A nice place near Regent’s Park. Price for the brunch is very affordable and if you are lucky enough to get a table outside, then it’s totally awesome. Feel the spirit of London! - The waiter forgot about the glass of water and then he was too busy to bring it. But it happens, so that’s okay.

Had a very enjoyable lunch here earlier this week. The place was busy and all the tables were full but this just added to the atmosphere. The staff were all super-friendly and helpful despite being under pressure. Would definitely recommend as a fabulous spot for lunch on a beautiful shopping street. Quintessential London!!

Food is delish but super overpriced. I guess the ingrediants are higher quality and organic so justifiable. The museli is super yum. I didnt like their smoothies, watered down. Really good low cal breakfast options though, e.g. 300 cal but very yummy and filling!

I am shocked for the small salad £7.25 😣😣😣, rip off ..the ingredients are 20g lettuce half egg, 5 croutons and 0.05g Parmesan and sauce . Nothing to eat .

I walked past and it was full. Managed to get a table outside. I started with a large orange juice and cappuccino. Along with an Almond croissants. Then 2 soft boiled eggs and toast. Another cappuccino and water. All of it was beautiful. Very good value too. £24.48. Service was excellent despite being very busy. I will definitely return again.

LPQ is a shadow of its former self. Like so many companies, it has been hollowed out after running into trouble pre Pandemic and then being sold to a private equity majority company in 2020. The wooden tables and chairs are the only remaining vestiges of the LPQ I knew and loved. The coffee and bread and pastries are still good but everything feels pre-prepared and not fresh or made with care. I ordered the Shakshuka. The eggs were rubbery and overcooked, as though it had been precooked and then reheated. The waiter took them back when I explained the problem and said they would make them again, however the dish she brought back was identical. She explained that the chefs ‘just press a button which has the correct time they should cook’. This is not acceptable for a dish costing £13. Scrambled eggs on a previous visit were similarly rubbery and poor. I’m not sure if they are precooked or it’s the way the microwave cooks them but they are not nice. I think people have forgotten what properly cooked food tastes like and will accept and hand over cash for any old rubbish! I’m not complaining about the staff, who are clearly overworked, understaffed and almost certainly underpaid. This is demoralising. They can take no pride in their work or their service and this filters down to the customer experience. I wish there was a directory or accreditation for owner run food businesses - I could then avoid these zombified businesses like the plague!

Easy to get to but can be very touristy. As a local you wouldn’t necessarily go there. However, we went these as it was the only place open so early. The staff can be impatient and the experience felt a bit rushed. Can’t complain about food as was a basic breakfast.

Came on Monday 17th, place was very vibrant with outside sitting being open. Manager I think Jan Z was looking after me and my husband, he had good knowledge of the card and Lars provided superb service. Overall atmosphere was va va voom and it's well recommended place to eat early business brunch. Merci et a bientot!

The bread is not fresh!! The coffee is cold and not of good quality. Avoid the bread!!

They might call it "French toast" as they are serving you; Pain Perdu is the one I got and I have concerns... The bread in itself is well cooked and delicious but it arrived cold. So that destroyed the whole experience from the start. I absolutely hated the cream (I suggest swapping it with vegan cream if they have). The strawberries & bananas are fine. The chocolate syrup is amazing. If anyone of you swapped the cream for vegan cream let me know what you think! Pain Perdu will fill you up by itself, slightly pricey.

Ordered some servern and wye smoked salmon, food was tasty. My server was incredibly nice and lovely, goes by the name of Eden I think. He helped me pick out the menu, was quick and attentive with my needs and was really patient with me :)) 10/10

Inattentive staff today 13th April at 5pm who pick and choose who to provide customer service to. I am Black and was made to wait though place was practically empty. Service was so bad I had to walk up to ask for my bill. Meanwhile all around me all other White customers received very prompt services. I was waiting for my table to be cleared and offered some dessert but this did not happen such that I started eating my cake bought from another bakery. They had the audacity to ask for a tip and I asked them to take it off. Male server appeared shocked and asked why. I explained my reason and he did not apologise .I will not be returning and shame on you all.

Today i was served by Nina, who was very good and speedy with my order, would defo reccommend coming here :)

I recently went to the Marylebone high street le pain and was warmly invited in but my server, Nina, who was a lovely young student. She did an excellent job at serving me and served me the best brunch I’ve had in ages :)

I had an amazing avocado on toast, just the way I like it, like an homemade, made with love. And the customer service, brilliant 👏🏿. I recommend this restaurant as it stands out from the rest of their other outlets. See you again pretty soon Le Pain, beautiful atmosphere 💛😉. PS: the lady Anna, she was on point @ service delivery 👌🏾 .

We came here on our first day in London. We had Laura to serve us, she did with a big smile! We also had some questions about the underground and the pricing. She really helped us out! This, in combination with the lovely food makes it a very nice place to come and have a bite!

There are some thief people constantly coming this restaurant and the restaurant manager allows them to enter and they are stealing people’s phone. My phone has been stolen in this restaurant. They didn’t do anything. It is their fault to allow them to enter the restaurant. Don’t go this restaurant if you like your phone.

Gluten-free options available, decent coffee, fairly quick service. Bathrooms were very dirty though.

A very friendly welcome for me and the baby. They did everything to make us feel looked after and comfortable. The coffee and rhubarb and strawberry tart were delicious. This is the place to go if you are in London with a little one. We had a great time watching the world go by, we’ll definitely be back when we are in Marylebone again. Thank you!

I have been going to to Le Pain for years and it is the best place to get a coffee and a sweet snack in Marylebone, with friendly staff and a good atmosphere it wont disappoint.

