Fue por casualidad que pudimos dar un paseo por la mesa, y por una noche de lunes todavía estaba muy ocupado. Hemos querido probar este lugar durante bastante tiempo después de escuchar cosas tan buenas sobre él, y no nos decepcionó. Todo estaba bien de precio y razonable, si acaso podrían estar cobrando más. El servicio fue excelente - cada persona que habló con nosotros era tan encantador y muy servicial y atento, que te hace sentir muy relajado y mejora su experiencia gastronómica. Las porciones fueron generosas y llenas, opté por el pollo Tikka Masala con arroz Basmati, compartimos un pan naan que fue suficiente para los dos. La salsa de curry y la calidad del pollo fue probablemente uno de los mejores de un restaurante indio sentado que he tenido - me hace pensar que una comida para llevar allí sería igual de bueno y que será mi próxima parada. Sin duda volveremos a y pedir desde Salkaara de nuevo, una india de prueba obligada en Cardiff.

Ordered Online. The food was very oily and there was lots of food colouring. Did not enjoy it at all.

This Indian restaurant is fantastic for groups. I dine here weekly with 25 people, and the staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious, with a wide range of dishes at very reasonable prices. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended for excellent Indian cuisine and great service.

Very nice good value food. However, there was unfortunately a noisy party happening downstairs at the same time.

This restaurant is excellent. If you want food food, a buzzing atmosphere and great service, this is for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food is spot on.

The best food I have ever tasted

Hugely disappointed, ordered a takeaway from Tamarind on Saturday evening. We were told it would be an hour and 20 min wait which we were ok with. Two and a half hours later still no delivery. My partner tried calling 6 times using the number he placed the order with, no reply. We then called from a different number and the call was answered straight away. Clearly we were being ignored as they knew our order was so late, but they were happy to answer a call for new business. Can’t rate the food as we got so fed up waiting we made something by else and turned the food away when it eventually turned up. The wait was bad enough but being ignored made the whole thing worse. A bit of honesty would’ve gone a long way.

Really good food, very tasty. Service was excellent, particularly knowledgeable about allergies and special dietary needs.

We went last Saturday, staff were lovely but the food was the highlight. It's a BYOB pop is available tho. We ordered a king prawn dish and a lamb dish with nan bread. The portions were great and both tasted amazing. My garlic naan was the best I'd had, you could actually swirl the garlic around the naan. We'll definitely be returning 👍
