Beautiful tasty very well presented healthy food. Wonderful friendly service and good vegan choices. There is also a good choice of hot and cold drinks including smoothies and shakes.

Wide choice of dishes. All our choices were spiced nicely and well described in terms of the hotness. Meat moist, lamb tender (not mutton)!. Clean linen table cloths and napkins (not paper). Very comfortable chairs. Nice, clean, surroundings and pleasant (non intrusive) background music. Friendly service. Made to feel valued. Excellent quality of food and very good value. Will definitely go again. It was clear from talking to the manager that the restaurant was his passion, not just a job. Will definitely go again.

We had a fantastic meal at Spice, dining from their happy hour menu—and there was absolutely no compromise on quality! Every dish was packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. Although they weren’t serving alcohol at the time, they kindly let us know we could bring our own from the nearby shop, which was a great touch. Overall, a wonderful experience with delicious food and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

We have not been to the Saracen's for a number of years as it was always going to be a challenge for whoever took over from the Hunters. It was a very cold Sunday in January and when we arrived the log burners were on and the pub was busy. We went for the sunday roasts beef and pork both cooked perfectly. The cheesey leeks were a great addition. Old customers need to go back and support the team there and help it to reach the heights of before. It's on a great small village with options for things to do on the doorstep.

Came here with a couple of friends during a one night stay in Hathersage and so glad we did. First tip is make sure you book. We came on a Saturday night and it was really busy but our table was ready. The menu had a massive selection to suit all tastes. The food was delicious with beautiful spicy and herby tastes washed down with bottles of Cobra. Even though it was very busy the staff were friendly and attentive. We were also pleasantly surprised at the value for money when we got the bill. Would definitely recommend.

We called with literally 2 minutes notice on NYE as we’d booked at Bank House across the road but the service was so appalling that we walked out. Sangams fitted us in with no fuss, and we had great service and a delicious meal at really reasonable prices. The lamb & paneer curry and lemon & cashew rice were particularly good. Thanks so much!

We ordered a meal for 2 to be delivered, having had many meals both in the restaurant and delivered we were very dissatisfied with the tasteless food we received, it looked completely different to our previous meals, unnatural colouring, watery and tasteless, we won't be ordering again, its gone downhill.
