The best restaurants serving Indian food in Norwich East of England

Food outstanding. Great value! I had bhaji with chick pea curry. Excellent eatery for veggie/vegans. My husband's samosa were crisp on the outside and he says nicely spiced

Was a divine dinner (timely delivery too), if you want spice in Norwich then this is the best to deliver from. It’s so good! 10/10

The dishes we had were nice, but nothing really special. We also had 3 different types of nann breads between us, and all were a bit undercooked. The tables are too close together. We were left feeling a little bit underwhelmed.

We visited for a work meal with a group of 10, including five Indian nationals, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, and we managed to have a good evening overall, the food itself was a letdown. Several dishes were overly sweet and went unfinished, including the biryani—surprising and disappointing. The Jalfrezi was excessively oily and lacked any meaningful sauce. Compared to other options like Bombay Street Food on St Benedicts, The Hut in Lowestoft, or 7 Spices in Attleborough, the quality here did not measure up. Given the higher price point, we expected much better. The food even became a running joke among our group, which says it all. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

Food was excellent, especially the lamb. Service was first class as always as was the atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Food was good, took a while to take our order but we once the order was taken service was spot on. Atmosphere was ok, the lights were dull but very white if that makes sense and with plain white walls, didn’t create much of an atmosphere

Absolutely amazing quality as always. The food always arrives hot and tastes incredible. Such good value for money and the staff are always amazing and they listen too so the order is never wrong. Thank you.

Hilarious experience on New Years eve. We ordered take away and were told it would be ready in one hour. In the end it took 3 hours. There was only one young man serving, so it was a long wait for everyone. People started to pour their own drinks, some people left without having had their dinner and a random man was grumbling he would order Eastereggs. The young waiter kept insisting our order would definitely be ready within the next 10 minutes. He kept saying it with a straight face too. The food was lovely. ♡

We booked a table for two, a week in advance and got a confirmation that our table was booked and that we were in. 30 minutes before we were booked it arrive for they cancelled our table without us cancelling, they just did it. We called them up to ask what happened, why did you cancel our table and the guy on the phone said that we were liars and isn’t have a review being very rude so we turned up to sort some stuff out and he then had the audacity to say he didn’t call us liars after we showed him that in fact we did have an online verification for our table and then he walked away. So overall very rude service and neglected us for no reason. Won’t be coming back

10/10 food , great service and they customised the curry’s for my family’s allergies . Food was always piping hot We had it 3 nights in a row while visiting the area , this would be the first place we go to if we ever come back to Norwich .
