The best restaurants serving Greek food in England

Found on a visit to Lichfield by chance. Nice to sit looking out over the lake slightly different menu from other egos we’ve been to but still high quality.

Ordered salmon fish cake it was burnt and rock hard. Tried to get the waitress attention to complain but to no avail gave up and ate what I could. Very understaffed

Delicious and lots of veggie options

I visited this pub last week with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with Kalum in particular standing out – he was very friendly and went out of his way to make the occasion special for my daughter, which we greatly appreciated. The food was of good quality and arrived in a timely manner. Everything was well presented and tasted freshly prepared. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, which added to the experience. All in all, it was a pleasant visit and I would happily recommend this pub to others looking for a relaxed meal with good service.

Absolutamente impresionante lugar, la comida era extremadamente sabrosa y camarera / camareros eran muy atentos. Mi amiga recibió un postre gratis por su cumpleaños, lo que lo hizo extra especial. Los cócteles eran deliciosos que bebimos fuera al sol antes de irnos. Recomendaría esta pequeña joya en Bath a cualquiera y volveremos muy pronto.

Deliciosa experiencia auténtica chipriota. Visitamos por primera vez en cinco años. La bienvenida fue amable y recibimos una sabrosa variedad de platos pequeños mientras leíamos el menú simple. Luego pedimos pulpo y cordero que se sirvieron con una ensalada recién picada. Completamos con un café griego y ouzo en - la - casa. El precio era muy razonable para comida y vino de calidad, y un excelente servicio.

I had a delivery unfortunately topping all sloppy on my bolognese pizza making it not nice. Cut unevenly. Ordered a Greek salad too not much of it and mostly all tomatoes. Usually can't knock the quality usually amazing. Our family have been going since 2015. Not been able to past few months.Thankyou for Amici for rectifying my order.🙂🙏✨️

Had a greek salad starter, pork gyros and sticky toffee pudding for a desert, All really nice, I think the portions have been uplifted as they used to be a bit too small, great spot and it's nice that you get real food at sensible prices. Really nice addition to lanchester and will continue to go back.

Simple and quite healthy, but tasty at the same time. Will visit again.

Lamb Kleftiko is excellent (coming from a greek!)

I have obviously eaten Greek food in most of Greece and her islands but also across the UK, Europe and the USA and this is nudging to be the best ever! I should start by saying that we made a big mistake by ordering the "mini" meze - we live in Cornwall and don't have any Greek food nearby so wanted to indulge ourselves. Rozafa's version of "mini" differs from ours as it was rather large and very tasty, the Vine Leaves weren't the only truly divine offering but they are a personal favourite. Having survived the starter we went for two simple dishes for mains - Chicken Souvlaki and Lamb Kleftico. I realise they are a little bit of a cliche choices but not the way these tasted. My lady's souvlaki was immense with a really good serving of their amazing rice and the taste matched the portions. My Kelftiko was a leg of lamb cooked slowly and to perfection - my only complaint was that I couldn't finish it; truly wonderful. The service? If I said we were asked three or four times if our food was OK by people who CARED what the answer was that summed it up. Wonderful service. I was joking with them about opening an branch in Cornwall but I so wish they would and, when they read this I'd be willing to negotiate about the capital percentage input! I say again, it's one of the best Greek meals I have ever had anywhere with service that all restaurants should be proud of My only regret is that I need to find a reason to return to Manchester so we can go again
