Always a pleasure to dine here. This restaurant has been one of the best in the city for many years with my, long deceased, parents passing on their pleasant experiences over many years.

The food has always been lovely, we hadn't been for over a year due to various reasons but the server and food was as good as ever.

Fabulous restaurant good value good portions definitely coming back. Highly recommend

Delicious food as usual but bill was £2 extra due to being a Bank Holiday, a bit steep, it's not like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, as we are regular customers we just looked at the usual prices, maybe it could have been mentioned by the waitress

Wir haben in diesem, eigentlich recht einfachen, Teil der Innenstadt- Nähe Markthalle- nicht ein so gutes Restaurant erwartet. Das Essen war sehr gut und liebevoll angerichtet. Das Ambiente stilvoll und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

My first visit, although my wife had been before with work colleagues, and I was impressed by all aspects of the evening. Booking a table was easy to do, staff were very welcoming and friendly, starters ( and indeed dessert) were well presented and tasty. I had steak which I like 'well done' and it's one of the few times when I have received a steak cooked evenly throughout. So in summary, well worth a visit and good to see a restaurant that cares about presentation and taste of their food.

Great lunch time menu, really good food at reasonable prices.

What a wonderful restaurant. Each time my family and I have eaten here the food has been delicious and very reasonable. Friday night was no different. The food was wonderful and the waiters so attentive and accommodating. This occasion our waiter was James and he was superb! Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. All the waiters are faultless and this does make such a difference. I was surprised by my soldier son and daughter in law waiting at a table and so the evening was perfect! Well done everyone at Leandras! And thank you

Fantastic restaurant, we walked in and although they were fully booked they still accommodated us with a smile. We were early enough to choose from the set menu with lots of choice. The food was delicious with generous portions, so much so that we sadly couldn't manage a desert! We will be back

Absolutely stunning place and shows with the amount of people there. Food was stunning as always and staff are always expectational too. Couldn't rate this place enough.

Dropped in without a booking on a night when there were 3 live events at venues close by so most places were booked up. Staff were very accommodating and fitted us in on a table for 2 for quick pre theatre dinner. Food was very tasty and well presented and staff were friendly and attentive.

This was a fabulous find at very short notice. The service was excellent, helpful friendly staff. The menu had so many lovely dishes was difficult to choose. The food was so tasty and great portions. If we lived near by would certainly be making another reservation. Just a shame we don’t.

Beautiful food, great service and very reasonably priced. We stopped in for dinner before a show and opted for 2 courses from the set menu. The Thai fish cakes were lovely, very tasty with just the right amount of spice. The seafood curry was amazing! Possibly the best I've ever had. (And I've had a few!) The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Lucie who bent over backwards to be helpful. I hadn't been here in at least 20 years, and I have to say it has only got better. Will definitely visit again.

We ate here as it was a treat from my uncle as we had never been to Plymouth before, I had the Lamb Kleftiko with various roasted veg, which was very nice, however the free tap water was luke warm with no ice and there was too many diners squeezed into the dining area and it was way too hot.

I went here for my sons 18th birthday today with my family and sons girlfriend. I have been to leandras before so knew what to expect and I was not disappointed the food was excellent the service was excellent we had the best time and they even went the extra mile for my 9 year old autistic son. I would highly recommend going to leandras to anyone 😁👌perfect 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely atmosphere, the food is always well presented and very tasty. Serving staff are usually attentive and pleasant. If I have to be a tad critical the music can be a little loud possibly resulting in over loud customers having to shout over the music or other dinners. Childrens meals can be overwhelmingly big and wasteful when not eaten.

First time visiting here and I must say it was top quality

We were told about here last minute .we took a chance and popped in they could just fit us in .wow what a fabulous meal we had a 2 course and 3 course. It was absolutely amazing. Couldn't fault the food or the price but just felt a little rushed

Went to leandra for a family meal the service was brilliant showed us to our table menu and cutlery and side plates all on table... waitress went away came back a little while later asked if wanted to order drinks which we did...then came around a little while later to ask if ready to order food which we did only had to wait about 10 minutes..the service was excellent atmosphere was lovely..the whole experience was exceptional

Went here for a friends birthday meal. It was a Saturday night so quite busy but we expected that and the food was worth the wait. Duck in orange sauce. All of the staff were friendly and attentive :) 10/10 would return.

Has to be one of my favourite restaurants. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the customer has a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Ryan for all he did to make our visit one to remember. This place is amazing having visited many times over the years it just gets better and better the quality of food is outstanding also having Ryan look after us was wonderful a real character excellent with customer skills can’t praise this place enough highly recommend it

This is our Plymouth go to and it's yet to let us down. We went as a group of 6 and were seated promptly. The menu is very extensive with plenty of choice, all of which is great value for money! The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is perfect! We will be back very soon!

Great restaurant couldn’t fault it. Extensive menu, friendly staff and good wine list. Big meals some come hungry will return next time I find myself in Plymouth

Treated again tonight for another lovely meal at Leandra's. Once again I asked for gluten free bread and this time the cheeky waiter said I should bring my own ! It's been our favourite place to eat for many years, it's a shame that they can't put a gluten free loaf in their freezer and take out a slice when asked for, it is 2023 after all and food allergies are very common.

Had our works Christmas meal 8/12/23 everyone’s meal was lovely will definitely go again

Met some lovely friends yesterday for our annual Christmas lunch, staff very friendly, food was nice & hot, but ……..unfortunately we had to wait over 40 mins for our meal!! I know the staff were very busy, but I do think that they over stretch the bookings. Also please can I say that the music was at an unacceptable level to be able to converse in comfort, I know I am slightly deaf, but we had to shout to be able to hear each other. Sorry, will not be visiting again 😟

Favourite restaurant in Plymouth city centre have dined there several times on special occasions over the years especially Christmas when assured of an excellent menu and service

A friend and I hadn't booked but they were able to us find a table even though they were very busy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, jolly and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection. Have here a few times every time has been wonderful

The food and service were great, but the restaurant was packed so tightly that we hardly had room to move. It probably would have been better to spread the tables out and serve fewer people. With fewer people in the restaurant, it would have been perfect for those who were able to get in.

We had the festive dinner menu, the good was hot, of a good quantity and really delicious. The atmosphere was lively with many Xmas do's going on . We all had a really good time and will be booking again.

Food was average and over charged on drinks if you went to the bar extra £5 on bottle of wine and paying £5.70 for a pint of thatchers, as we went at 8pm we felt rushed towards the end of the meal to leave. I...

Fantastic food and fantastic staff

Absolutely a wonderful gem in Plymouth! Have been several times now and it never disappoints. Prices are reasonable and food is unsurpassed, a favorite for sure! Staff are friendly and service is great!

We have eaten a couple times in the restaurant and have been more than impressed both times. The food is delicious, portion size is generous and the service superb. More than happy to give the 5 star thumbs up. Looking forward to the next time as there is lots on the menu to still choose from.

Disgraceful service and staff having pre booked informing I needed extra space and was bringing 2disabled people upon arrival shown to a table not suitable basically told tough a waitress heard to say it's not our fault they are to big for our tables not...

The perfect restaurant for a family with teenagers. We keep going back as the atmosphere is warm and the service is with a smile with friendly chat. Great menu selection and portions are a really great size, including desserts. Brilliant value for money, totally recommend The Leandra!

Absolutely amazing in so many ways, firstly , the staff are very friendly and they do not stop and they do not interfere with customers in anyway so attentive and very helpful, the chef's are on top of everything, cooking to the highest standered and such great attention to detail, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented table's, a vast array on the menu, i highly recommend Leandrs to all , we shall be returning again and again a top class restaurant

Love this place. We just can't fault them. Staff are unbelievably welcoming and friendly. You're made to feel part of the restaurants extended family. Ideal for all ages and suitable for wheelchair users. They are very accommodating, especially when given a little notice of a wheel chair user within your group. Absolute value for money, great flavours, your food is presented beautifully. They can be very busy, so show some patience when being served because you haven't been forgotten. But one word of caution be sure to book in plenty of time as they are very popular, especially at the weekends.

Lovely, friendly restaurant. Food is really good and plentiful. Service is faultless and all the staff are very friendly. I had the prawn cocktail to start followed by the duck, husband had the meatballs followed by chicken in blue cheese sauce, the roast potatoes were perfect, all yummy. Good value for money.

Took my Son and his Wife here for her Birthday 🎂 excellent food and service. My Grandson was treated very friendly and they cooked his food asap as 2 year olds don't wait. Every meal was hot very tasty and will definitely be booking again 😋

Had an amazing meal here. Food so delicious. Well staffed so able to offer good service despite being full. Will definitely go again. I had the fish cakes starter and a Greek lamb dish for main. Both wonderful. Was too full for pudding. Near 2 car parks so easy to get to.

Delicious food and friendly, attentive service. Reasonably priced. Sadly non alcoholic beers etc were not available. We were celebrating 2 birthdays but were not allowed to bring our own non alcoholic fizzy wine even though we were willing to pay corkage.

Food was good portions,and varied but not great a bit hit and miss. Staff were friendly service was a slow,but it was busy. The music was way to loud to be back ground music. Asked for it to be turned down a little but to no avail. Could do better

Visited for a meal on a Saturday night with a table booked weeks in advance and food order placed. Some of the party arrived 20 mins early and had to wait for the table which wasn’t actually available until 25mins after it was booked for. So in total a 45 min wait for them. When we asked how much longer we needed to wait a pleasant waiter told us they had a walk in and we were waiting for them to leave before we could have our booking. Can’t blame them for not turning away a large order. That being said what’s the point in booking! Once we were seated one of our party who was actually celebrating her birthday unknowingly sat on a soaked chair which was previously, unknown to us under the leaking air conditioner. Once the chair was swapped out we could get on with our evening. The bill was disappointingly paid in full no discount or complementary drinks offered for the late seating or the fact that the birthday girl had a soggy bottom for the remainder of the evening. Food was absolutely top drawer.

What an amazing place, food was excellent, great relaxing place, our first time but will definitely be going back
