Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone!

Ordered on a Saturday so could see was in for a wait. Ordered for 6:15pm got an email to say would be 15min late. Arrived 5:30pm way earlier than wanted the food to arrive as ordered for family who were due to arrive after 6. Food is good as always but why have option to order for a time then not follow it

Delivery order was placed at 18:35 (31st Dec) and a total of £42.25 was taken from my debit card. The following is a copy of the text message I received at 18:37 'Order status #B1098032 has been Accepted. Redditch Spic comment: Estimated time 100 minutes . for delivery' Given it is New Year's Eve I accepted that around 100 minutes was reasonable even though the website and various apps were stating 45 - 60 minutes for delivery. At 20:38 (121 minutes from order placed) I called the restaurant to ask for an update. I was advised they were waiting for a driver but expected it to be approx. 10-15 mins then the driver would be on his way. At 21:00 (143 minutes from order placed) I made a further call. I was advised that the order had left the restaurant but the driver had multiple deliveries. At 21:34 (177 minutes from order placed) I contacted the restaurant again. I advised I was not happy as the food would likely be cold and although it's New Year's Eve, I didn't expect to wait just short of 3 hours for my order. Whilst on the phone the driver arrived with the food. The food was lukewarm and we didn't enjoy it given we had waited so long. I'm prepared to accept delays on New Year's Eve but there was a complete lack of transparency in the delivery times given and the restaurants responses upon contact. If the volume of orders taken cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner this should be communicated to customers upon ordering. I've been trying to contact the Restaurant to complain and was sent to their booking support who have pushed me back to the Restaurant. First time using Redditch Spice after receiving positive comments from friends but it'll sadly be the last time we order or visit.

Fabulous. We had hosted a birthday party for our family and had about 70 guests including children. The space provided to us was pretty spacious and we were comfortably seated. The ambience was nice. The food was amazing and so were the staff. This is one such Indian restaurant where the food actually tasted Indian ( and that itself is a compliment). The staff were also prompt and courteous. There was perfect coordination between the manager, the waiters and the chefs and it meant that we had the food served to us in a timely manner. They also complied with our requests which was a plus. It was also reasonably priced. Overall I would say I am very happy with the food and service and I will happily recommend everybody to this place.

Consistently a really high level of quality food and service - whether eating in or grabbing a takeaway! Great local curry house! 😋

Always order here, but just picked up my food, ordered the masala but it doesn’t state anything about eggs coming in the curry. Also missed off a naan bread, spent £46, ring up to rectify but basically get told because we live a little too far away, they can’t be bothered to do anything about it. Will not use them again, really surprised how awful they were on the phone

Unwelcoming, crude takeaway menu & same price as eating in.

Never a bad meal at ruby spice. Everything arrives piping hot and each bite is lush. I especially love the naan breads very fresh and soft

Lovely décor and nicely laid out. Service relaxed and quite slow. Average food, my Pathia was very plain with little taste. Too pricey.

You order 3 curry’s & a side for collection, get home and you only have 2 curry’s! How difficult is it to get an order that small right. Very very poor. Also the actual quality of the 2 curry’s & nans that did come was distinctly average. Suggest you go somewhere else

Best Balti restaurant in Warwick. Excellent chef and as you can take your own alcohol very cheap night out. Love it here.

Food very overpriced the service orders given to wrong customers had to wait for rice dishes the restaurant was devoid of any other customers they all next door at the Raj.Will never return .

Excellent food as always. Delivery timescale in line with as stated when order placed. Three happy home diners.
