Curries are OK when a certain chef there bit hit n miss at other times

If we could give our meal 6 stars we would. First time having a meal from Pink Chilliz and it was exactly what we were in the mood for. Perfect rice, best peshwari nan I’ve ever had and the Tarka dal was perfect. Main courses of lamb madras and lamb korai were delicious. Delivered before the indicated time still piping hot. We will be back

Take away only great food good portion sizes. I have revised my previous review as I have just paid for my feast by card.

£9.50 4 a curry with 5 small bits of chicken and didn't taste good at all. Rice was bland and the poppadoms weren't even cooked correctly. Super market curry in a bag standard

Whoever operates the phones was a great bloke and friendly, food was nice and came quickly. Unfortunately I’m rating this lowly due to their delivery driver (blonde stuck up cow) being rude at the door with a attitude also asking for more money without a please which puts you off ordering again so lost them a customer 🤷🏼‍♂️ hopefully if we do order again she’ll be fired by then

Just had our meal for Valentine’s Day. Amazing food! Lovely flavours. The red dipping sauce with the poppadum OMG!!! Fab. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

Wanted to order the set meal for 2, but unfortunately it's gone from £27 to £38.99 wayyyy to expensive, absolutely gutted x

I have just had the worst food delivered from you. We specifically asked for spicy curries and my curry is Sweet! A chicken pakora is chicken in a fluffy batter what you have sent me is breaded chicken bites. Avoid. £47 wasted.

Absolutely lovely staff, I went in and asked for allergy information as I am coeliac and cannot eat gluten and the staff were excellent and extremely helpful, they told me what I could and couldn't have and that wen I called up to order I was to just state my allergy and they would check all was okay for me to have. Great service and as for the food it is best I've had since moving to canvey island 8 years ago. The best Indian food on island,benfleet. Amazing food. Just the right amount for 3 people from what we ordered. Overall highly recommended.

Ordered three times before posting a review but every time the order arrived on time and the food was great

Not edible lamb. Had a butter lamb and the meat had been cremated. It had bones in it and was impossible to eat,not sure if they had put the charcoal from the bbq in by mistake. Have had good meals from this takeaway up till now,maybe chef was having an off day.

Don't order the special mixed biriani, no chicken tikka, lamb tikka, sheep kebab or king prawn, just 2 small pieces of lamb and a few shrimps, did ring up , but at the end of the day it would take another hour to ger a chicken or lamb biriani delivered so said I wouldn't order here again.

Poor takeway, special mixed biriani was really bad, rang up, not really bothered.could have waited an hour for a replacement, rest of the food would have been ruined.

Having recently moved into the area I was recommended Pink Chilliz, I had tried a curry but tonight went with masalla. Best I have ever had! My compliments to the chef and well done on the fast service.

First time of ordering from here food was nice but the prawn dish we had still had few prawn shells in it. The delivery driver was lovely and friendly will order again will always try again

We have used this take away in the past and always been impressed, but this time it's really let us down. Ordered online at 8pm for collection ready within 20 minutes after waiting 50 minutes and reminding the staff I was still waiting, I was given my order, once home I found the order was cold and incorrect. I called to complain and was told the correct order would be delivered ASAP ( as soon as the next driver was back) over an hour later the food finally arrived!! Not impressed at all and not even sure we would use them again

First time and last menu says big lumps of succulent chicken I couldn't find any just strips every dish Cold not impressed!

Best Indian take away by far, only ever had one delivery that missed part of our order and one complete miss-order which was the delivery drivers error......apart from that food cooked perfect every time and good quality.....only downside is online doesn’t except card or Paypal any longer, only cash on delivery unless collecting. Used to get a 10% discount for cash but no more and the orderinn site is glitchy.

Usually always have Indian on Friday night and it’s always very good if it’s not it’s replaced no question always very busy says it’s good

Best king prawn puree ever and large

Been using pink chillies now for around 2 years.. great food and never a bad order to date.. my wife cannot drink Pepsi and ordred a fanta but they did not have any so we did not order a drink ( no.problem) the manager without telling us or without making a fuss specifically went and got a fanta for her at no cost.. I know im easily pleased but its the little things you remember... highly recommend. For the mild like minded curry eaters ( try their chicken tikka korma) yum.

Used Pink Chilliz since it opened & has never let us down....food perfect everytime, delivered fast & correct, my favourite is the mixed Dansak but tried virtually everything and all is good, even ordered off menu when I fancied a Phal & that was great too, my only gripe is no card option on the website, its never worked neither has the paypal, cash on delivery only but apart from that highly recommended.

This was the first time we'd tried food from here and we were not disappointed. I ordered and paid online and it arrived quickly. It was hot, well presented and delicious. There portions are good so we've some left for tomorrow! We even got 10% discount. We will definitely order again.

Good example of take away restaurant, We live in Canvey and order take away from here quite regularly. The food is all of your normal mainstream Indian food and the quality is consistently good.

Usually love their food but tonights Rogan was much hotter than normal so called to ask if they have a new chef. Apparently not, so asked for a butter chicken insted. They sent another Rogan that was just as hot as the 1st one. Wont be able to order from them again :-(

As takeaways go, it's hard to produce a decent level of food. But these guys smash it out the park. The food is fresh and tastes goods. And unlike most curry houses, there dishes are cooked right and have a very wide range of spice. The jalfrezi is amazing. And the phal is mind blowing but has flavour. Well done. You have yourselves a very loyal customer now

We've used Pink Chilli's at Canvey more or less since it opened. The food is always good quality, and arrives hot. Never had a disappointing meal.

Absolutly delicious food and they even offer a cup of tea when you order there. My mum was'nt so sure about the place as she is fussy but once she tasted it she said it was the best she'd ever tasted.. 5*

Had this restaurant recommended to us so we thought we'd give it a try, we were definitely impressed! Easy to order and a very fast delivery service, the food was very tasty and is one of the best takeaways we've had! The prices are also very reasonable we were shocked at how low the price was for the amount of food we had! We will continue to order from here, very impressed!

Always superb, never been disappointed

Recently moved back to Canvey. And wasn't sure what the Indians were like. Tried this one and was very happy. Won't use any other now.

Used to go to Chilis in town which is nice but since trying this place me and my partner will not go to any other Indian on the island. Food is delicious and delivery time is very reasonable. Best Indian on the island!

I love my indian take-aways and this is by far my favourite. The food is always cooked fresh with good quality ingredients and the food is not swimming in fat and oils - delicious and am often a repeat customer

We moved to Canvey during June 2015. As we very much like Indian food, we had no idea were to look for a good Indian take away. A menu popped through the door just by chance. We placed an order for various food items. My wife particularly likes butter chicken. It arrived within 40 minutes. Piping hot by a very nice lady. We were not disappointed by the quantity or quality of the food. It was excellent......We have since made this our regular take away. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed
