India Lounge offers a vibrant and authentic dining experience, making it a standout choice for Indian cuisine in Cheltenham. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate preferences. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish bursting with rich flavors and perfectly balanced spices. I particularly appreciated how the menu was thoughtfully curated, though I personally enjoy dishes with bones, which weren’t available. That said, the quality and taste more than made up for it! The ambiance was inviting, and the overall experience was fantastic. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, India Lounge is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Welcoming staff and lovely place. Really good food as always and good portions sizes also a good variety of dishes. The meal offers through the week have a good choice too, value for money 😊👍 BYOB is great , they have a selection of soft drinks to accommodate everyone. We have been lots of times through the years , its really great for family occasions too 😁👍 10 out of 10

Myself and 2 friends got food poisoning last night dining here

It seems completely poor management, AVOID THIS PLACE- Don't be fooled with fake positive reviews unfortunately the waitresses have no hospitality skills hence why they are not busy.Awful service . Last night We were a family of 5 and no customer Service and staff didn't even know how to serve customers.lamb biriany was frozen cold when they served . We spoke to another table who waited for 1hr for food to be served. . They left too. Dodgy establishment.to be honest it was very disappointing experience, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Food was ok, spicy Lanka piyaza was great. Some curries had unidentifiable cheese but it was not paneer. Man serving us however seemed to really want us out. Not the best customer service

Great food and friendly staff. I am a bit deaf and it gets a bit noisy if it’s busy. I tend to go early to avoid the busy time My favourite is the lamb pistachio that is a mixture of lamb and paneer cheese in a creamy sauce.

Had a takeaway from Tandoori Kitchen, first time in awhile. The food was outstanding, it arrived very hot even though we are in Oadby. The food was plentiful, tasty and throughly enjoyable. Thank so much, we highly reccomend you and your team.

We went out for a meal,3 of us, seen the reviews and had to give it a try, walked in and was seated immediately by the friendly waiter Atif, had been given complimentary poppadum's and pickle tray, crispy and chilli dip bang on. Was given options on what to order was given 2 mix kebabs,ch/meat karahi,pilau rice,2 fresh garlic naans. Starters stood out to me were the lamb chops, absolute to die for, naans were soft, curries had a rich tomato gravy absolutely banging. Big up Waseem and Atif for the amazing meal.