The food we got was not wow but we have ate at Le Pain Quotidien multiple times in London and Dubai and it was always great. The Shakshuka was not good at all , the waffle was just ok . The service and atmosphere were amazing for a Sunday morning.

This place is great! The toasties are definitely the star of the show for me. Shakshuka wasn't great so I will not ordering it again. But everything else was very yummy.

Delicious food and lovely atmosphere!

Nice place for a casual meet up

No idea what's meant to be great about this place. Had a tea with a bakewell tart, and the tart was rock solid - couldn't even cut it with a knife, and stopped trying, in case it flew off the plate. So, I just picked it up with my hand and bit into it. Over-priced and over-hyped. Won't be returning.

The bill came and I explained that it didn’t look right. The server (in a blue jumper, so maybe the manager?) slammed her hand back to grab the bill and scrunched it up in a huff and walked off with a grunt. Everyone around looked and some people were like omg are you ok. One lady even said “I’ve just sat down and don’t know what happened but doesn’t matter who’s right or wrong treatment and behaviour like that is awful”. I just said it’s fine we’re leaving anyway and most definitely won’t be back. Such a shame because food was superb and the chefs work really hard for them some sour faced server to ruin the whole experience! Also I wish the original server who took our order just helped with the bill! Anyway I didn’t take off the service charge because the first server - nice young man with glasses was just so lovely! But honestly whoever the blue jumper lady was needs her attitude checked.

The blonde woman behind counter is so rude and should never be dealing with customers. The chef is arrogant. The dark haired woman was very polite and helpful, she should be the manager.

My family and I visited le pain about two years ago. Enjoyed the food so we were looking forward to another visit. Unfortunately the service this time was very poor. Our breakfast arrived in various stages. Firstly the drinks, then five minutes later our two daughter’s breakfast porridges. By the time they had finished these my breakfast arrived. It included. Pain au chocolate, which was cold, and had been plonked on some sliced cucumber so the bottom was soggy, (soggy bottoms are never pleasant). At the same time our daughters second breakfast of waffles arrived. All this time my wife is waiting for her breakfast. We had reminded the waitress that there was still something missing, to which she replied it would be ten minutes. Eventually it arrived, with no apologises for the lateness when everybody else had finished. They also got my order wrong, boiled instead of scrambled egg and then overcharged us. No sense of poor service at all.

Not too busy, relaxed atmosphere, the staff member was lovely and the food good as usual.

The service at the Marylebone Pain Quotidien at the take/away till is nearly always poor. Always a problem, never a smile, always trying to charge you more (even more than in sit-downs). Not surprised that customers are leaving for other new coffee places nearby. Head Office - do something - replace the girl who serves at the till! Even another customer was trying to get the price of the menu advertised and no - he had to be charged separately all his items. The same for me! They do this on purpose to save the 20% VAT that take away benefits, but they do let customers sitting down in and out the premises. Complaint sent to HMRC with the evidence of the 25 customers sitting down.

The food is really good but the bill is quite pricey. A very nice atmosphere for a very pleasant experience

I love this chain. It was extremely crowded around 10am on Thursday though. The internet was poor as well: no wifi, and celluar does not work at this spot

We went for Sunday 10.30am brunch. It was quite busy, long queue waiting to be seated but few tables empty. Service was rushed, tables and chairs dirty from the costumers before. The staff looked like they already had a long, hard day. The food was good hence the 3 starts.

Really mixed feelings about this place. We were seated quickly which was great, but from that point on service took a real nose dive. We had to battle for attention, the servers seemed rushed off their feet, but the flipside is the food was up to it's usual good standard. This narrative seems to be the norm for all branches of Le Pain Quotidien. The moral of the story is don't come here if you're in a hurry or need to be somewhere - good food, but consistently painfully slow service.

One of my family members is a coeliac. When we ordered food today at 3pm they had run out of gluten free bread which seriously limited food options. They decided to have scrambled eggs (listed with bread) and avocado. Obviously they requested no bread but we were disappointed when we were charged the full price for the meal. When we queried this we were told that when you order the scrambled egg the bread is free - really?????

The worst breakfast I had in London! The avacado is bitter. The French toast is almost tasteless with chocolate syrup and it's the worst kind. The two stars are for the service.

Staff are friendly, food and coffee are excellent. I asked the staff to give me an extra plate as we will be sharing a main but they actually make the main into two plates for us, which is even more than I have asked for!!!! Definitely recommend, worth every penny👍🏻

Sconsigliatissimo.

We have been to the branch on Marylebone high street a few times now. Good breakfast options and the service is fantastic. Laura P is especially good.

Waitress, Anna was pleasant, efficient and alert to our needs. Called in your Marylebone Branch for a quick lunch before catching our train. The food was healthy and delicious, exactly what we wanted.

This chain of cafes was always expensive, but recently, they have shrunk the size of their pastries while the prices have been raised. They serve the worst lemon tart imaginable. The fact that it is tiny is perhaps its saving grace. Try it at your peril.

Their food is over standard which is good and safe to try. However staffs at counter were unfriendly, not focusing on customers. I felt quite uncomfortable to use this brunch.

I found the matcha latte way too sweet, milk alone would be enough. Urinal was broken and the single gentlemen toilet stall had a broken lock. Not fun. On the positives, internet/wifi was working pretty good!

Place was very busy! Breakfast had a LOT of carbs but the egg was great and the orange juice was sweet. The hot chocolate and cappuccino were also good. The seating at this place was somewhat cramped and lots of people were working/taking business meetings there online.

Uncommon to drink a delicious breakfast tea in a french spot..but so British🎈🇬🇧👸🏻
