First visit to the Ashiana, heard a lot of good things about the restaurant. We managed to book a table for my wife’s birthday the service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely stunning! It was our first visit for all the family and all of us loved it. Definitely will be coming back for sure!

I have been to this restaurant several times in the past few years. Every time without fail it has been top quality food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend Mowgli to anyone looking for a nice meal out!

Waitress was more interested in her phone than serving. Took forever to get served, not proper active at clearing tables, very limited menu, very.limoted drinks, didn't even know what a Lime and Sofa was, asked for Bacardi and coke and 10 mins later I was asked to choose a different drink as didn't have it, so ordered Rum and coke from bar drinks menu instead... go figure. Don't bother, save your money. Food bland, service terrible, toilets flooded so had to use disabled which were disgusting.

Comida y servicio excepcional.

I love the food and that’s why I’m a repetitive customer but the staff (apart from the managers) are absolutely unaware about the menu or the offerings, they don’t serve well, don’t greet, and clearly say they don’t know when asked about anything on the menu or pricing. This ruins my experience every time. I wish they match their staff standards to their food.

I expected more from this fairly new bar which serves Indian street food. It serves tapas type plates which were expensive for what was presented. I found the dishes to be bland and some were only warm when served. However there is a large selection of gluten free dishes. A mix of food came quickly which made me think it was not cooked fresh. The craft beer was mainly bottles and cans with a couple of poorly kept beers on tap. This is near a trendy area of Nottingham city centre but it does not have to charge London prices. I am sorry to say that I will not be returning anytime soon.
