Our first time here , we went early on a Wednesday night , The restaurant wasn’t busy , we usually stick to the usual popular dishes when we have an Indian but we both decided to try something different , Both choice of curries were lovely , service faultless , staff were very friendly , great value for money , will definitely return

Our son took us here for a meal as he is a regular customer. We were given a very warm welcome by the staff. The food was exceptional and so was the service. Compliments to the chef and thank you to Waheed for his warm and friendly manner. We will be back. Thank you.

Would recommend this lovely Indian restaurant. Visited there with my wife on a Friday night for the first time and staff were very welcoming and more than happy to talk through the menu and give recommendations. Had tandoori chicken, chicken balti and one of the chef specialties (cannot recall the name) - all tasty. Will revisit.

Just picked up a takeaway from Asia Benfleet. First time, delicious food, hot and some free extras. Staff really friendly on pick up and a good price. Will be coming back and would highly recommend . Barry

I am devastated and shocked about how I’ve been treated tonight. Me and my other half come here regularly and are always welcomed by Waheed and other staff but tonight was so different. I really am not one to complain but I am left with no other choice. I ordered it instead of eating in tonight, we forgot to use the discount code so we called and explain if we could still get it which they explained it was for another store and we were happy to leave it how it was and pay full price as the food is always worth the price, normally. Unfortunately the food arrived and it was very tasteless and watery so I did the right thing and wanted to speak to waheed not in a rude way but in a genuine way to give feedback as we’ve always been nothing but pleased with our food in the past. I was greeted with rudeness and sarcasm which has left me in complete shock. I was accused of being a liar because an hour before I called about the discount so apparently I was trying to get ‘free food’. I then got told their food was the best and there was just no way it was tasteless. I am upset to think we have built a relationship with the staff but been treated so badly tonight. Myself and my partner has always been so supportive of this business too sharing social media posts, tipping when we are in the restaurant and writing nice reviews. Disappointment is an understatement.

It was only 2 months ago I left a 5/5 review on here because asia has always been perfect and more every time we have eaten / visited. Tonight was very different, we was unable to make it into the restaurant tonight so we decided to get it delivered instead for the first time. When the order came it was very watery and tasteless so as a regular customer we called the restaurant to give feedback, not to be rude or complain to cause trouble as we never have complained anywhere before. My partner was greeted with a very rude response on the phone being called a liar, saying their food is the best and there is just no way of it being tasteless and saying the pilau rice doesn’t ever have a taste. The food was barely untouched, just enough for us to taste it so we offered for them to collect their food in exchange for our money. He then made a few scarastic comments to my boyfriend including ‘ I would never order the masala anyway it’s too mild for me’ in a laughing manor. All we wanted to do was give feedback to the restaurant but with the response we recieved we are so taken back by how we was treated. We never wanted a refund but when we got spoken to like this we did not want the free chicken he was offering that we would of had to drive and collect to get anyway, For a decent priced takeaway it wasn’t edible so we are left £50 down with no dinner and the customer service has been disgusting. I have always support Waheed and Asia with tipping, social media shares etc so did not expect this response at all, I am so shocked by this and upset that we will never be back.

My experience on two occasions was so poor for an expensive restaurant I booked a table online and it was cancelled late afternoon then I ordered a takeaway knowing its 40 seconds from my door I was told 45 minutes and it took an hour and 40 plus had to microwave the meal as it was cold so I called them and was told we have stopped taking orders as we are struggling. So I said I won't be ordering no more. I should have gone with Armala as I have never had a bad experience.

Went here for my birthday with my family, the food is so tasty, the staff are so friendly & accommodating, they even put banners up, gave me a birthday cake & sung happy birthday, definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ate here a few times now and never had a bad meal. Staff are very polite and friendly. Great service. Best Indian in Benfleet by far!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for ages! We’ve been going to Asia for a couple of years now and never had a bad meal. Sometimes we call up an hour before we want to go and waheed always seems to find us a table. The staff care and constantly ask if the food is ok which is always is.

This is the best Indian you will have. My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now and every meal is fantastic. Waheed and his team are amazing and make you feel so welcome. You will not find a better place.

After a bit of a sad end to a birthday meal visit at another local restaurant, we visited Asia for desert and drinks. They could not do enough for us. With absolutely no notice, they wheeled out a cake and served wine, cocktails, snacks, and deserts with exceptional service and more importantly a smile. If you’re looking for a place to eat that serves up a warm welcome together with fabulous food….visit Asia.

This has to be the best indian in UK. They have won awards and you can see why. Service was a bit hit and miss but you can ignore with the quality of the food. It was very fresh and full of flavour. That is the sort of foid they dish out in India

Food was not terrible but not the best iv eaten, service was slow, expensive considering food was average at best and service wasn’t fantastic. Atmosphere was dead for customers however one of the waiters had a great time socialising with friends while we waited for service.
