be 10 minutes, so at 7.40 when it still hadn’t arrived ,we had to leave as we would not have time to eat it . We were the only people in the restaurant at the time ( can understand why now ) and the phone didn’t ring once for any take away orders .

The best food we had all break was here! You have to wait as it’s all cooked fresh. Definitely book a table! Not cheap but worth it.

Just had a chicken tikka vindaloo and chicken tikka masala both of which were probably the worst I have had. Onion bahji was greasy and chewy. Rice was mediocre at best. Save your money and go elsewhere
