The best restaurants serving Greek food in South West

Really unimpressed by this place considering the reviews. The prices were very high for what is ‘fine’ Greek food. £27 for Moussaka is a joke, whilst £21 for two unflavoured chicken thigh skewers and some chips is just unreasonable. The staff were nice and the setting is good but the food is really underwhelming

We loved the food, and the service was great too. They treated us to some cherries for dessert. to repeat, highly recommended

Lovely simple place with fresh salads and good awareness of gluten free food. Really lovely and friendly customer service - man dressed in black with cool black hat is really kind and attentive. Overall, great food and a lovely down to earth vibe. Definitely recommend!

At a time when we should be supporting local businesses, I feel really upset writing a damning review, but it's also at a time when you want value for money and good customer service. We will not be returning and we certainly will not be recommending to friends. The customer service was mixed depending on what you asked, the portion sizes were tiny, and not that tasty, definitely not worth the money. No soft edges with candle light or music, no complimentary welcome drink on the weekend before Christmas, before you even start to unpick an overpriced, underwhelming menu! Came away almost in shock with the experience, to then read some reviews saying it the best restaurant in Exmouth, ... er no! The most bizarre. I wish the owners success, and I hope that they can reignite the passion for their restaurant, because the spark wasn't there on our visit.

Came for dinner with friends who were passing from Bristol. The service, food and drinks were all amazing. Very authentic tasting food. We are getting married in Greece this summer and this was a wonderful reminder of why we have chosen this amazing country to be wed! Thank you Nisi, we will be back.

We had high expectations of the Olive Tree which unfortunately weren't realised. I had the Smoked Salmon Pate to start, which was excellent. My wife had the Fondant Bravas which had no spice at all and were quite dull. We both ordered the Sea Bass special for main course. The cooking of the fish was accurate but the skin wasn't crispy but had been left on. The boiled vegetables were again accurately cooked but had no seasoning and felt a bit odd with the fish. The potatoes were very good. Overall it was an underwhelming experience. Nothing wrong with the price point, everything was edible, just a bit flat.

Really disappointed by my recent visit, more so as visited years ago and it was excellent. We were a party of 4 and went for the meze selection for 4. To start with the whitebait was burnt, the calamari was paper thin and tasteless and there was no nice Greek Salad, feta or olives. The meats came out and were average at best. The stifado tasted like a supermarket sauce and the moussaka again wasn't to a brilliant standard. The fish was nice though in a tasty garlic sauce. Poor dining experience for the price and definitely wasn't a proper "Greek Food" experience whatsoever.

A birthday meal with friends, 5 of us in total. The pizza was excellent thin base with crisp edges fresh and tasty, just the right amount of toppings, the tomato sauce spot on for 4 of us. The other had king prawn linguine with good size prawns. Very friendly service, had a lovely chat with the owner. Would definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere, attentive staff but not overpowering! The food was good,and reasonably priced! First visit, but will definitely be returning!! Thanks for a great night,!

Amazing , me and my partner stayed in st just and traveled all around Cornwall for the week and my partner was determined to find the best cream tea going. Everywhere we went seemed to be a little shop with no seating or a take away cream tea but my partner really wanted to find a little sit in restaurant/cafe and have the best cream tea. She was so happy with the cream tea from here and the staff are lovely and welcoming. 5 star experience happy wife happy life.

Fabulous dinner in this amazing Cotswold Bistro .I had the Rib eye off the Specials board smothered in a gorgeous Blue cheese sauce with some tasty sauté potatoes . Lisa had the Hallumi stack which was equally impressive . Indulgent desserts , the meal was washed down with a smooth House Malbec . We very much enjoyed the company of our adjoining table , Rubin and the team provided immaculate service which all made for a memorable evening ..thanks guys 😊👍
