Thank you for ruining my Valentine's gift! I ordered and paid a gift out of Amsterdam. My Valentine had to pick it up. He had the order confirmation but they refused to give it to him the delivery because he could not show the credit card it was paid with. Thank you so munch Selfridges, appreciated!

From start to finish Nadia was the best. She recommended us an amazing bottle of wine and was always there and ready to serve us with a smile, even in incredibly busy times when everyone was running around, we never felt like we had to wait around. It made our experience even better and we are excited to come back soon!

The last day of Galvin Bistrot de Luxe. It closes tonight - the 10th February. All the staff are moving to the Atheneum, but it is very sad to lose such a great venue

My friend and I walked in Paul-Baker Street with the intention to have lunch. The young lady behind the counter who was already disagreeable from the start mistakenly took our order. When we pointed this out to her, instead of handling the situation in a professional manner, she became rude, raised her tone at us, and condescendingly called us "darling" multiple times. Then, we asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. How disappointing for a brand like Paul to have such an unprofessional and unpleasant individual as a manager. She got so argumentative that we ended up asking for a refund and walking out to have lunch and spend our money somewhere else.

Las frituras de carne siempre buenas y el Paris Brest difícil de resistir. Cocina clásica brasserie ejecutada por expertos con una amable bienvenida en la puerta y un servicio atento.

No recent reviews for this place, but have they heard of bleach and limescale remover for the rest rooms? Went for lunch and the food was well below parr. Prices too high and portions meagre. Avoid. The waiter brought me a starter that I hadn't ordered, then replaced it 10 mins later with a borderline inedible salty soup. My husband had already finished his starter. When the main courses arrived, they were both too salty as well. Was the chef angry or just incompetent? They gave us 50% off the bill. All I wanted was a decent lunch and a clean toilet. Not much to ask. It Spoiled my day.
